Update: After my review I was contacted by customer care and the manager of the branch handling my delivery. They were very nice and willing to help. I did get my delivery and am satisfied that it got here in one piece on the day they said it would. I do still think they need to work on their communication internally though. To make things right and easier for me, I was told the delivery would be in the afternoon when I didn't have to miss work but when I received the text with the delivery window it was 8am to 11. Not a huge deal but after all the run around it was frustrating to still see that they couldn't get on the same page internally. I also expected them to be able to leave the delivery in my garage since it's not possible for me to move something that big and heavy on my own but the drivers parked in the road and struggled pulling/pushing it up my driveway on a pallet jack. They had a hard enough time getting it up the driveway that way that I just let them leave it there before they got more frustrated. read more

RXO delivered my 73" tall fridge/freezer on the day that it was set up for. The whole process went very well, from the scheduling for delivery to the actual delivery and haul away. David and Daniel arrived and while one was unpacking the appliance, the other came in to see where it was going and any obstacles involved. They maneuvered the steps to the basement very well avoiding a couple things that stick out along the way. After getting the new appliance in place and making sure it was in working order, etc., they had to do the whole process in reverse as we had an old freezer to haul back up the basement steps and get out of the house. They were both polite, good with my excited pooch, and did everything according to what I had hoped and more. Great service, thank you! read more

After my delivery was rescheduled twice and I called RXO's 1800 number and emailed them and they said they could do nothing about my delivery and that two weeks from my original delivery date was the best they could do i decided to leave a bad review. I was without a washer and dryer and not able to wash clothes, I'm very busy and need this for my hair salon business. Within an hour they responded to my review and had me call a manager, Thomas was super efficient and very prompt to assist me, the very next day my delivery came, wow they really took my review seriously and then provided me great service. Also, I suggested a few things they could do to help improve the customer experience and they took my info and said they will use it to help. Literally the worst customer service ever, I ordered a washer/dryer from Samsung which was supposed to be delivered today between 4-8pm. Received a text from RXO at 5pm stating my delivery and installation would take place in 30 mins. One hour went by, no update. Placed a call to customer service multiple times which resulted in them telling me they; 1. Have no way of contacting their driver. 2. They have no idea where the driver is since they have turned off updates. 3. They have no idea when this delivery will be made. I spoke with a superviser who also had no idea where the driver was. He stated that the items will probably be returned to the hub and then I will have to reschedule my delivery. I am a nurse with a crazy schedule. This scheduled delivery was already two weeks after purchase. This is absolutely ridiculous. So unprofessional! I can't believe I paid for a washer and dryer that nobody knows where they are. Really do NOT recommend having anything delivered by this company. read more

If I could give negative stars for this company I would. I scheduled a delivery several weeks before the date. on the day of the delivery they just did not show up. No call, No notification just nothing. when I tracked it is just said there was a problem and delivery could not be done. When I called the 800 number they just said they could not deliver it and they would have to wait to open a new work order to reschedule it. I asked how the original work order could be closed when the delivery was not completed but they had no answer. i asked for a local number to call but was told there was not one. i waited on hold for a hour for a supervisor but was repeatedly told they were not available. Horrible, horrible customer service. I now have to wait for them to ship it back so I can even attempt to get a refund but again no one can tell me how long that will take. Way to ruin a Christmas present for a child!! Basically if you see your package is going to be delivered by this company just cancel it immediately and get your money back. it is seriously not worth dealing with these awful people. read more

First I want start by saying on Sat 12/09 I took off work to wait fir a delivery that was never delivered. I received a text message after the delivery time frame stating my delivery has been rescheduled with no time or date included. I had to call them on Monday to get the important information. Fast forward to Wednesday. I had my son stay home to wait for delivery and my best friend arrived shortly after truck arrived. The delivery person Shawn refused to even bring my refrigerator in the home stating its to big why don't you just get a smaller one. He refused to hook up my microwave stating he don't have time for that. I asked him over the ro leave my refrigerator in my living room and I would have it placed in kitchen and flat out refused stated ge would leave it in the drive way. When I asked for his name he refused to give me his full name. Now I have no refrigerator and a microwave in a box on the floor. Please not that delivery and install was included in my purchase. This has been the most disappointing experience ever. At this point I will never purchase from Samsung again if this is the type of poor delivery service they out source their delivery with. I also tried calling RXO and speaking with a manager and no one answer the phone literally rung for 5 minutes. read more

