    Poke Salad

Expect a long wait whenever there is a decent game on. Come here pretty often as there aren't many sports bars in Irvine, but everyone's got the same idea. Happy Hour is a great deal but if you miss it (which will most likely happen when there's a game on) the normal menu is overpriced for what you get. Got the poke salad, small portion size and cost me $25. Did have to wait a bit for the food as well. The service is good most of the time and they allow you to split by item which makes going with a group easy. Watched Spurs vs Knicks Game 4 and apparently everyone in California is a Knicks fan cause they've had a bacon egg and cheese once.

After a fun morning and afternoon watching professional pickleball at Lifetime in San Clemente, my eldest daughter and I went to Irvine Spectrum for dinner at Yard House (YH). We had a couple Darden gift cards to use up so here we are for the dine-in experience. Parking was a bit challenging as everyone wanted to be at Irvine Spectrum at the same time as us, but we got lucky to snatch a spot. Thank you! YH was nearby so it was less than a few minutes walk from parking to restaurant. We were greeted with a smile upon entry. They were pretty busy, but we got lucky to be seated right away. Thank you again! Nolan, Claire, and Jeff (our servers) were super friendly and amazing in their presence and service. They got our foods and drinks to us timely and checked up on us from time to time. Thank you all for the exceptional service from beginning to end! Now for the food... My 3 mix & match tacos with spicy rice and pinto beans did not impress unfortunately. Cumin Chili Shrimp was tasty, but it lacked substance... it needed more veggies or something. Beer-Battered Fish was the best taco out of the 3 even though I didn't care for the sriracha aioli as it had a strong flavor that I can't describe... huge fish filet though. Vampire Carnitas had flavorful pork, but its exterior was fried with cheese or something that made it a salty taco. Rice is labeled spicy, but it's not spicy at all... pretty bland. Pinto beans were okay... nothing special. Hence, 4 stars! My daugther got the Whisky Glazed Salmon with tomato bisque as an add-on. WOW, black pepper glazed salmon was out of this world delicious! Parmesan mashed potatoes were delightfully smooth. Roasted carrots and baby broccoli were tenderly sweet. Tomato bisque was perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend plate and add-on! I should have gotten an order of this salmon plate instead of the tacos. Next time I know better. I couldn't help myself and order more food... - Truffled Mushroom Pizza was nicely done. Love the truffle flavor and aromatic mushrooms. Very tasty and would get again. - Onion Ring Tower fell short unfortunately with its flat and non-crispy batter. It came with two different dips... light ranch and honey mustard I think. Tower presentation was impressive though... it gets an A+ for appeal! I'll pass on this next time though. - Sweet Potato Fries were pretty standard. Nothing too exciting. It came with a dark honey dip which was different. Now for the drink... Picante Margarita virgin style was refreshingly delightful. If I wasn't driving, I would get it with the liquor (calirosa rosa blanco, orange liqueur, citrus agave, cayenne syrup, tajin rim). Will get again hopefully with the liquor next time! =) We're not frequent customers of YH, but now we've tasted their foods and drinks... we will indeed return for more deliciousness... salmon plate, pizza, and margarita here we come. Thanks YH! See you again soon!

We came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch/dinner. To start, the wait wasn't that bad which was nice! I think we waited 15-20 minutes. It was quick for a Saturday :) Food- Great! We all ordered very different things (beer, cocktails, pancakes, chicken wraps, fries, salads, poke, burger, ice cream sundae) and all were great :) Service- Our waiter and waitress were really sweet and helpful. There were a few shift changes so some orders got lost in translation and we had to ask a few times about food that we ordered. A few of our items were forgotten about but we eventually got them :) All of the staff was great, but I think some things got a little lost among the business of a Saturday, which I think was also prom night as we saw some parties dressed up! Inside was huge! Tonsssssss of seating and tables. Nicely decorated and clean. I would definitely come back :)

Came here to Yard House in the Spectrum for Father's Day. The place was totally packed for the World Cup. Energy was crazy. Still got seated instantly in a comfy booth. Elite service. Figured it's the absolute best spot for an ice-cold brew and some quick snacks. Love that. We just ordered a few apps before bouncing. The poke nachos were good. Fish quality could be a tiny bit better, but stil solid. Got some wings too. Half Korean chili, half BBQ. That BBQ had a perfect little kick to it! Good food, good people, perfect vibe.

A fun sports bar with great happy hour deals at Irvine Spectrum. There is a parking structure nearby, but you would still need to cross a small street to get to the restaurant. They have mostly indoor seating with a small outdoor patio. Service interactions are minimal because all of the tables have little screens that you can place your order and pay on. The only items that you can't order from there are the alcoholic beverages. The food comes out very quickly. My favorite thing to order (especially during happy hour) are the poke nachos. The fish is of decent quality and pairs well with the rest of the ingredients. The portion sizes are decent and the flavor is good. Some of the items fall on the more oily side, but it's still a fun place to eat.

