I had to pay to tow it back to the shop, where they kept it for over a month and ultimately told me they could not find the problem. I then had the vehicle towed to a second garage. Their diagnosis was that the vehicle's electrical system had been severely damaged, almost like it had been hit by lightning. They stated the alternator had not been properly grounded during installation, which allegedly caused major damage to the vehicle's computer systems while I drove it home after the repair. I ended up spending thousands of dollars in additional repairs, including dealership-installed computer modules and electrical work. Even after all of that, the car was never the same again. I bought this vehicle brand new and have been the only owner since it had 0 miles. Prior to this repair, I never had any major electrical issues. Very disappointing experience and extremely costly.

I ask when they could do it they said tomorrow morning. I took it in the next day. They called later that day and said the parts didn't come in. It ended up being three days. The bill was $600.00 When I picked it up I was very busy with family matters and didn't check the emergency brake. To my surprise about a week later when I tried it it didn't work. I called and told them about it on a Thursday they said bring it in next Tuesday at 7:00am. I asked about it getting done that day. They said no way earliest would be Thursday. I asked to talk to Chuck. He said sorry they have people already scheduled and they would get to it when they could. I said all it needs is the emergency brake shoes adjustment. He said no its more than that. I asked was it adjusted when installed he said he didn't know. I asked who repaired it? He again said he didn't know. I left didn't have much faith in the facility Not going to bad mouth anyone there just state my experience. Today I adjusted the shoes and the emergency brake works now. I read my contract before purchasing because I was buying my car $10,000 cash and that's what you're supposed to do. Not one time did I come across a page that disclosed any major issues with my car. I had to sign the bottom of every sheet and I did just that. My car died a week and a half after I got it! In that time I did an oil change, a tune up, I had to replace the radiator and thermostat, and I kept getting a code saying the 5th cylinder in my motor was misfiring. The car died y'all it's been sitting in my driveway for a year and today I decided to check the seatbelts because from the beginning when I cleaned it out I kind of suspected water damage. They smell like mildew more and more the closer it gets to the end of the belt! But let me go back a little because when I contacted them about the other issues I was having after having the car 3 DAYS! at that time they told me I bought it as is and they weren't fixing anything and it's all on me now. He said it in the most grim way with an added chuckle. I said ok and went to seek legal advice but in the state of Illinois there are no lemon laws so I was stuck with this junk and I was helpless. Something said check your contract, why when I went to read I found a mysterious page saying that I would possibly have to replace the motor... I was like wait I e never seen this otherwise I wouldn't have bought the car at all. I then got excited because I had proof that they fraudulently sold me a car. They failed to disclose this information and they couldn't say I saw that page because guess what (remember when I told y'all I signed every page?) there was no signature. So I instantly called the lawyer and as I snapped pics to upload for the legal team I noticed my signature was not in a single piece of paper but how was that possible if he took it in the back for "copies" and he switched the contracts! I wanna say his name was Jim but forgive me if I'm wrong because it's been a year and I'm still going thru the legal side of it all. I don't hardly remember his name but I can tell you whoever works in that building that had surgery with in the last year (he told us he was going to be off awhile for it) is the guy I'm talking about so beware of the man with the cane because he's the worst kind of human, very dishonest, and shame on you sir! But let me add when I've told this story to people around me I've discovered two of them had been there and also were sold lemons so be careful and make sure you read your contracts and pay attention to everything like I did. I've contacted the attorney general and I'm pressing the issue y'all got the right one this time. I got nothing but time to sit in a court especially when I know I'm right. You will pay for what you did to me! Enjoy

Here is the email that I sent Jeremy and he just replied that that there is nothing he will do…read more i have all the records and documents showing exactly what i believe is unacceptable and I really would like to not have to deal with Ronnie at all if that is at all possible. Simply because he has already lied to me and caused me sleepless nights.. First off when i first called the dealership and he picked up the phone and ansured what few questions i had on the car which was.... Is it available? It does get 40 to 50 miles a gallon? And is their anything wrong with the car? He told me that their was not one thing wrong with the car those were his exact words and he never try's to mention anything about the Salvage Title not until after i had someone from work drop me off up their because i had no car at the time and he made sure to get the 2500 down payment from me and have me fill out half the paper work and then he springs it on me now its real slick how he gives you no time to find out what a salvage title even means i had no idea but if he could have told me just a hour earler i could have read up on it and would have diffenetley not have bought the