I've rearranged my work schedule each time to be home, and they don't show. They lie each time, and say they knocked on door and nobody was home. I was hoping unboxing and assembly of this couch would be possible but it wasn't stated as part of delivery so....fair enough. I even alluded to paying them extra but thy stated they were forbidden by policy as they're appliance guys and aren't able to do that. They brought the couch in and took it as far as our dining room and left promptly. I noticed some damage to one end of the box but couldn't see if the damage transferred to the couch. Unfortunately it in fact did! A large round hole approximately 3"-4" was torn into the left arm/side. I am not at all pleased. I get the same excuse from XPO that they didn't have the right tools for install and keep getting pushed back a week. I still do not have my microwave installed and no one at LG, Sam's Club or XPO seem to care. This is a horrible company and the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. We had a delivery set for Sat 04/02/2022. Delivery window came and went- no calls, emails, or any contact at all from XPO. At the very LEAST they could have called us that morning letting us know it wasn't going to be delivered due to staffing so we didn't wait at home literally all day and evening for this delivery. Called customer service and emailed, sent Facebook message, have gotten nowhere other than it being rescheduled over a week later... I get there may be staffing issues but a no call no show for a scheduled delivery is unacceptable. And if you miss a delivery to due to issues on your end- then you reschedule the missed deliveries for the next business day, not weeks later. You made the mistake you need to fix it asap and not make customers wait until you have an opening next. I'm going to let the major company we ordered from know so many customers are having issues with XPO and they need to look into a different delivery company. read more

I'd give zero stars if possible. My recliner was marked as delivered to the carrier on the 12th. The carrier called to confirm today as the delivery day last night. This morning we received a call to reschedule the delivery for the 21st because my package didn't make it onto the truck because of weight or some such nonsense. The carrier is also consistently lying in notifications about the customer (me) requesting to reschedule delivery and that they attempted to deliver. I called customer service multiple times to try and get some answers and resolve the issue only to be told time and time again that there's nothing they can do and they only deliver to my area on Thursdays. For goodness sake, I'm only 1.5 hours away from my recliner and having to wait another week. And also earning interest on it without actually having it. If I could drive to Cleveland to pick it up myself I'd have it already today. read more

Recently, I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung, to be delivered by XPO. After receiving confirmation it was going to be delivered on the 16th of Sep, it was not. The morning of the 16th it was reschedule to the 19th, then the 20th. The morning of the 20th it was rescheduled to the 26th. Customer service was ZERO help. Fire them immediately - or at least take a look at your practices. It seems departments don't communicate. Very frustrating for the customer. I drove to the warehouse and spoke with Todd. He was EXTREMELY helpful and told me he would get it delivered the next day. Very nice and explained what happened. David, Daniel and Terrance (I hope I remembered their names correctly), delivered my fridge this morning, as promised. Not only were they THE MOST polite and professional people I've met in a long time, they were very careful not to damage anything and explained details of my appliance I wouldn't have otherwise known. Two young men arrived to deliver and set-up a new bed. They were courteous and arrived within the window of time we were given. Plus they called to let us know when they were within 20 min. of our home. They did a great job and cleaned up all 'debris' from the set-up. Very happy with the two guys that delivered and set up a washing machine today. Not at all happy with Sam's' Club and RXO delivery service. Purchased the washer on Sam's Club.com on Nov 14. Notified a few days later it had shipped. A few days later was Contacted by RXO to schedule delivery which I did for the 29th. Got confirmation on scheduled delivery and just before the 29th received text and email saying it would be delivered between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM on Tuesday the 29th and I would get a call 30 minutes before arrival. Waited all day and received no call or delivery. Late that evening I received text and email saying it was delivered. Next morning received notification again that it was delivered and they wanted to know how they had done. I spent most of Wednesday making phone calls to RXO and Sams only to find out I could not speak to a human being from either company in the United States. Talked to four people eventually in The Philippines or Guatemala none of whom could help me find out what was going on. Finally drove to their Cleveland distribution center Thursday afternoon to find it shuttered tight before 4PM when I saw on-line their hours were supposedly 8 - 5. Later Thursday I receive a text to contact them to schedule delivery which I did and it was scheduled for Monday, Dec 5. I received a text confirming that schedule. On Sat I got another text confirming delivery for Tuesday Dec 6. Monday morning I got yet another text confirming delivery for Wed Dec 7. Several calls trying different numbers for RXO but all avenues lead to the Phillipines and no one could help me know for sure when it would be delivered. I have never experienced anything remotely this bad in customer service in my entire life and I am in my 70's! I will do all I can to never do business with this company again! They did the pickup, but confused the delivery as a duplicate order because of the pickup and so they cancelled my delivery. I've called them 3 times to resolve the issue, but they still haven't done anything. So, I paid for a bike, but have no bike, and they don't even know where the bike is now. read more

