Came here during lunch and the food overall was okay for the price. I recommend coming here on your birthday for a free peach apple cobbler and the sunset sangria. Both are absolutely delicious!!!! However, their actual entrees were nothing out of the ordinary. The fried Mac and cheese was actually tasty and I would definitely order them again. However, the half roasted turkey club and Caesar salad tasted like something I could make even better at home. The bread was hard to chew on and there was no true memorable taste. They also both didn't taste too fresh. Definitely not worth the price. Went last night to enjoy dinner with a friend who just moved back to Texas night was ruined. Would not go back. First server got water for us quickly then didn't come back for over 20 minutes just to find her standing at the front chit chatting. Had to call her over on the kiosk to take our order. Food was fine. Drinks weren't very good. Asked front desk to validate parking for us and received lots of attitude. After paying and going to leave it was pouring rain so we asked for a Togo bag and received an eye roll and more attitude from a worker at the front counter. This was my first time coming here and I was amazed at the entire process! There were a lot of people even on a Thursday evening but we did not have to wait long at all to be seated. Our server was so excellent and we got our food so quickly. We ordered the fried calamari which was a little spicy, the Malibu peach which was delicious and also the pepperoni and mushroom pizza! We got there right around 5:45 so we were able to order during happy hour which was a great deal! When I decided to eat here, I did not realize it was part of the Toyota Music Factory. When I failed to find street parking, I relented and parked in the parking garage. The restaurant is quite massive with a large bar in the center. Although there were plenty of tables, I decided to take a seat at the bar. Rather the order from the regular menu, I decided to from the featured menu celebrating St Patrick's Day. Of the two featured beers, Guinness and Guinness Blonde, I was curious of the latter. I had never been a fan of Guinness ever since I drank a pint in London decades ago. After trying the sample bartender offered me, I ordered a glass. For my entree, I ordered the Whiskey Glazed Salmon. Initially, I was eating the salmon by sticking my fork in the glaze first. Because the glaze was so good, I decided to pour it on top. The salmon was delicious but a bit tough, so cutting it with the fork was difficult. I considered using the knife a few times. The mashed potatoes were delicious. I consumed it in a quick fashion. If I would change one thing about the dish, it would be the parsley. A little less would have been better. As it was, it was almost in every bite of the potatoes. There were no featured dessert, so another bartender mentioned the brownie desserts were popular. "mint chocolate chip" were the first words I read for the description of Fresh Baked Brownie. Like oil and water, mint and chocolate do not combine well. So, I ordered the S'mores Brownie. Sadly, the dessert was a bust. The description mentioned a graham cracker crust and roasted marshmallows. There was plenty of the latter but none of the former. When I mentioned this to the bartender, she did not seem to care. After I returned from tbe men's room, I wondered the type of clientele the restaurant wishes to attract. The urinals have a small mirror on top and a small shelf to the side. My boyfriend and I stopped by Yard House for happy hour on Tuesday before going to a show at Toyota Music Factory across the street. He'd been to the location in Addison for drinks but not food, and I'd never experienced Yard House before. The interior of this location is dark and sleek, and the booth that we were seated at was generously large with comfortable seats. Our server, Sav, was attentive and helpful with suggestions for what to order; we ended up going with the fried mac + cheese, the pork lumpia, and an order of the poke nachos. After those courses came out, we also got a side of shiitake garlic noodles and finished off with a mini peach apple cobbler. I'd originally thought about ordering a drink, but I'd left my ID in the car and didn't feel like going back up the parking garage to grab it, so we just got waters - probably better that way! My favorite of the night was definitely the poke nachos. I'm not usually a big tuna person but it was fresh and melt in your mouth on the nachos, and it was generously sauced. Loved the texture contrast between the fried wontons (which held up surprisingly well and retained crunch despite being soaked in all the toppings) and the nori vs. the less crisp toppings. All in all a solid dish at a great happy hour value. The pork lumpia were skinny and nothing too special but I loved the two dipping sauces that came with them. The fried mac and cheese sticks were flavorful and decadent; I wasn't a huge fan of the tomato bisque-esque dipping sauce that came with it, but I did like the porcini mushroom dipping sauce a lot. A very interesting and distinct flavor. The shiitake garlic noodles were incredible, very garlicky and a huge portion given the side order price. My only regret is that we didn't have time to pack it up in a box and walk it back to the car before we had to book it to our show! And