John is now our dedicated rep and I can't say enough good things about him. Unlike many other services, it's nice to know that we have the same tech each time. I noticed some debris on my kitchen windowsill, and figured I better have X-Out come on out and have a look. My fear was termites, but I didn't know for sure what was doing the damage. I've had Ricky, Mike, and John all help me with an issue my complex seems incapable of fixing. They blame my pet though he's got all possible and safe medications he can from the vet. They told me it's not possible to get an infestation from my neighbors through the wall and refuse to check them. The employees are awesome! They are very attentive to detail and extremely responsive to a customer's needs. Yesterday, I forgot to put my dog inside from the backyard. Our tech, Mike, showed up right when he said he would to spray our interior, which we like to do every springtime. Mike also took time to add notes to our account so that specific areas we noticed pest activity in would receive special attention moving forward. I have been using X Out in San Antonio, best price and service. My mom liked what I told her about them. The only thing is she lives in Killeen and hates bugs more than me. :) So I called the X Out in Austin and they are so cool that they went out to Killeen and sprayed for my parents, I enrolled them in the quarterly service. They were both very impressed with Nathan and his wonderful Customer Service! He explained patiently to my dad all that was being done and being used. These guys are the best. Great customer service in person or on the phone. I've worked with them for almost a year. They are responsive, careful, and caring. I've dealt with varying levels of disability in my time with them. When I'm good and walking well they notice, and congratulate. When I'm not and in my wheelchair they commiserate. Either way... they care. More so than any service that delivers to me. And everything that comes into my home is delivered. They listen. They ask. The pest service is top notch. I have used various pest control companies within the past 3-4 years and even tried to control pests on my own by using industrial products purchased online and have always had problems with pests returning. X-Out is the only one that has made a very noticeable impact on the amount of spiders, ants, wasps, and other insects in and around my house. My house is backed up along a large greenbelt and spiders, ants and wasps have been such a nuisance that I couldn't even let my kids play in the backyard comfortably. It's been about 2 months since our initial two standard treatments as well as the fire ant treatment and I have noticed a drastic reduction in pests. Spiders are inevitable as we have some oaks from the greenspace behind our house draped over our backyard, but even then the spider population is almost at zero. We had about a half dozen fire ant nests and those are all gone now too. I couldn't be happier with the job X-Out has done so far. Danny was an absolute pleasure to work with and walked me through their entire process as well as the products they use.
