He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder because I wanted to know how to do it myself in the future, and then taught me how to put the new one in. My mom came with me and we were both so floored by how amazing, fast, kind hearted and swift the entire operation was. It's so so so very rare these days to meet someone like Carlos when dealing with any sort of car repair or vehicle issue. I hope good karma comes his way, because you could just tell what good of a soul he is! Last one was an AGM and ran almost 10 years. I have a couple of vehicles which include a motorcycle and RV and I do pay a lot of attention to my batteries; keep them fully charged with a charging tender and a couple times a year, run a desulfation cycle. IB is all over the country if you need any service and for me highly recommended.