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator directly through the manufacturer, and Samsun apparently works with RXO for their local deliveries. The fridge has been in the RXO warehouse since at least December 12, 2022. Our delivery has been set and delayed 7 times (12/14, 12/16, 12/19, 12/21, 12/22, 12/23, and 12/27). I have talked to their customer service multiple times through both chat and phone call; each time, they "guaranteed" it would be delivered, and nothing. We have not had a refrigerator since we returned our previous fridge, because RXO DID NOT give us 24 hours advance notice of the delay. I have received many mixed messages about the status of the fridge; yesterday, an agent named Theresa told me the fridge was damaged; today, an agent named Mary told me that they cannot find the fridge. For a logistics company, their logistics is horrendous. Where is my fridge?? If you order direct from any manufacturer, DO NOT TRUST it will get to you if they use RXO. I ordered a tool box from The Home Depot. XPO last mile was the delivery service. I received a text (screenshot attached) Monday saying my delivery was confirmed for Tuesday between 6am-6pm. Tuesday I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. It stated they would notify me approximately 30 mins before arrival. I was waiting and waiting and I was never contacted prior to delivery and keep in mind it was raining since I woke up at 6am and didn't stop until approximately 2pm and is now raining off and on. Finally, I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered. I tried for over an hour to get a hold of XPO but nothing. The toolbox was located. They literally just dropped it on the side of the road not even at my address in a rain storm. It sits in front of an empty commercial unit. (pic attached) Keep in mind also, I am handicapped and have no way to haul it the rest of way. I reached out to Home Depot and they refunded me and scheduled for it to be picked up. The funny part, she said they would contact me within 5 days to schedule a pick up. I made sure I would not be liable because its not at my residence and sitting on the side of the road in a busy area right in the middle of the sidewalk. Honestly, who just drops two giant packages off on the side of the road at the wrong address in a rain storm without notifying anyone? If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my Samsung refrigerator on October 12th and delivery was scheduled for October 19th. A few hours before my schedule time window I got an email saying that there has been a delay and I'll be contacted to reschedule. The reason for the delay was "carrier issue". I called customer service which was zero help. Literally a waste of time to even reach out to them.. I rescheduled for October 27th and my delivery window was anytime between 3pm-7pm. About 3:11pm I checked the tracking on it to only find out my delivery was going to be delayed again. The reason was "unable to perform stop - carrier issue such as broken down equipment. I called customer service which again POINTLESS. They told me the lift gate broke and that was the reason I didnt get my refrigerator and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for Nov 4th and my time slot for delivery was 2pm to 6pm. Guess what? NEVER SHOWED UP!! I waited alllll day for my delivery and wasted my whole day. I called customer service again and they told me the lift gate was broke and that's why they couldnt deliver my refrigerator. At this point I laughed. You're telling me that 3 times in a row that my refrigerator couldnt get delivered because the lift gate was broke on the truck!!!!??? NOT possible!!! They are effing liars!!! Customer service even confirmed that was the reason listed ALL 3 times!!! Once again, customer service was no help. They only could apologize for the inconvenience. They couldn't give me a reason why I was being lied to about the reason why my refrigerator couldnt be delivered. They told me they would make my delivery a "priority". I said that was what the last representative said and look what happened!? Fast forward to the next day and I got an email saying that ill be contacted to schedule my delivery. I clicked on the tracking info just for shits and giggled and Instead of it showing the reason as "life gate broke" for my failed delivery attempts it now shows as "NOT HOME"!!!! Im on fire!!! Funny how I call them out on their bullshit and then they change the reason to another lie!! I was home all day, every day my refrigerator was suppose to be delivered! So, I'll be heading my ass to the brookpark location to get my refrigerator today! Then contacting customer service since I had to do their job for them!!!!!!! This has been the WORST experience I've ever had in my life!!
