This was our first time here and we picked the premium. We went about 4 pm so it was not crowded. If you want quantity and to try new things like a hot pot station, boba station, ramen station you can find it here. There was a lot of sushi and sashimi( of course it won't be grade A ...it's a buffet) but you'll survive. LOBSTER: They bring out a limited amount of lobster every 15 mins and if you don't time it right, you won't get any. Hubster and son preferred the crab. They don't give you any utensils to break the shells so if you aren't a skilled lobster or crabestesian you may want to focus on things you can control. Otherwise it'll slow you down if achieving the getting more than your money's worth is your goal. They do have a kiddie station if your kids haven't gotten past that picky level; in other words, they'll survive! Some unusual items like chicken feet or frog legs, and abalone are something that gives you that foodie opportunity that allows you to say you've tried it.

It's genius. It has so many good food varieties that it's hard not find something you will enjoy. Hot pot food selection is not bad at all. Always get this too when are here. But always curious, aren't these small hot pot containers a hazard? What happens if someone accidentally knocks it over? I really enjoyed the ribs, chicken stick, and beef broccoli - although everything else was quite tasty. My 7 y/o enjoyed the pizza, fries, and chicken nuggets. The taro bun was nice and soft - a definite departure from the stale, hard-on-the-outside buns I was accustomed to at other buffets. Most surprisingly was that they had pho!...which I've never ever seen before at a Chinese buffet. I didn't have a chance to try it, but will certainly do so next time. Parking-wise - there seems to be dedicated parking at the resto level (at least I didn't see any other businesses at that lower level) which can be accessed by driving straight towards the buffet and NOT going to the upper level where the Burlington strip mall is.
