The wife wanted new rims and tires, so I told her about the guys at Wrights tires. She went down there without me, wondering if she was gonna be treated different. Upon her return, she told me they talked her into keeping her tires and having the rims powder coated. In all, probably a $600 to $1,000 savings. I got a flat tire and hoped the tire wasn't too damaged that it couldn't be patched up. Took the tire to Wright's...They quickly inspected my tire. I needed a new one. The side wall of the tire was completely blown out. I was ready to bite the bullet and pay for a new tire, when they rolled out a gently used tire to replace my old one. They could have just upsold me a new tire and went on with their business, but that's not what they did. They went the extra mile and found me a suitable replacement at an unbeatable price. The owner, the shop, and employees are nothing short of amazing. Just like the old fashion tire service where they come out and greet you at your car with a smile. Prices cannot be beat, service is second to none. Jon, the owner, is a man that certainly know what excellent service is. I went in there to get one used tire for my Audi A4 but he didn't have one in the shop but he said he would check his other storage location for me. I called the following morning and he had hunted down one tire in the rare size that I needed. When I came into the shop about a week later to buy the tire and have it mounted he remembers me, greeted me friendly and got me right in without an appointment, had the tire changed in a jiffy. When he told me how much Owed him I was a quite surprised how low it was considering all it took to hunt down the tire, have his guys mount and balance it on premium Audi wheels etc. ended up giving his guys a nice tip and these are my go to tire guys from now on even though they are an hour drive away from my house it will be well worth the trip. Donald at Wright's Tire is always nothing but helpful. When I had an awful experience with Sonora Ford, Wright's fixed me up and had me on my way within minutes. And it was MUCH cheaper than what the Ford dealership had quoted me at. Overall, I would highly recommend going to Wright's for anything you need for your vehicles tires. I should've been coming here a long time ago. The owner John promptly saw me and asked what I needed and sought out what my needs were for tires. I told him I need something that will give me a decent amount of grip in the snow. He showed me to a few set of tires and within 20 minutes they were on and I was out the door. Saved me close to $100 for what I paid previously at Walmart for a less quality tire. If you go to WalMart, go to Wright's first. They are faster and will save you some money. Excellent service! I hit a curb and needed two new tires. Though they did not have the correct tires in stock, they put on a tire (in addition to my donut) that would get me by until they could order the new ones... At no charge. The next day I went in and they had my tires rotated and new tires on within minutes! On top of that their prices are very reasonable! Had an emergent situation on the way to Yosemite after I hit a curb and blew out my tire. I called in the morning and they didn't carry the tire I needed but I asked if they could order it for me by the next day since we were only there for one night and we were desperate. They had the tire by opening the next day and squeezed us into the middle of their busy schedule and I was literally in and out in maybe 15 minutes, not to mention the friendliest service ever! Wow! Wright's blessed from a nightmare from Big O Tires. I have never used any of the businesses before. I called & told them a little about the nightmare from Big O Tires. They told me they are on lunch at the & wouldn't be back til 1-1:15 pm. So I drove over, sat in my truck for about 10 minutes, then walked in at 12:30 pm. The young gentleman say we might able to take it right now, so they did. They took me during their lunch hour & finished in less than 1 hour. Went out of their way to meet my needs only for $60. So all I needed done was change all 4 tires, I had my tires already. 1 of my tires on my truck had a hole in it. Thank you Wright's Tire Services. I tried to tip them big but they wouldn't accept a big tip, only a small one. I really did appreciate them. May Jesus bless you abundantly! Two or three times a year, my little Honda Fit's low-tire-pressure icon comes on the instrument panel. I call Wright's Tire and they always tell me that they can work me in. They always do. Three times out of five it's just that all the tires need to be topped up and they do that cheerfully; if it's a nail or other damage, they fix it on the spot. In the rare cases when it's a sidewall or something that can't safely be repaired, they order me a new tire and I swear they always give me a break--I'm an old lady living alone and I appreciate their kindness. I would never think of going anywhere else. They are friendly, incredibly good at what they do--from the youngest guys working there to the Wright brothers themselves--and totally honest and fair.