car to begin with. And on top of that he didnt even sell it to me at the salvage title value which is $ 4300 i have the tax papers on that is what the state of missouri appraised it at. So he sells me a car for $ 9000 that is appraised at $4300 and that's not all the ad that you had on the car clearly says that it get around 45 miles to the gallon. Well just a couple of days after i bought it i knew that was not at all accurate because it only gets 12 to 15 miles a gallon reason the IMA battery is out on the car which is a $ 2500 dollar item now to me that qualifies as one thing being wrong with the car and two things the would be the Salvage Title. Now i did drive it back up to the dealership to see if he could have it fixed you know since it was right after i bought it and of course because he assured me their was not one thing wrong with the car.... but instead of helping me it just said well that sucks and let me know that it was my problem... OK so there are two options that i think is more than fair and i really hope that you agree the option being i have already paid more than what the car is valued at so 1st option being we clear the car note... if that is not possible for you than option 2 would be i bring the car back and just get refunded the money i paid on it one of these options could surely work. i really hope that you can work with me on the matter you can reach me at 903 910 9722 Now don't just go off my reviews please look them up on the BBB WEBSITE AS WELL THE BBB RECOMMENDS NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COST!!!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had working with a car dealership. Top to bottom horrible…read moreservice. Where to even begin... First we waited hours for the business mgr to finalize the transaction (2023 Nissan Altima 50,000 miles), only to drive home in the dark and discover the car hadn't been cleaned out - let alone detailed - after being told it would be. Also absent was the extended warranty document, which we were also assured we'd be given. I had to call multiple times to finally have that sent. Multiple issues with the car were then discovered over the next couple days - this after being assured by the salesman that it had passed a rigorous certification process/inspection and that the dealership "wouldn't sell a car that wasn't safe, road ready, or in need of a bunch of work." It was like I was an idiot for even asking. Well, low and behold, the following issues were all identified by two separate mechanics days after bringing it home: 1) Dead battery (which I unfortunately discovered while out running errands:() , 2) Completely Shot brakes on front and back, 3) bent front left axle causing bumping sound, 4) back passenger sensor/electronics failure. 5) On top of all of this, they sold the car with 4 mismatched tires, which was something my mechanic said should never be done on modern cars other than as a very short term fix. I didn't realize it at the time. When I called the dealer with these concerns, the salesman mainly wanted to argue with me, saying most of these were "wear and tear" issues the dealer wasn't responsible for. On the brakes, he quoted some supposed internal initial inspection report, saying there was still 6-8 mm or something left on the brake pads - this despite the fact that I sent him video from another dealer/mechanic showing there was no pad left. Fortunately, the car came with the Ford Blue Choice 3 month warranty, so I felt I had at least some kind of recourse/protection. Anyway, the salesman eventually told me to bring the car back so they could look at it. The repair supervisor then called me back that afternoon with a quote of around $2000+ to replace the front and back brakes and battery. The "good news " was the bent front axle would be covered under the extended warranty. Yeah! I, of course, would still have to pay the $100 warranty deductible. When I demanded that the brakes and battery be replaced without additional cost to me, the matter was escalated to the manager (whom I had unsuccessfully attempted to contact previously by the way.) I was then told by the service coordinator that the mgr had agreed to replace the battery and back brakes only, insisting that the front brakes were still ok...(Really? So then why were you going to have me pay to replace them?!) .As far as the mismatched tires were concerned, the salesperson scoffed and said a 2023 car was perfectly safe with 4 mismatched tires, and the different tread patterns etc., would have zero impact on the cars internal components or drivability. Both of them acted like they had done me some kind of favor and I should be grateful. I asked to talk directly to the manager. There was of course no one to be found, but I was assured he would call me back asap. I was so pissed off at the whole crappy experience that I paid the $100 warranty deductible and left. I, then, over the next month tried to get in contact with the manager. He finally called one afternoon while I was in a meeting and left a message, stating that he was on his way out the door but would get back to me asap. Yeah right. Nothing. I called multiple times after, always being assured by whomever I spoke with that the mgr would call me back pronto. Never happened. During all of this, I was still able to text with the sales person, who would answer eventually and also told me repeatedly the the mgr would call me. When I asked the salesperson about still needing the back passenger sensor replaced, he stated, "there is no way you would know that it went out." I said, "it shows right on the front dash!" He then gave me the 800 number for the blue choice warranty program and told me to take it to a Nissan dealer for the repair... Anyway, I've given up on this place. Terrible. Embarrassing. Sad. I'd never go back there. Ever.
