I had a great experience. My friend and I wanted some take out food so she asked to come here and order the beef lettuce wrap for her . This was my first time at Wrap & roll so I was asking so many questions to the people because I have some diet restrictions and they were so friendly and patient with me. I ended up ordering the chicken lettuce wrap for me and the veggie rolls. I left with my bag of food that maybe it was not going to be enough. She will not touch the chicken but her brother never minds eating that for her. My middle daughter doesn't like coming here but thats only because they dont have chicken nuggets. insert eyeroll. She has always wanted to try their nutella crepes but they never seem to have those available when we go. My son is a huge fan of their fusion fries, he loves the ribeye that is served on top. He doesnt like the sweet chili sauce that comes on it but he does love the spicy mayo. The spreggroll is pretty good too, its an eggroll inside of a spring roll. It can be a little difficult to eat but its very good with the dipping sauce. We have tried the fried rice, udon noodles, vermicelli, and their zoodles. I feel like they all kind of taste the same no matter which one you get. That isnt a bad thing, theyre just all the same, imo. We can share these dishes and still have left overs to take home too. One pretty bad thing about this place is the water and fountain drinks. Its all terrible, I dont know if its the city water or well water but it tastes so gross. Definitely get a bottled drink or bring your own, since its a BYOB establishment. The waiters/servers are usually pretty quick with everything, weve had no issues with them. So, this place is rated very highly so i figured I'd give it a try since I was in the area. Honestly, the food was good but, I don't think it's something I'd recommend to anyone. To be fair, I'm not real big on pho, spring rolls, etc. I will eat it from time to time. I tried some lettuce wraps, fusion fries, spring rolls and lo mein with steak meat. Each dish was pretty decent, my favorite being the fries. They were loaded with toppings and fried perfectly. Lo mein was my least favorite. It just didn't taste great to me. And the spring rolls and lettuce wraps were, well, spring rolls and lettuce wraps. Good for what they were. The interior wasn't impressive but it wasn't dirty. The service was a little bizarre. The kid taking my order was very awkward. It felt like I had to help him do his job. But who knows, he might've been a new hire. Overall, this place wasn't bad. I ordered the Mongolian beef udon noodles spicy and the pork and shrimp rolls. Both were good. Pork and shrimp rolls are fried with the thin rice paper and served with duck sauce. The Mongolian beef is battered and fried FYI. The coating isn't thick but just be aware. I wasn't expecting it but it still tastes good. Also the udon noodles are served in a soup. I thought it would be like lo mein noodles but just a different type of noodle. Also cabbage, mushrooms and broccoli are included. Again, it was delicious and came with two sauces. One was a honey mustard which I really enjoyed. We also got an order of egg rolls with chicken. Ginormous! With lettuce fried rice and I believe some cranberries sauce. Not sure but there was something special in it. Yummy. Finally, not that we needed it, we ordered Chocolate cheesecake. We started with the Grilled Shrimp Spring Rolls, and they were delicious and plenty big enough to share. We also enjoyed the Shrimp Epic Wrap, Special Box, and the Wrap & Roll Box. Servings were HUGE -- plenty for leftovers (though I powered through my Epic Wrap, haha). We were especially pleased with the sauces and seasonings, and honestly had no complaints regarding our food. The portion size was very large and could easily be shared between two people. It was full of flavor and the sriracha wasn't overbearing. An absolute favorite go to place! Tastefully decorated. Unique lamps to look at and appreciate. The employees are very friendly and welcoming, you are always greeted politely. Most importantly, the FOOD is phenomenal. This has to be added to your list if you appreciate and enjoy the bold flavors of fusion food. The tacos were definitely huge and came with a lot of meats. You can use the extra tortilla and the abundance of meat to double your tacos portions! The fusion fries were good and also a huge enough to share with the family. Only con was the fries were swimming in cheese..lots and lots of cheese. Make you ask for less cheese!