Servers super friendly. Portions were large. Great spot to watch the game. Bbq chicken salad - super good! crispy onions, yum chicken, just maybe a bit too much dressing 10 crispy wings - these were ok. I feel like the chicken was sorta hard. this dish brings my rating down. Poke nachos - good! the chips themselves were fried nicely as well. i think chicken nachos would have given a huge portion. I would rate this place 4.5. Would come again!

    Poke nachos. Excellent as always

Great service. The Happy Hour deals are fantastic. You can never go wrong with poke nachos and a blonde ale.

Yardhouse's happy hour is always great! We came as a party of three and were able to get seated right away. This Yardhouse location is located at the Irvine Spectrum which can get pretty busy, but we came at a slower time. There's lots of tables from booths, regular tables, and bar seating. We got our usual favorites which are the cheeseburger slides with fries and poke nachos. We also decided to try the truffle mushroom pizza. Everything was yummy and the quality was consistent with other Yardhouse locations.

Yard House always comes through. Good drinks, solid food, and the service was on point. The pork burger was --definitely a must try. I'll for sure be back!

I really just wanted to shout out their happy hour that goes from Monday through Friday from 3-6pm. They offer a large selection of their appetizers you can get for half off including their pizzas. The Mushroom Truffle Pizza is an absolute must try which would only cost about $9-10 during happy hour. Otherwise, the service and ambiance at this Yardhouse is probably the same as what you'd expect if you've been to other locations before.

Pizzas were delicious!! Prices were great (happy hour)! Serviced by Zara and she was friendly. No complaints! Restaurant was lively not busy but was loud.

Came here on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised. We were seated fairly quickly, and our waitress came by and checked on us multiple times! I love the large portions here and it's great for a group of people as well. They have a great variety of food so they have something for everyone. Also I love the huge beer selection!!!! One downside of this spot is that it can be rather loud inside. Other than that, definitely one of my go-tos at the Spectrum

Standard Yard House. Food is OK and service is OK. Everything is just OK. Beer selection is good though. Wings were pretty good to be honest and I've had their pizza. It's all all right.

The question is what can I get the beyond sausage on that's vegan? Aynone got any ideas? Otherwise I'm getting the same thing again.

You can also get the house turkey burger or beyond burger. You also may just get the same thing again.

I noticed they have a huge vegan menu, but how do I know if their house brew beer is vegan? Do they use fish bladder to filter their beer?

    Sup? I'm ready?

I was the only person waiting, and someone quietly mumbled my order number. I looked up because I thought I might have heard it, then he called it again with no smile or thank you. It just felt awkward and unwelcoming. The wings were super oily and not crispy at all. Oil spilled all over me when I took them out of the bag because there was so much excess oil. There was barely any seasoning, and I honestly could have made better wings at home in the air fryer. The chicken itself was just okay, but there were a lot of tiny chopped-up crumb pieces instead of actual chicken pieces. My soup container was less than half full, even though I did not spill anything. The vegetables tasted like generic frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, and they were so salty that I could not even eat them. Not worth it. I will not be returning.

The burritos individually wrapped and were the right size for the parents, though even at mild, the butter chicken was a little spicy to me. What did I just eat?…read more I'm genuinely confused after eating at Maast Indian in Irvine, because I don't know how something can look so promising on the outside and taste so disappointing on the inside. I was skeptical walking in, not gonna lie. The place wasn't exactly packed -- maybe three tables had people and there was one person waiting on an order -- but I figured hey, every new spot deserves a fair shot. The interior actually looks really nice. Clean, modern, good layout, good lighting... it feels like a place that should be delivering quality food. Then I ordered the Tandoori Chicken "Panini Sandwich". First of all... $15 for a sandwich like that is wild. And if you're going to charge $15, the food better be memorable in a good way. This was memorable in the worst way. The flavor was just off. The chicken didn't taste like tandoori should. It didn't have that smoky, spiced kick you expect -- it tasted bland and kind of weird, like the seasoning didn't know what it wanted to be. The whole sandwich felt thrown together, and the "panini" part didn't add anything except disappointment. And what really got me was the value. No fries. No chips. Nothing on the side. Just a sandwich. For $15. During lunch hours. That's crazy. For that same price, I can go to Curry Hut, Curry Time, or other grab-and-go Indian spots and get a full combo plate that actually fills you up and tastes like Indian food is supposed to taste. This wasn't even in the same league. This wasn't a "maybe I ordered the wrong thing" situation. This was a "how did this make it onto the menu" situation. I hate leaving negative reviews because I understand how hard it is to run a small business, and I'm not here to tear anyone down. But the food needs a serious reality check. The presentation and the space are great -- but the kitchen needs to match that same standard. If the owner sees this, I'd honestly love to talk. Feel free to reach out. And for anyone reading this: you know I don't throw out 1-star reviews like that. The only reason this isn't a 1 is because I genuinely don't want to hurt a small business. But this experience was not good.

During your visit, they take a walk around (inside and outside), and ask if you need anything. (Keep in mind, waiting to order might be 10-15 mins, even if the line only goes to the door.) I would suggest that if they run out of an item that they cover it or some sort on the giant black menu that they have on the wall. This way, customers have time to change their order instead of at the cashier, thus holding up the line. (I went like 5-6pm on a Saturday and they ran out of Etouffée.
