My kiddos enjoyed adding shrimp to their choices and I enjoyed that I could substitute in tofu or impossible meat marinated to fit the dish it was being put in. My family and I enjoyed quesadillas, wrapps, and a bowl. The Aqua Frescas and bobas were also delicious. My husband has since gone back and eaten here 3 more times and my daughter 1 more additional time. The customer service is wonderful and the manager is present ensuring the service is moving along smoothly at all times. He was moving through the restaurant ensuring all customers were happy and getting refills on drinks for customers. You could tell how much he cared about the service his customers were receiving. You'd be pleased to get this at a fancier restaurant but you can have it for a quick lunch here. The combination of flavors and textures in this bowl is so satisfying, from the crisp cucumber salad to the pickled onion to the garlic aioli. I discovered this great spot about a year ago and lately have been coming here almost daily! The service is amazing, good vibe employee's, reasonable prices, super clean healthy fresh food with a true worldly variety of different tastes and options! And if you need something substituted or specific changed nothing is ever a problem. The place is light and bright full of good energy. Food always comes out quickly and consistently probably no less than five minutes I would say even when they are really busy. I had went in for a quick bite before work. I had been to the Corte Madera location, and now we have one in the East Bay. I had ordered the Korean BBQ Beef wrap and decided to eat inside the limited tables. Every other table was closed off to enforce social distancing,, but they had tables on patio too. Some friends and I were in City Center after doing a Saturday hike, and around 12:30 we decided it was time to get food. My friend chose to check out World Wrapps and after glancing at the menu, I was intrigued. After looking through the menu, I decided on the Saigon Salmon bowl (it's $1 extra as opposed to getting the wrap). From the description, it sounded exactly like what I was craving. I ordered, and headed outside to wait. The food took about 15-20 minutes to prepare, and the staff brought the to go order outside. While waiting, we chatted with who I think was the owner. He was really nice, and kept thanking the crowd for their patience while simultaneously handing out copies of the menu to people walking by. They JUST opened a few days before our visit so I think the wait for the food was just them working through new store process kinks. The food was AMAZING. Oh my jeebus, I didn't know what to expect but the meal exceeded my expectations. The salmon was grilled with the perfect amount of seasoning while the glass noodles and pickled vegetables were refreshing with every bite. I wish the lettuce was shredded instead of chopped because it would've been easier to mix everything together and eat with each bite. They added just enough of the vinaigrette dressing to enhance the flavor of the bowl, and not overpower it. I was satisfied after my meal, with enough room for a scoop of ice cream for dessert. I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. Price is reasonable for the location, but keep in mind it's a bit of an affluent area. read more

Me and my wife come here about once a month for one of the best Caesar Wraps you can get. In general I really love the chicken here, it has a distinct char grilled taste. I haven't ventured out much on other wraps but when I have they have been good. An essential attribute of any sandwich or wrap is its construction. I mention this because this is where World Wrapps in City Center really shines. No matter the flavor or day their wraps are consistently tiiiiighht, literally. I've had many Caesar Wraps that taste great but fall apart since iceberg lettuce is not a great foundation to keep a wrap together. Where I have at other wrap joints, I've never experienced a wrap "blow out" at this World Wrapps. They also avoid the dreaded pool of Caeser dressing at the bottom of the wrap because they are wrapped so tight. Ambiance is what you would expect from a west coast fast casual dining experience. Eating out front is a nice location to people watch. The owner/GM is also consistently spotted at the location.
