I appreciate that they offer oat milk for their tea lattes without an extra cost! Service is always super quick and ordering process easy. They often times run promos which is nice too and having a rewards system is a plus! No seating inside but since it's located at UTC, it's more of a grab and go than a cafe space.
I grew up with a Wushiland a few blocks away in Taiwan and have always loved their tea and boba options. The service was quick and fast, the drinks were tasty. The store was clean. My favorite is the four seasons tea with no sugar no ice... but their oolong milk tea was great too. So happy to see them in the US and hope they can expand to Colorado at some point.
Really enjoy the mini boba here! The jasmine green tea flavor is delicious. They are very generous with their boba. It took about 5 minutes for the boba to come out.

With year round drinks, there's definitely something for everyone. My favorite would happen to be the brown sugar series with boba and 50% sweetness. The staff is friendly so just ask them if you need recommendations.
Wushiland is always solid! I mostly love their pearls (mini boba) which you can't get at most boba shops. I got the black milk tea with pearls and it was fantastic, no notes. Milk tea has good authentic flavor and pearls have good consistency. Minimal seating inside. Drinks came out quickly.
This is a solid boba shop to stop by if you are craving a sweet drink. It gets busy, but they are quick to make your order. The prices here are quite affordable for the size of the drink as well. I love how they offer pearls as a topping, as they are perfectly sweet & add a fun chew. The shop itself is quite small, but it's perfect to stop by for a drink to walk around UTC with. * Roasted Oolong Milk Tea - 8.1/10 (the oolong tea here has a yummy chestnut aroma. we added pearls & grass jelly which were perfect toppings to go with the milk tea. i would also recommend getting it 50% sweet. we were also able to ask for a triple shot of tea, at no additional cost!)
The best part of Wushiland UTC is its incredibly convenient location if I feel like treating myself to a quick boba :) Easy to order via the app and just pick up (since there's always a decent line of people ordering in the store). Their shop has a nice modern looking vibe and the service is always friendly !! My fav is their Earl Grey Milk Tea (Very floral). Their just-launched Taro series was really good too - the taro paste is not artificially colored which is a win !! Also dig all their toppings (Jellies are my fav; They now have a new QQube topping too). The only series that I feel is a bit of a letdown is their matcha series that launched few months ago - Especially since there are lots of incredible high-quality matcha options (including pop-ups) in the city and Wushiland does not do justice. If they do improve Matcha, would become a 5/5.
The store is always really hot inside and I'm not sure if they ever turn on their AC. Drinks are made relatively fast and I do like the variations of boba. Noting to say on the service since we ordered on the kiosk.

WUSHILAND BOBA @ UTC Parking is available for free for two hours. This place is near the Trolley. Usually long lines can be out the door, but it's definitely worth the wait. I've always came here to get one drink, and one drink only, their classic Black Milk Tea with boba. It is SO good, not super sweet, and is always the perfect taste. The price was about $7, which is normal for boba in San Diego. Walking in you have the choice to order to the person or on a tablet, most of the time it's on the tablet because of how busy they get. Drinks come out within minutes, and it's always fantastic. Ambiance is nice; they have a small space for waiting/hanging.

They have a self service kiosk which makes ordering easy. The pictures on the screen were helpful. I liked how you can customize the sweetness and ice level easily. I got mine 100% sweet but didn't think it was sweet. Central in the mall and hard to miss.

Got a taro green tea latte and a grapefruit orange yakult. The taro was very yummy, I enjoyed the taro bits in the drink, it was on the sweeter side but all good. They offer $1 off coupons forever so one perk. Also scratch cards where you can win hats, tote bags, more $1 off coupons etc. read more
Wushiland is a good go-to spot and they have many locations all around California, especially SoCal. This location does not have any seating so I would not plan on sitting down and getting work done. BUT, it is located inside the mall with plenty of seating. My go-to drink at this place is their Green Milk Tea. The drink is so smooth and satisfying, but definitely more milk heavy, but you can still definitely taste the tea. A lot of people like their pearl (mini boba) because they are the only place I know that has the mini boba, and I like that you can put it in the fridge and it won't get hard. Wushiland Boba had some of the chewiest boba I've ever had, and they were generous with the honey boba topping, which I loved. The tea itself had great flavor, and I really liked the ratio of tea to milk -- it wasn't too heavy or too diluted. Overall, a solid boba spot that definitely stands out. read more

Please open one up in the Temecula area! We dropped by after walking around UTC. You can order via the kiosk or with a worker if they're extremely busy. The drinks come out very fast as well and I love that they give you a ton of toppings. The sweetness level adjustment was perfect. I know some places when you adjust the sweetness level, it can completely be off. The store is small and there's no seating area, but there's plenty of seats available outside/near the store. Not a big deal for us since we usually grab the drink and walk elsewhere anyways. I really loved the green tea latte and the brown sugar drink my husband ordered. Definitely wish we had a location closer to us! read more
Tried the Matcha latte made with oat milk and it's really good, but get an extra shot of matcha in it at no extra charge for extra matcha flavor. I also added Boba and whole red bean to my drink, the Matcha was so good that I wish I hadn't gotten so many add-ins. This location is really just a booth so get your drink and then enjoy it while walking around the mall. During busy times the wait here can get really long, so order on the app to beat the line. read more

