I had a chance to stop by this new spot in k-town next to h-mart. It's located on the 2nd floor in the building next door where you can either walk up or use the elevator to get there. The inside is brand new and felt super clean including the bathrooms. There was no wait on a Saturday night and the staff were all super friendly. For broths we chose the special handmade beef oil broth (spicy) and the pork bone broth. For food, we had the Wagyu chuck roll, New Zealand lamb roll, Crown Daisy (highly recommend), pumpkin, and Chinese yam. They also have a nice sauce station which includes free slushies! They had Grape and Mango flavors which were really nice on the side with the spicy food! Came here at the end of December because of their advertised lunch special for $19. The pop up banner on the homepage of their website clearly says it's available until 3pm. (I took a screenshot today in January 2026 to show that their website still says this). I arrived at 2:10pm. This place is located on the second floor of a building. There's stairs and elevator access. Things were not great upon first arrival. There was a long line of people waiting to be seated and the workers didn't seem to be very phased at that and were slowly making their way around to seat people. I finally got seated all the way in the back corner away from everything and was handed the tablet to order. I start scrolling up and down and through all the menu tabs looking for the $19 deal. I even looked around and saw sandwich boards advertising the deal. I tapped on the "call for help" button as I didn't see any staff around to wave down (or they were all far in the other side of the restaurant anyway) and waited. No one came so I pushed the call button again and it said that I already pushed it and can repush after 5 min. I sat there patiently waiting. No one ever came after 5 min so I pushed it again and waited. I eventually got up and flagged down a worker and asked about the lunch special and that I can't find it on the tablet. He then just said we don't have it, it's done. I ask but isn't it until 3pm? And he just tells me no. This review is for the lunch deal, which is very good value. It's $19 for a set menu with your choice of soup base. I chose the green chili soup base and the beef set. The green chili soup base was flavorful and different from my usual choice of mala. For the beef set, it came with two types of beef, mushrooms, cabbage, greens, noodles, corn, and fried tofu rolls. By the end of my meal, I was completely full and my friend couldn't even finish their noodles. The sauce bar is well maintained and while they do not have as many appetizer options as other places (when I went it was only mala peanuts and cabbage), they do have oranges/honeydew + free grape/mango slushie. I was impressed by the honeydew, which was pretty sweet. Service was fast and quick to respond when requesting items or more water. They also came by with more napkins as I made a mess. A colleague picked this place because we are always craving the comfort of hot pot and we're in the neighborhood. Wow! I was so impressed! I never realized there was a hot pot place smack in ktown. Once we got there, we both ordered the beef lunch special which came with 2 types of beef - regular and fatty beef. It was served in this beautiful carrier that reminded me of Afternoon Tea in London. The top layer had the protein and the bottom had veggies, beautiful greens, tofu and healthy amount of fresh noodles. I hate greens but they were so clean and fresh that you can see I ate all of it. Crazy thing was this beef set was $19. There is also a seafood offering, veggie offering and a combo beef/seafood offering. The noodles surprised me as I normally don't eat hot pot with noodles but I really liked it! It made a delicious spicy noodle soup that rounded out a great lunch. There was also a sauce bar that came with peanuts, chips to snack on as well as a variety of sauces (which is my obsession). This place understands the key to hot pot is not just fresh ingredients but the SAUCE offerings!! I'm bummed I didn't get to try the mango slushie dessert but I forgot.
