Ayesia, Ayesia, Rudy and Dionne at customer loyalty was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have ALL THE PRODUCTS OFFERED BY xfinity (Cable, Phone, Internet, Home Security). I have been a customer for 10years and this means NOTHING to the "CUSTOMER LOYALTY" DEPARTMENT. Hanging up and never calling you back when you give them a number they can reach you on. Customers want to feel they are heard and not processed like meat and the reps talking to you as some one begging for credit from them. I owe NOTHING at all. So is it wrong to ask for the Customer Loyalty to get in touch with the tech support to try to have the first call to come out to my house since I have been with out service for 3 days? Comcast is trying to stink a bit less. This location has fair customer service. I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes to get waited on. Better than a few experiences I've had in the past. At least I have to give them some credit - for stinking a bit less. read more

I'm so glad to be rid of crapcast. Having to wait over an hour in a store with only 6 seats just to return equipment is ridiculous and only 1 person assisting a room full of customers. I never have this ridiculous wait with at&t. There Internet sucks and customer service is worse. Learn to value people time. read more

This review is specific to this store and the service they provide. Full Disclosure: I can't stand Comcast's TV services. I settled for them for over a year because of their deal with my apartment complex, but eventually I had to go back to U-Verse. Just my preference. But I wanted to write a positive review about my experience leaving Comcast and at this store in particular. I entered the store off Mason and there was a young woman who worked there helping an elderly couple immediately in front of me. They were engaged in conversation and the young lady was explaining in detail some instructions to the couple. I stood behind them and figured I'd patiently wait my turn. The young lady went to grab something for the couple, and I overheard them say how helpful she was and how happy they were with everything. As I overheard this, I heard the door open behind me. There was a sweet old lady with a walker trying to come in. At once, I set down my bag of return items and got the door helping her in. She was very sweet, thanked me, and asked if I had "signed in"? I was confused and didn't really know what she meant so I smiled politely and just made sure she got in okay. As the door began to close I noticed another woman walking towards the door with return items of her own in her hands, so I pushed it back open. This woman said nothing, no "thank you" or anything, just ordered the elder lady to sit down and she'll sign them in. At this point it dawned on me that I hadn't noticed the iPad set up to sign in. The elderly lady in her walker had made her way cautiously over to a seat by now, and I knew that there was really no way to let this other rude lady know I had come in before them, not to mention helped her mother get inside. I took a deep breath, signed in after her, and took my seat. A few names got called and the young lady helped them quickly. A man walked in wanting to return his equipment while she was helping another customer, and she paused to let him know where to sign in. I was a little miffed that I hadn't gotten that same notice, but nothing to do now. So the rude lady was now next. I began to do a crossword on my phone, when suddenly MY name was called. A little taken aback, I walked up and proceeded to return my gear. It was very quick and efficient and with a smile. As I got into my truck it hit me what she did. She noticed me come in first, but wanted to keep her poise with her current customers (the elderly couple) as I entered. She then had the peripheral vision to see what happened between the 2 ladies and myself, not to mention notice what name I entered into the system. Without skipping a beat, she kept the correct order of customers and never made it awkward for anyone. She was unbelievably polite and efficient. I was so floored that here I am praising this young lady. I just caught sight of a business card as I left and I think her name was India. She was spectacular. I'd steal her away for my own business if I could. This job isn't easy and you can tell just from this page how horrible people can be in their reviews. Makes some sad people feel very big to demean those in the service industry. But India and the job done deserve recognition. Thank you to her, the store and Comcast. Rude, arrogant personnel. I went to get a remote. The employee gave the wrong one. I told her. She was terrible and insisted this was the right remote and that I was wrong. I kept trying to argue with her but her ego would not let her be wrong. Finally I accepted her stupid remote. I went home and guess what it? It was the wrong one! Stupid lady. This is the friendliest comcast/xfinity store in Houston. I had issues with my box a few months ago and tried to solve it at the store on 290 and was there for more than an hour. Today I changed boxes because of a move and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They waiting line moved smoothly, the girl at the front was nice, and the guy that helped me out was the BFG (seriously! Super nice and super tall!) He took care of my problems without a bad attitude (that's a first in the 5 years I've dealt with Comcast!) and actually knew what he was doing. Well I went in there cause I need home internet. After about 10minutes I'm talking with somebody about why I can't set up home internet at my apartment setup online. Handle the issue that previous people that lived in my apartment caused. Then I get to looking at my options for home internet and the lady behind the counter starts trying to get me to authorize a bunch of extra charges and fees. Blatantly lying to my face saying "you have to pay for our technician to come to your home so they can turn on the signal." Not to mention she was trying to get me signed up for a plan that was literally double the original plan I went in there looking to get. If I could give 0stars I would. Great customer service, real friendly people, yeah it was busy, but in those time you can see people real colors and how they deal with each customer, I was help and I've been with Xfinity since they were Time Warner cable, overall I'm happy with them, other people get mad on waiting, heck even in 5 stars restaurants you'll have to wait, grow up and be patient. read more

What a rip-off. Been with them for 20+ years and just increased the rate by $30 per month. They try to tell you that you have 150 MB service yet Speedtest says 75 MB. Only way they will reduce your rate is to accept a 2 year agreement with an early termination penalty. I will go elsewhere for my service. read more

Great service! We had been going to the one Tidwell for years and there is Always a line the employees aren't always plesent. Decided to drive out to this location a little further but definitely worth the drive, from walking in the Asian guy greeted us nicely check us in and within 5 min we were called and got out equipment switched out our equipment no problem. He even took the time to tell us why we were seeing problems with the equipment and got us in and out quickly. Very efficient strong with a great staff! read more

These employees and the store manager are not very interested in helping customers. I saw another review here on yelp that stated the employees here are rude and arrogant- I concur! However, I called xfinity/comcast directly, they apologised for the inconvenience I experienced, and were awesome! Very POOR customer service. I paid extra to pick up the equipment and self-install so I could get it quicker. Picked it up on a Mon and called Mon eve to connect. That's when they said I wasn't connected and they would have to send out a tech...cost $50. First avail was Wed 1-3. NO SHOW. NO CALL. called back, they were supposed to call and reschedule. NO CALL. Called back Thu noon, said they would escalate it and someone would call me back. NO CALL. Called back at 4PM, sat on hold for 30 min for a supervisor. NO SUPERVISOR. I was told I had an appt for Fri from 3-5PM. I wasn't asked, I wasn't called, they just made the appt without seeing if it was even a good time for me. Bad time. 7PM, called back to cancel everything. read more