We've been to this mall a dozen times. This time we were shopping next to a familiar Wushiland. Knowing their drink offerings and in the mood for some chewiness I ordered on the app. The shop is pretty tight and has a self serve kiosk ordering system. They really need to implement an efficient pick up. Inside was packed, drinks were sitting for a long while and not being picked up. So guests were waiting for an extended time even though their drinks were ready. I've seen other locations have a wall mounted screen with order numbers/names posted when ready. An easy fix for questions & confusion. Especially in this area they should have updated technology. The front staff could've had a better handle on things but maybe needing some guidance from management. Always room for improvement but A for effort because she was very calm & kind throughout the commotion. App needs some adjustments. I ordered on the app and wasn't given an order number. On the app it stated 'pending order' till an hour later after leaving it stated my drinks were ready for pick up. Apart from that my drinks were good just a little room temp instead of cold cuz it had been sitting for a bit. Outdoor parking available or covered parking free for first two hours in their lot on the west side entrance of the mall. On holiday weekends it tends to be very busy. read more
One of the best boba tea shops I've been to. It's a tiny little stop in UTC, you order on a tablet to customize your drink but there is staff as well if you need assistance. For reference, at the time we went it was card only. Whenever trying a new boba place get a brown sugar milk tea, if they do it well chances are everything else is great. And sure enough theirs was fantastic! We also got a grapefruit green tea with coconut jelly and it was equally as great. I definitely recommend coming here and will be back for more! read more

This location at UTC doesn't have any seating inside but there is plenty of space to sit throughout the mall. There is a self-ordering kiosk on the side or you can order with at the register as well. Drinks come out super quick so it's great for anyone on the go. First timers must try the roasted oolong milk tea - it was also my first drink here and everytime I try something new I always find myself going back to the oolong! They also let you add both regular and mini boba which I appreciate. Wushiland never disappoints! read more

Can't go wrong with Boba and shopping, especially at UTC mall. Roasted Oolong Milk Tea is so refreshing and a mist try. The boba was chewy and had a great overall consistency. It wasn't too sweet compared to other places. They were pretty quick given how busy they were, but they did a great job making the drinks. read more

One of the places with mini Boba, you'll easily see in the cups how much is added. The mini Boba is a different experience than regular sized Boba. It's not so much a chewy snack but rather a mouth feel as you sip the drink. It's not as easily chewable as it sorta slips through your teeth. It's still fun, but I am slightly into the regular size Boba more. The drink itself was great. I ordered the roasted oolong milk tea, half sweetened. My bf got the orange Yakult and he loved it! It was the exact kind of drink he wanted, a juicy sweet drink. I also thought it was pretty good and I'd order a Yakult drink next time. My sister also ordered a green tea Yakult. A cashier who asks me about sweetener or ice level checks the box for me. I always forget to order less sugar so I appreciate when the cashier asks. She passed the test! read more
It was a long journey to get to this Wushiland Boba, but we made it. Of course by the time we got here, everyone else already had gotten a drink from other boba spots like Happy Lemon and BenGong Tea. That's okay. I came here to get at least one boba drink and that's what I did. My niece hadn't gotten a drink yet so she and I both ordered. I got my usual... Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with ice cream, mini pearls, grass jelly, and lychee jelly at 100% sweetness and no ice. My niece got the Original Milk Tea with brown sugar and boba at 70% sweetness. Wow... I wasn't expecting my drink to be so sweet... yes, I asked for 100% sweetness, but all other Wushiland aren't that sweet even at 100%. I thought they all abide to the same recipe. Maybe whoever made my drink was sugar happy and squirted a couple more squirts of syrup. That's okay I still drank it. Unfortunately, I didn't drink it until later so I couldn't take it back to have it remade. Lesson learned. Hope my niece enjoyed her drink... she was smart... she asked for 70% sweetness. =) Staff was nice. Speed of service could have been better, but they were busy at the time. Inside space was a little tight IMHO... it's a lot smaller than most Wushilands that I've been to. Anyway, I'll still return here the next time I'm at Westfield UTC because I love Wushiland! read more

Had to try Wushiland for the first time, and had a pleasant experience. There are so many competing boba places nearby, but this one was memorable since it's more rare to find in Texas. The drinks are fresh and toppings are as they should be. The only downside is that their interior is small. But in SD weather and the nice UTC location, interior seating isn't as important. read more
This boba shop is located at the UTC mall. There was no crowd on a Monday afternoon. We ordered the oolong tea with boba 30% sugar was good. We like the amount of sugar. However, the brown sugar green tea 50% sugar was super sweet. I can't imagine how too 100% sugar would taste. Lol. Glad we tried, but probably a hit or miss spot. read more

The last time I went to a Wushiland, they told me the typical "our milk teas are non-dairy". I know what that is and I'm not a fan. They said they didn't offer oat or almond milk. Which is really too bad
