Secondly, the menu is missing clear explanations of some of the dishes and their ingredients. For example, the chicken shawarma hummus bowl included pickled onions and also had onions or shallots mixed into the shawarma. These details should be clearly stated on the menu, and this was definitely a downfall on Esh's part.
