(Unfortunately I am not a member anymore bc I moved) but everyone should give TBBC a try! Here is why: Total Body Boot Camp was the absolute best fitness experience of my life. I joined TBBC in March of 2018, I really wanted some help back into fitness as I stopped working out for 6 months. Being rusty I was a bit nervous for my first class with Kathy and was immediately welcomed with a warm smile and introduced to all the members. As for the classes, each class is different and a ton of fun! Don't get me wrong you're still working hard but they make it fun for us! Another thing that really stuck out to me was their ability to assist students with moderations and correct movements that we were doing incorrect with ease and reasoning! Also each instructor has a different style, which works wonders on the body. Coaches (they may have changed since I moved) : Kathy, Bill H, Bill and KC ! All incredible! Bill H who is also the owner is hands on and even wrote a book! I shared a picture of my 1 month progress with TBBC. I BARELY changed my diet. All the progress was with the help of TBBC, I tried to attend the classes 2-3 times per week! Worth it!

The individualized coaching and modifications have made a huge difference. The scheduled sessions add accountability. I feel I have to show up! I do have may fights with myself about going but I always go to my class. The the positivity of the coaches and members has been phenomenal. I have never felt like the most out of shape person in the room or out of place. When I first started 2 1/2 months ago I couldn't get up and down from the floor. I feel so much better now and have stuck with if in spite of starting a new job with longer hours, and some family issues. I finally decided to put myself on the list. I haven't been great with the food but that is also getting better and it is a process. Bottom line is I haven't given up. So thank you to Billy and his team. I took…read moreone month membership, for myself and my sons. and I told Tom that I will see for a month and if I can continue I will let you know. at the time of signing he assured me that they don't have any hidden fees or cancellation charges, there is no contract I can stop any time. he made me sign a form saying that is only for credit card payment. My membership expires 12/11/2021 and I informed him that I cannot afford it and I won't continue, he replies saying that you have to give a 30 days notice and you will be charged for the next month . when I told him that this is what we discussed and agreed he sent me a copy of that form saying this is the contract you signed and it says here that you need to give 30 days notice, I told him you made me sign that assuring me it's only for the credit card payment and I already told you that I will see for a month. He still charged my card, he is not a man of his words. we never even got the 30 minutes free session coz he was always busy and I had told him that you let me know when you're available so all 3 of us will do the session together so you don't have to remove time separately for each one of us, he never bothered to advise. and then he pulls this trick. I am very disappointed and suggest you take everything in writing from this man as he is not a man of his words.

I was scared at first, but walking into the DB studio, you almost immediately get this feeling of excitement and positive vibe. Can't believe I was intimidated in the first place! The studio was bright and welcoming, the people were just so friendly and both Tony made me feel right at home. Staff doesn't stop bothering you about a personal training session but when I was trying to contact them about a billing issue no one responds. Tried to get help as I am not happy with a billing& they did nothing. Couldn't even try to help. Parking is ridiculous. Walking .50 a mile in the dark alone just to go to a gym that's overpacked. Don't waste your money or time here. Go elsewhere!!!

He's answered every question I had from the start and is always there to answer any questions that I throw his way.
