I've been following them on Instagram for months. My son had a game in Dublin so I finally stopped by to try there mouthwatering shawarma. We walk in and Arabic music was playing and they all greeted us. Very friendly people. We ordered the falafel and chicken shawarma. Everything tasted amazing very fresh and the chicken was so juicy. Wonderful service, very friendly staff. Truthfully I had some doubts after the guy who took my order hyped up the food, but was more than pleasantly surprised that 1. The flavor was fantastic for the sauces (spicy hummus and garlic) and even better, the beef shawarma. 2. The portion size was great, very filling and more than enough to leave me satisfied. Super delicious food!!! I had a chicken shawarma wrap and a side of babaganoush!! The wrap was nicely toasted over a grill, love the flavors of the meat tasted some citrus notes mixed with spices and fresh herbs. If you are looking for average food, to not get what your ordered, and a place more interested in saving a few bucks than making their customers happy, then this is the place for you! This was my experience: - Tried to order online but instead got a button saying "coming soon". - Drove there and paid $60 on dinner for my family of four - Waited 10-12 minutes for my order to be prepared - Returned home and discovered the medium hummus side was missing - Went back and told them I was unhappy that I had to drive another 20 minutes round trip because my order was incomplete. They apologized and the manager's response was to offer to refund the cost of the missing hummus. - Got home and we sat down to eat the food that was now cold and a little soggy. To my (unpleasant) surprise (again), I discovered they had made me a chicken bowl instead of the gyro bowl I ordered. No, I was not going back a third time. Dinner concluded with my youngest child saying the last quarter of his chicken shwarma wrap was "all vegetable" (lettuce and cucumber) -- which I checked, and it was. - Then for the final insult, the next day, I checked my credit card and saw they had only refunded me $4 for a small hummus instead of $6 for the medium they charged me. Well, at least they are consistent ... in providing a horrible customer experience. I get it -- nobody is perfect -- but when they learned of their mistake, other restuarants would have immediately offered to refund and/or remake my entire meal. Yafa Hummus opted to save a few bucks instead. Therefore, I will choose to save myself any further disappointment by returning to nearby Falafel Village or Gotta Eatta Pita instead. read more

I can't believe their rating. We had the chicken shawarma wrap and the chicken was dry and didn't have much taste. I added Taco Bell hot sauce and it was better. We also ordered the falafel which was over cooked and tasteless. The sauce they provided was just so so but The Taco Bell hot sauce came to the rescue. We will not be back. read more

Really glad Mohammed and his team weathered the quarantine and are open for business. I had the Chicken Shawarma Wrap. Delicious. Great flavors. Kids both had Gyro Bowls with Gyros meat and a couple of sides. My kid got the Dolmas and Spicy Hummus as her sides. YUM! Her bestie got regular hummus and Mediterranean salad. She loved it. Both the chicken and gyros are really well seasoned. The bowls are a great option. You get to build them yourself with a great and simple set of options. We weren't exactly rushing but I didn't want full table service etc. Yafa was a perfect option. They will be seeing us regularly this summer. Note: the kids had white rice as the base of their bowls.
