If I could put 0 stars, I would. We were seated for nearly 30 minutes before the server came to take our orders and then the food took even longer with an order missing. We were served our entrees with no napkins or silverware or any condiments (one of the orders was a burger) until we asked. The missing order came out in pieces because the side (simple mashed potatoes) "wasn't ready" or more so they forgot. When it finally came out, the main was already eaten. Our server was EXTREMELY slow and was nearly impossible to find until he handed us the check. We had to ask at least 2 other servers for missing items and assistance during the time we were there. Food was average but the service was absolutely terrible. This location needs better training and timeliness. read more

It's hard to find a place with AMAZING beer selection as well as SPECTACULAR food. For an appetizer I ordered the Korean BBQ beef and the Wisconsin cheese Kurds. The cheese Kurds come with the most amazing sauce. But my favorite appetizer by far is the Korean BBQ beer. The Mac & cheese tastes like it's from granny's house. Me and my family decided to go to Yardhouse Las Colinas on 7/12/2024. It was a nice crowd but the place was full of flies. How do you serve food with flies everywhere. At first we didn't notice, but as soon as the food came they came from all directions. I thought I would ok finishing my beer, BUT NO. I spent all night and the next day in the bathroom sick. I'm sure from bacteria of flies. I can never eat at yardhouse again after this experience. Management should have canceled the whole bill, but they only refunded for kids' pizza. I was asked if I wanted to replace our order. Why would I do that... it dont change the restaurant being full of flies. So you want me to swap one fly meal for another fly meal?!? read more

First off this place is huge, even for Dallas standard. They probably have the largest selection of draft beer in North Texas. We ordered various dishes and our favorite had to been the ahi tuna nachos and the Korean tacos. Prices were reasonable also. read more

I came here one night with a few friends for a late dinner and I was not let down. As part of the new development in the downtown Las Colinas area, this bar/restaurant is new, modern and clean. It has tons of space but was not very crowded on a weekday night. On certain nights of the week (Sunday to Wednesday I think) they have a late-night happy hour, in addition to the traditional late-afternoon happy hour, from about 9 until 11/close. The food is half off and drinks are $2 or $3 off. The selection of food and beverages is extensive to say the least. They have a ton of options for all types of dietary restrictions. I got some vegan wings, and for being half off, it was a ton of food for the price. We had such a good meal that the next day I came back here in the afternoon for lunch with a friend. We caught happy hour again and this time I got cheese curds. They were just as good as the wings! Additionally my friend and I got a cucumber mint sparkling water that was so refreshing and lightly sweet. I had to get two of them! I was really impressed by the overall experience and would definitely say this is not your typical bar. It is definitely a good place to come and spend a few hours enjoying a whole meal. Today, myself and 2 of my girlfriends went to Yardbird for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was nice and socially distanced which I appreciated greatly. Our waiter was Eric W. and he was very personable, polite, and gave us excellent recommendations on what to order. I was disappointed that I couldn't order from the kids menu because I didn't have a big appetite. I ended up ordering the sliders which were huge and I only ate one and was full. I also ordered the crown apple mule which was pretty good, it was a little sweet but still good and something different than the normal mule. My other friend ordered the same thing as me and we should have just split one order of the slider. My other friend ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the pomegranate margarita. She didn't care for the soup, but the manager and Eric were very accommodating and apologetic. Food was 5 stars-flavorful, temperature as if just pulled off the stove- everything was hot, nice portions, and they don't skimp. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the server was dull and lackluster- not very attentive. Could have been a bad day for them , who knows. First, we were not aware that this restaurant required masks regardless of your vaccination status so we were blindsided when we were asked if we had masks when we entered. Nonetheless, they provided us with masks and we masked up. We were then quoted a 45 minute wait so we opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was really nice and prompt with her service. I ordered the Malibu Peach and my husband the Old 43. Both drinks were up to par. I ordered the Firecracker Shrimp and the Parmesan Truffle fries. The food was good but not anything spectacular. The shrimp could of used a little more spice considering the "Firecracker" label and the parmesan didn't quite stick to the fries so it was mostly at the bottom of the bowl. It's a nice place and centrally located near Toyota Music Factory, but if you're looking to be wowed, this may not be the place for you. read more

