Salem communicated well to set up the appointment to replace my old garage door opener with a new one. He was recommended to keep my original chain drive due to the fact that it was a one piece and stronger than the 5 piece that came with the new motor. It made sense since my garage was wood and heavy. Luckily it was adaptable to the new motor. He remounted the motor with new brackets to the ceiling so it was be level and stronger. He kept saying gotta do it the right way. He was obviously very knowledgeable and also gave an recommendation to replace the rollers due to wear and tear. Will use him in the future to do so.
