I came here with my fellow lobster-loving best friend as our last stop in Boston before heading to the train station. We both got the Connecticut style, hot lobster rolls. It was a solid lobster roll, but I'm leaving four stars because although the meat was definitely not dry or rubbery, it wasn't as succulent and tender as it could have been. The fries were fine; they weren't as crispy as I prefer, and I had to add salt to them. Inside is a lovely, laid-back atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly. I always get a cold mayo roll when I'm here, but I took five others this time and we were perfectly split 50/50 on hot vs. cold. I would take that to mean that both are excellent here! The lobster roll is quite substantial and comes with crispy fries. Highly recommend a touch of lemon on the cold roll.
