My boyfriend got the Satay Chicken wrap and thought it was good. For our two wraps and a drink, it was about $32. Pricey but still good. Drink options are lemonades, other juices and even boba tea! Me and my wife come here about once a month for one of the best Caesar Wraps you can get. In general I really love the chicken here, it has a distinct char grilled taste. I haven't ventured out much on other wraps but when I have they have been good. An essential attribute of any sandwich or wrap is its construction. I mention this because this is where World Wrapps in City Center really shines. No matter the flavor or day their wraps are consistently tiiiiighht, literally. I've had many Caesar Wraps that taste great but fall apart since iceberg lettuce is not a great foundation to keep a wrap together. Where I have at other wrap joints, I've never experienced a wrap "blow out" at this World Wrapps. They also avoid the dreaded pool of Caeser dressing at the bottom of the wrap because they are wrapped so tight. Ambiance is what you would expect from a west coast fast casual dining experience. Eating out front is a nice location to people watch. The owner/GM is also consistently spotted at the location. It's an added bonus that the management cares so much about the performance of this location. read more

Is it fair to give a 2-star rating after only visiting one time? I'm a bit mixed on this, particularly since I primarily stick to 5-star reviews, but I thought it was necessary given the circumstances. I had the Nori-Wrapp (which is like a sushi roll burrito so it's nori and rice in place of a flour "burrito") Spicy Tuna on the recommendation of the staff. If you've had the pleasure of eating Sushiritto (https://www.sushirrito.com/), before - which I'd prob give a solid 4-stars as it's really good but doesn't reach 5 star - you know how these wraps should work. Unfortunately, this nori-wrap at World Wrapps was a total mess. The wrap comes cut it half, so two wraps to eat. For the first half, the paper that covered the wrap had totally seeped into the nori, so you couldn't even eat the wrap because it had this light, wet, paper embedded in it. Ummmmm, that doesn't work. So I basically had to dump all contents out and eat it with a fork and spoon and no nori and rice. No bueno. The staff saw this and was like is it ok? I was like no, not really, but I'll eat it, no big deal, thinking maybe the second half wouldn't have that problem. But then the exact thing happened with the other half. So I took it to the front and asked them, "This can't be the way this is supposed to be provided, right?" And they said, sorry, no, we will get you a new one that is made better. To note, the staff was great, very nice, and accommodative after I complained on the second half of the roll. How that first roll even got handed to me is kinda beyond me though, it wasn't super busy. ANYWAYS, I got the NEW second nori-wrapped spicy tuna. And while the paper wasn't seeped into it, thank goodness, the roll still had very little weight or structural integrity (VERY important with rolls like this!) to hold up to the weight of all the fillings. As for the fillings, nothing great or special or noteworthy. Spicy tuna was ok. The other ingredients were just kind of whatever. This place is in the new Bishop Ranch, which has a ridiculous lineup of restaurants (getting Marugame Udon was a HUGE pull), all of which I would rather go to than this place at this point, which is why I don't understand the high rating on Yelp. I don't think this place can last if this is the quality of food. I don't plan to go back, even though the nice staff gave me a free sandwich coupon. Maybe I got them on a bad day? It just doesn't seem so since I tried the same item twice. read more
