Worked with Nick to help both with normal bugs and critters getting into house as well as a family of squirrels in the attic. Nick was communicative, always let me know when he was on his way and was timely, consistently. Always responsive to texts and calls. Very knowledgable, has been doing this for like 17 years or something. He came up with a plan, made sure I felt good with it and worked through getting the squirrels out (and some mice =)), sealing everything up, and helping on all bugs fronts. I called X Out at 4:45pm on a Wednesday, 15 minutes before their office closed. Not only did they answer, I was able to book them for service the very next morning. Caleb came out and listened to our pest control needs and immediately began treatment. The whole process took about 45 minutes and Caleb explained why he was treating a certain area and for which pests. He was very kind and respectful of our property. Ricky and his brother, Ray, treated my house for termites. Ricky has, at this time, 15 years of experience with treating termites. Ricky is knowledgeable, very personable, competent, and efficient. He is a pleasure to work with. I had little interaction with his brother, but they worked together very well. I also had a very fast response from Ricky, and he showed up on time and got the job done. He even has a camera that he can use to view in spaces to check for termites or their habitat. I continue to have a GREAT experience with X-out. It's starting to get warmer, getting toward spring, and I want to nip those bugs in the bud before they awaken and start migrating inside. The day I called X-out, they were at my house. Seriously, the responsiveness is amazing. Caleb went above and beyond on customizing the treatment for the idiosyncrasies of our 100-year-old house, including suggesting things to mitigate the joy of having a pier and beam foundation, with all its cracks and crevices for things to hid. He also walked the full perimeter and sprayed 5 feet up our rock wall, just to deter as many critters as possible. Originally called x out to treat a German roach problem and they succeeded, sparing no corner, oven, or fridge to make sure they were taken care of. Decided to have them come for quarterly treatments and they are just hands down the friendliest and knowledgeable team. I always let them know of any problems i see and like magic it goes away. Seriously, they come when they say they will and do the job that is promised. What else do you need to know? Of course, that's still not enough for Yelp so... Since using X Out we have had no extraterrestrials in our yard. That in itself is a comfort. Also, the sun has continued to rise and set on a fairly regular schedule. We have been having a bad wasp problem and also needed our quarterly spray. This was our first time using this company. I was able to message them and they got back to me almost immediately and was able to get out within the next couple days. Not only did they spray inside and out, they also knocked down all the wasp nests so there are no pesky eye sores that I couldn't reach. Very competitive pricing, and great customer service. We have had around 20 scorpions inside our apt since last July. The pest control that the complex uses didn't do a thing. I recently got the full termite preventive service done at my home. Danny helped schedule a termite inspection for me, which was needed in order to know what needed to be done for my home and how much it would cost. Ricky, the termite inspector, inspected my home and was able to quickly provide a competitive quote for full termite protection. I agreed to have the service done and worked with Danny over the phone to get the full termite service scheduled. On the day of the inspection, Ricky called me to give me a heads up that he was on his way. When he arrived, he quickly did the interior of my home first. Ricky has a background in construction and it showed, when he was able to quickly identify the areas needed to effectively protect my home. He drilled minimal holes, only when needed and injected the chemical quickly to protect the areas around the plumbing. He then proceeded to work on the outside to create a protective barrier around my home. He had to drill holes into the concrete on one side on my home and did so rapidly with a hammer drill. After injecting the chemical, he also put caps on the holes in the concrete so that they could be reused later if needed. He said it would also serve as evidence that the home had been treated (in addition to the paperwork he provided of course). Ricky answered all my questions and provided all the paperwork for my records. Overall, he was knowledgeable, friendly and very experienced. I would highly recommend Ricky at X-Out for any termite preventive work. read more

Love this place. Found them on yelp because I needed a maintenance / regular service for my property. They immediately messaged back and setup an appointment with honest and transparent pricing. They were great. Once he tech came, I was in the middle of a conference call so he helped me get my dog and cat in a room so that he could start spraying the house then he went outside to spray around it. He was so friendly and helpful. Anytime they come and spray, they knock to let me know they are there then they get the job done and leave. I will be recommending this place. Also the chemicals they use are pet friendly but they just don't want anything to happen to your pet so they ask they you put them away which I appreciate. read more

This pest service is great! Our exterminator, Mike, has been coming out now to us for a long time. Mike always does a spectacular job and shows up exactly when he says he will. I have actually received a personal call from Health the owner when I experienced a mysterious ant problem and they addressed right away at no charge. I did my research to evaluate other pest control services and ultimately they came up at the best value for what they are offering compared to others. I had asked them many questions before deciding to go with them and they were able to deliver. I trust them in my home- I welcome them In they do there job I never monitor them they leave and I receive an automated bill- never had a problem will billing ever. You deal will people - and they treat you like people- I cannot say enough good things, and I can be harsh critic. I certainly wouldn't stick around with a pest control service that didn't kill the bugs in home considering how intense my fear of bugs really is - however x-out does an amazing job!!! Michael and Kenny were extremely professional and understanding as they arrived walking in to a diaper emergency with my toddler... They also were courteous, noting that we remove shoes in our household, and they removed theirs without me even asking. They were happy to answer my questions, and, as if that weren't enough, Michael ended up helping me empty cabinets I didn't get to in time, noting I had my hands full (last day of virtual school for my older son...) They will come for follow-up spray in 2 weeks at no extra charge, at which point I will be back to write a follow-up review to see how the infestation has improved, fingers crossed.