the cobbler was a great sweet way to end the meal and the perfect size to split after all the other food we indulged in. Service was understandably slow because of the sheer amount of people that were packed in for happy hour and dinner. Most servers we flagged down were extremely helpful, though, and we were able to pay and leave in time to make it across the street for our show. We were at a cheer competition for my daughter and had the opportunity to stop here for a late lunch before heading back home. The Yard House is located in the same pavilion as the Toyota Music Factory, which is a really cool location. With us being there in the middle of February, however, it was a bit too cold and windy to walk around the explore the area. I was pleasant surprised at how quickly we were able be seated, especially considering that there were six of us. Once seated, I appreciated the cool, relaxed vibe of the restaurant. I started with a Pineapple Express, my mom had a martini, and the nachos and chicken tenders as appetizers for the whole table. The Pineapple Express wasn't my fav as the amount of pulp made it difficult to drink. The chicken tenders and French fries were brought out in mini deep fryer baskets and taste great. They both had the right amount of crunch on the outside balanced by moist insides. My husband and daughter really enjoyed the nachos, although they weren't my fav. For entrees, I ordered the house cheesesteak while the hubs went for the Vampiro tacos. I'd rate the cheesesteaks a solid 7/10. I think their house fries really complemented the dish well. My husband also enjoyed the tacos.The portion sizes were also pretty decent. My favorite menu item was the bread pudding. While traveling for work I found myself craving some Yardhouse but when all was said and done...it was a fine experience, but deff NOT one that satisfied the cravings that initially got me there. Walking in with about 15mins or so left of Happy Hour, I entered dead and empty restaurant. There were a couple of parties seated at the high top tables in the bar area as well as a couple sitting at the bar, aside from that, the place was desolate. I had to wait nearly 5mins for a hostess to come and greet me and then made my and took my seat at the bar. Perhaps they are operating with a reduced menu at present because all of the Gardein items from my memory seemed to be MIA as were the Fried Macaroni Cheese bites. I decided upon one of Yardhouse's in house beers and the Gardein Wings. As I had mentioned before I remembered ordering the Gardein Chick'n Tenders and it coming with fries and honey mustard and ranch...what came as the "wings" were a dozen or so fried chick'n nuggets tossed in sauce. That was it. That's the meal. Suffice it to say I was hungry by bedtime later that night. Overall the experience was fine: service was friendly and good enough. The beer was refreshing and enjoyable. Even the food was okay...it just wasn't what I wanted. It was not what I had been craving. Perhaps I'll give Yardhouse another chance in the future if/when they expand their menu but for the time being, I don't foresee myself getting around round of cravings that initially led me to take a trip here in the first place. read more

This place is a gem as far as drinks and food quality. I started with an appetizer, firecracker shrimp... it was amazing! It came on a deep fried rice cake kinda thing. So good. I also had a side Caesar salad, the salad was very large for it to be just a side salad. My friend and I actually split it. For my entree I had the lobster garlic noodles, delish! Only thing I would change about the garlic noodles is to have more garlic lol. My only complaint would be the service. Our server was not as attentive as I would've liked and we had to keep alerting the manager. But I would definitely return. read more

I always have a great time at the Yard House. I was traveling for work and my coworker suggested we go to Yard House. I usually go here with a large group of friends and family so I switched it up a little and didn't go for my usual. Baby, let me tell you something! This Whiskey Glazed Salmon with parmesan mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, and baby broccoli was so good!!!! I kept saying yum with every bite. My coworker was talking away and all I could say was um hmm the whole time. I'll definitely have this again. Yard House is the place to go! I don't know why it's not ranked higher in the list of places to eat but it's phenomenal. I got the Ahi tuna sandwich and the whole taste of it all came together. Nothing raw tasting but warm and wonderful. My friends got the Korean ribeye and the orange chicken. They both raved and said it was perfect. We had Michael as a server and he did a perfect job tending to our desires. He insured they had my desired IPA and was quick to attend to my water that I also requested. Celebrated my friends baby shower here at Yard House. We had a party of 20, including a baby. We were given a two waiters to take care of us, and they did great. Food was delivered in a good time considering we had so many people. The atmosphere was rustic and enjoyable to hang out at. I got a flavored mojito, which was amazing! I really enjoyed the taste of the drink. I had chicken nachos and buffalo wings both of them were really good "bar food." Overall, great experience. Good food.
