The express pedicure massage was excellent. The charge was very confusing. The price was $40 on the menu. There were up charges of $32 for shellac polish, French manicure and two stickers that were defined as art. Then as I paid, there was no way to leave less than a 15% tip. I tip very well but I don't like that it was forced. I also don't like that the amounts of the up charges were not given to me ahead of time. It felt very shady and I won't be back. The clientele was trashy and swearing loudly. Overall, I think that I would have been ok with the price if I was told about it first. Also, there are not enough technicians working which was why my massage was so long. You do not need a license until the drill is used and chemicals are introduced. Save yourself the trouble, money, and attitude of the manager when you ask about the price difference and go somewhere else. read more

From the only hair stylist who is always on vacation, even moving appointments off the books after the fact; to changing the deluxe pedicure to regular with the same price and no notice. Me and my daughter went and we were very unsatisfied with the costumer service. They began my nails and the nail tech went forward to tell me she didn't usually work with acrylic (after she started my nails) and called another employee to come in to finish my nails. I waited 20-25 minutes for the other employee to arrive and even then the quality of the nails were very low and they broke within 2 days. They appeared to be very low staffed, every employee was working on 1-2 clients at a time getting up and leaving and starting someone's hair and then coming back to paint 5 of my toes and then leave again. Very inconsistent and took way to much time in my opinion. I would take my money elsewhere. read more

it took a whole 7 hours to dye my hair, i alreayd went with blondish hair on the bottom part of my hair & asked to go lighter but they said they weren't able too, so i just asked them to go the lightest they could. they barley did anything to my hair and it took my whole day up, costed 260. honeslty not worth it. waste of time and money i wish i went somewhere else. the picture is a after picture & the only thing they added were the tiny strands of blonde on top. disappointed. read more

Simply the best pedicure I've gotten in a LONG time. It was clean. Lisa (my nail tech) was fantastic and hilarious. I typically don't review a place until I've been there a couple times - but the service today warrants special attention. I had a free hour (rare) and went in right when they opened at 10am. I didn't have an appointment but Lisa got me in right away. Very comfy chairs. Parrafin wax AND hot stone massage AND hot towel on the regular pedicure. WOW WOW WOW. I hated my gel manicure from XO Beauty Bar. She applied a few decent coats of polish, but when it came to the top cost, she either used a terrible product or applied it very poorly. The to cost was uneven, had bubbles, and cured with bare spots. I asked the nail tech to fix it, and she just kept applying more crappy coats on top. After 3 coats of clear top coat, my nails we're so thick and looked terrible. I gave up and left. I won't be returning here for another manicure read more

I live up the street from these guys and needed a new nail spot since my regular spot is terrible these days. I walked in on Friday morning and sat with Michael. This place consistently scores 10/10 for me. My mom and I always make the drive out of our way to come here when we get our nails done, and yesterday I came with a friend and yet again, was not disappointed. I've had different nail techs each time and they have always done a superb job. The only service I've had performed has been shellac manicures, so that's all I can really vouch for, but my mom has had a pedicure and said it was excellent as well. read more

My 14 year old daughter loves the lady that cuts her hair and waxed her eyebrows at this place. My issue is that over the past 3 years the price is always different. Their haircuts say $25, however my daughter has chin length hair and just wanted it texturized. They charged me $45!!! No styling, nothing! They make the prices up as they go. The first several times I came here for a mani pedi and eyebrow wax it was amazing. 5 stars for sure so I started bringing friends with me, the last 6 months or so it's gotten worse every time I'm here. The service just wasn't as good as it was the first few times. They overbook themselves so sometimes they are jumping from customer to customer while using the same gloves. What about bacteria? I am done with just pedicure and i was asked to wait for manicure, because another customer with no appointment is waiting & she is getting her manicure done right now. Its easy to keep me locked in as customer with my feet hanging. Came for eyebrows as well and was asked to wait. 2 customers came after me and got hair color and hair cut done.
