YUM YUM YUM YUM BEST MILK TEA. this is some authentic stuff and I love it. The boba itself is pretty good. But u have terrible parking lot & no where to sit inside because it's in a grocery store.

You really can't beat the value and flavor of Wushiland's drinks! Our favorites are the roasted oolong milk tea triple shots of tea with boba, and new Uji matcha latte in oat milk. The roasted oolong milk tea tastes so milky and being able to adjust triple shots for free makes the roasted tea flavor so pleasantly strong. When you get boba, they give sooo much boba and the drink size and topping amount is so much for what you pay compared to other boba tea shops. The new Uji matcha latte sub oat milk is so nice! Even my husband who doesn't like matcha likes it. Extra points that subbing oat milk is free. Parking can be challenging since it's a busy 99 ranch market and service is slower than KM since they're busier.

I came for the Valentin's day Bogo - get one oolong milk tea with QQube and get one free. The oolong tea flavor and the sugar level (70%) were just about right for me. I normally get boba topping so it's good to try something different. I liked the texture of QQube. I'd come back to try other flavors.

This is by far one of the best boba places in San Diego. They don't offer slushes or other fruit flavors . It's all tea drinks with the most generous portion of boba. Their boba is always chewy and fresh. They have a great loyalty reward program on this app where you can earn points easily to get discounts to free future drinks. They are very consistent and every location I've tried has been the same. One of my go to's is the green milk tea with boba. I like it with light ice and 70% sugar.

Lovely boba spot inside 99 Ranch Market! I asked for recommendations and got a few to try. That is great service right there. I ordered the orange grapefruit green tea. So unique, refreshing, and flavorful without boba. I got 50% sweetness which was just the right amount for me. This also made our grocery shopping a fun experience. I was pleasantly surprised!!! Y'all have to add this spot to your list!

I ordered 2 drinks with toppings earlier today, but when I got home I noticed both drinks were missing the toppings. I've been a regular customer, so I was a bit disappointed.

No frill boba tea shop inside 99 ranch market. Oo tea is wushiland boba. Currently ruining a promotion with the market. Spend $10+ get $2 off $20 in 99 ranch market. And spend $40+ in 99 Ranch get $1 off at wushiland boba. Till 11.15.25. Ordered the brown sugar roasted oolong milk tea but the normal sugar is too sweet for my taste. Service is quick. However boba is out and grass jelly substitute is not as good, hence 1 star off. People mostly order and go so no millennia gathering ambiance as other places.

I was on a journey to visit all 3 Wushiland Boba in the San Diego area on the same trip. I had visited the other two locations... one at The Westfield University Town Center and the other one at Kearny Mesa. I had a hard time finding this location because I didn't know it was inside the 99 Ranch Market space. It wasn't until I walked into the area that I saw Wushiland. The space where Wushiland is at now used to be Oo Tea... hopefully, they'll change the business sign soon so people don't get confused. Unfortunately, when I got here, they had already closed. This location closes earlier than the other 2 Wushiland. I was bummed because I wanted to hit all 3 locations on the same trip. Oh well, I'll have to come back next time. See you then!

The OO Tea inside the 99 Ranch Market on Clairemont Mesa is actually Wushiland Boba, I did not know that until my boyfriend pointed it out. This is one of his favorite boba places and his go-to is the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba. This tea is good, but I prefer the baby bobas that they have, called "pearls." Their price is considerably cheaper than the Wushiland at the UTC Westfield Mall, but same great quality. Now I know where to go when I want baby bobas! NOTE: They accept credit cards only, no cash.

Yay! They now offer organic fresh milk and oat milk! Was so happy to see those additions instead of only non-dairy creamers. We got the "ovaltine latte organic". It was yummy. I saw they have a green tea latte organic but I wish they offered a jasmine green tea latte organic because jasmine is my fave and I love getting it with oat milk. But I will say the orange grapefruit green tea is soooo good and refreshing on a hot day. The boba is consistent and good. Nicely cooked, nice, size, level of softness and chew. Both sizes are good. I like to get both boba and mini boba (aka pearl) in a drink and it's fun lol. Wushiland is good, consistent and super convenient being in the same location as 99 ranch market.

Really love that this place is located in the 99 ranch. Really hate that I'm tempted by boba every time I finish grocery shopping. You order at the counter. Service was quick and easy. My go to quick boba spot. No frills.

E X P E R I E N C E We can also group of 6 on a Sunday afternoon. At around 2 PM it was raining decently hard so a lot of stores were closed at UTC. They had a good job keeping the dirt at bay. drinks were made quickly, within 5-10 mins F O O D earl grey milk tea, less ice, 50% sugar, boba earl grey milk tea, less ice, 30% sugar, boba, coconut jelly milk tea, less ice 50% sugar, boba milk tea, regular ice, 50% sugar, boba drinks were way too sweet, even at 30% sugar, tastes artificial. the flavor balance of the milk tea was poorly done. boba was cooked al dente. P R I C E around 7 per drink

For a small store that's constantly busy their service is pretty quick! Their portions are pretty great and they do put a lot of boba which is great :) Here's my favorite go to drink for a classic boba: Brown Sugar Milk Tea with mini boba (pearl) and 50% sugar! My biggest tip is to make sure you shake your drink before inserting your straw. Their brown sugar boba is so good it's also good with earl grey milk tea!