This is an okay place to grab late night food with a nice selection of beers. We stopped here late Saturday and it wasn't crowded. The menu has a variety of selections, but they were all slightly overpriced. I had the pepper jack burger and it was good. The bun to meat ratio was perfect and the bun held up. The patty was charred on the outside and medium on the inside. I attempted to order grilled veggies instead of fries and the waiter brought back something else. After ordering veggies again, the waiter came back and said they were out. I had finished by burger by then. I ended up with a caesar salad that I didn't like. My family and I met here for my Moms birthday. I've never been here before, but always love checking out new places and see what they have to offer. Parking was pretty easy, there is a parking garage with multiple levels. When I walked in, first thing I notice is the open design, the place is pretty large. Being a sports and beer guy, I noticed the TV's and bar and thought, what a great place this would be to watch football with a bunch of friends. I'm seated with my family and the wait staff is very friendly. I love when there are great communicators, and the young lady seemed to pay close attention to my mother, which was awesome since it was her birthday. The waitress explained the beer menu, which made my mouth water, but I couldn't drink since its a pretty long drive back to Allen. She then covered some of the menu items. I'll say this, they have some pretty original items on the menu. I was drawn to the enchilada stack. I asked the waitress how was it, and she said "if you like enchiladas you should order it and trust me on this one". That was enough for me, I could tell by her facial expression that she was telling me facts. Our food came and when they first delivered my enchilada stack, I though I was given the wrong item. Upon further investigation, it turns out I was wrong and the item sitting in front of me was indeed an enchilada stack, and yes its a stack of enchiladas. After a few minutes of staring at my meal in admiration, I began to consume. The waitress was 100% correct about how awesome this meal was, and I'm glad I trusted her. At this point my trust is so high with the waitress that she could sell me beachfront property in Dallas and I'd buy it. Everyone at the table was quiet and into the meal, everyone was super satisfied and enjoyed the experience. The bathrooms were spotless and overall feel of this place is clean and upscale with a casual attitude and dress. I love it. First off, I really like Yard House. I ordered take out Friday night via Yelp. Below is what I received that led to a mild case of food poisoning. The tobacco onions were bad; much was unedibly rock hard while others were undercooked such that the batter was wet like raw pancake batter. The chicken seemed perfect although that could have been underdone and the culprit. I didn't eat anything else that evening and woke up with a pounding headache and the sweats that lasted 20 hours. I used to operate a shared kitchen and know food handling and the signs of poisoning well. This meal was a zero. Staff was super friendly but food poisoning requires a notification to people via a write up like this. Let's hope management can track this as I was the only Yelp! order that night. read more

This place is a tap beer drinking experience. 110 beers on tap. If you can't find a beer on tap to drink here, you have no hope. A tap beer drinking paradise. The large tap beer selection is not the only thing going for this place. There is a certain appreciation given to the delivery design, visual atmosphere, and architectural arrangement. The center of the building is an eye catching center piece that pulls together the whole reason this place exists. There are 110 plus taps arranged with a flair for design that has a geeky architecture with a serious touch of coolness. Glass, stainless steel, careful arrangement, and a boat load of taps tickle the beer drinker in me. This place is well thought out. The beer must get from point A to point B. The delivery is a testament to a well thought out stylish system. The keg room is designed with glass to allow viewing. The kegs are arranged thoughtfully and purposely. The connecting hoses and valves are all carefully placed, organized, and attractively done. I can not say I have ever seen such meticulous detail and arrangement in a keg storage room. Can I say the keg room was elegant and proud? Sounds odd to me to say that, but they are clearly into every possible detail about beer. The hoses are mostly clear and deep blue lighting is strategically placed to creating a unique viewing experience. Really nicely done. The keg room is easy to find because of dramatic pipes that command attention and draw the curiosity backwards from the central taps to the cold keg room. I found myself walking around, taking various photos, and appreciating the design of the piping. I initially thought they were placed for dramatic effect only because they look so prominent. Yet I quickly surmised they are an essential part of the delivery of ice cold beer. I haven't seen such an attention to powerful functional design in a beer setting before. Well done. What about the food? Considering all of the above and the location of this venue, the pricing is about as exquisite as the design of the beer delivery. Look folks, you don't come here to save money, capiche? I do not mind paying for a quality experience. The menu is quite varied with a little something for everyone. We started with the lobster, crab, and artichoke dip. I have to say it was decent and rich. I could order this again. I ordered the carnitas street tacos as my meal. It was served with rice and beans. The presentation was great and the tacos decent and worthy of mentioning. I was not a fan of the rice and beans. They were edible and not bad, just...too Tex mex for my palate. I am a simple traditional Mexican food man. Not sure what I was expecting. If you like tex mex, you should enjoy this. The service was decent. We did go a few times without service for a while and had to flag our waiter down. The managers came by the table several times to check in on us. Everyone is friendly and happy. The service almost caused a four star, but we emphasized we were not in a hurry. Parking is mostly in the garage near the shopping center this is located in.