Earl grey milk tea is solid

Just like all of the other Wushilands in terms of quick service and reliable/consistent taste. Easy to order/pick up via their app.

I couldn't quite read the name tag. She was excellent, thank you! The vegetarian (vegan if you get it with sweet chili sauce instead of aioli) popcorn chicken was super flavorful and crispy. Definitely a shareable portion between 2 people as a hefty snack, and 3-4 people if you just want a small bite. The taro sweet milk tea was unlike any other taro drink I've had before, because there seemed to be actual mashed taro in the bottom of the drink. It was presented beautifully layered, and it kind of tasted like strawberry milk to me. Fun to try, and looking forward to trying other drinks next time! The inside of the cafe had plentiful and comfortable seating, a great playlist, and it was clean. Big thank you to this business for having vegan-friendly food AND drink options that don't just omit the milk, but actually have a non-dairy substitute and no powdered creamer. I'll definitely be back!

My group tried an assortment of items today, family-style. 4/5 Mapo Tofu Tots: This was pretty unique, a fusion of two worlds - eastern (mapo tofu) and western (tots and cheese). I personally did not care for the cheese, but the mapo tofu was quite tasty, a mild flavor not yet reaching a spicy level where I'd guzzle water. Others in my group favored this item amongst the 3 we tried, while I thought it was okay. 4.5/5 Scallion pancake with popcorn chicken, egg, and cheese. The scallion pancake was light, flaky, and layered, pretty authentic in flavor. It's probably my own bias, but I was also not a fan of the cheese in this dish, though it had a melty consistency others might like. They provided an umami sweet sauce to add. 4/5 Pineapple bun with popcorn chicken. This was a unique take on how one could combine snackable Chinese/Taiwanese food. The Pineapple Bun was somewhat sweet and buttery, tasty on its own, but raised question marks for me. It was an unexpected combo with the savory popcorn chicken. The chicken was crispy and we ordered it mild. 5/5 Strawberry Basil Lemonade: This drink was on the sweeter side at 100%, but very refreshing and not tart. I'd order it again. The strawberry flavors were somewhat strong in this one. 5/5 Guava Jinxuan Oolong Tea: I was a fan of Jinxuan oolong while touring Taiwan, so I was excited to see this authentic strain of tea on the menu. When unmixed, the guava syrup/purée was a bit sweet, but I did enjoy this drink. I didn't taste the unique milky oolong flavors though. The slightly bitter tea notes came out at the end, though I'd also reorder this. Bopomofo was an adventure for my and my group's taste buds, I would probably come back to try other drinks and dishes.

It's in a plaza with a ton of other restaurants, so just know parking can be a little chaotic. I went on a Wednesday around 5:30PM and still found parking pretty easily, but I can see it getting rough later. The place itself is on the smaller side, but they fit a good amount of seating. Every time I pass by it never looks super packed and even this time it wasn't that busy. I ordered ahead through their website, which was smooth, but when I walked in the cashier didn't see my order at first. I showed her my confirmation text, she checked with the kitchen and let me know it was still being prepared. She was super kind about it, so no issue there. I sat and waited and it ended up being around 20 minutes, which felt a little long for just two items, but not terrible. There was also a moment where a group came in and no one was at the front, so they asked me how ordering worked. We both just assumed you scan the QR code at the table and order from there, which probably explains why there isn't always someone upfront. A little confusing at first, but it is what it is. Once my food was ready, it was packaged really nicely. I had about a 25 minute drive home and everything stayed warm, which is honestly the best part about good takeout. Popcorn Chicken ($9.50) This might be the best popcorn chicken I've had in San Diego, especially for the price. You get big pieces, like actual chicken, not just fried coating. The seasoning is kind of addicting, a little sweet, a little salty, savory, with a slight kick. Super fragrant too with green onions mixed in. The sauce tasted like a cilantro jalapeño crema, almost taco vibes, which sounds random but it worked really well. And the shredded cabbage at the bottom soaking up all that extra seasoning... so good. Only thing is I wish some pieces were a little crispier and more golden, but still really really solid. Spicy Shrimp Wontons (8 pcs, $10.80) These come in a soy, vinegar, chili oil sauce that's super balanced. The wontons themselves are a bit smaller and don't have a ton of filling, so price-wise it's a little eh. But the sauce carries. After sitting in it during my drive home, I thought it would be too salty, but it actually soaked in perfectly. The color got darker and richer and the flavor still stayed balanced. Overall, this place is honestly solid. The menu isn't huge, more focused on noodles, dumplings, and apps, but based on what I had, they do it well. I'll definitely be back to try more, but that popcorn chicken alone is already enough reason to come back.
