Pera cipolle pizza Bison lasagna Stuffed mushroom

Delicious and unique, at least for the one I tried, pizza! It's a white pizza with bacon, pear, cheese, red onion, and balsamic vinegar. It is sweet and salty and the crust is thin. The bison lasagna and the stuffed mushroom are normal. Food come out pretty fast. Great service.

Yeah buddy pizza is an awesome pizza shop right on Broadway right off of the Square. The actual floor space in the restaurant is kind of small, but the service is good and so is the food. Some local art adorns the wall and the space feels funky and cool. I ordered the Carne con Carne pizza and it was really yummy, especially with some oregano and pepper flakes. The pizza is not substantial enough to be a meal, but it is good to hold you over for a while or be a snack. I'm looking forward to the next time I stop in.

We reached within an hour of their closing but they were nice to let us sit and take our order. We wanted to try both the bison sausage and the elk sausage they make in-house. We got one pizza to share, half bisonte and half elk piccante. My husband asked to add jalapeños to one half of the pizza for "some" spice and oh my god, we could not eat those jalapeños. One bite, and we knew we had to take those off! I even went to ask if they have dessert so that we could cool our tongues but sadly they did not. So order for spicy at your own risk! Apart from that, the pizzas were well made and tasty. On another note, our drinks, vodka mule and whiskey mule, were both strong and tasty.

Great service ans great food! The place wasn't too busy when we got there around 73pl0, but by 8 it was filling up! They have a variety of interesting pies to try. We had one with elk sausage, side ceasar and the "Med" salad. Lots of beers on tap. Family owned and prices were reasonable for downtown Jackson. Id highly recommend this little gem!

Absolutely, hands down our favorite pizza in Jackson! The owners are great. The salad and pizzas are delicious. The crust is on point. The ambiance is awesome. The service is top notch. A must go pizza place if you're visiting or if you live here! Always an all around great experience with great food!

First time in Jackson, heard good things and they didn't disappoint! They give you a menu and said to sit wherever you like. Once you've decided, go up to the counter to order & they bring it to your tables. Cool art everywhere, nice staff. We got the Carne Con Carne pizza, the Pera Cipolle pizza & a Peach Italian Soda. Carne - Really good, very fresh. Husband thought prosciutto wouldn't match the other flavors, but was pleasantly surprised! He said it's the best pizza he's had!! Pera - Pretty nice. All toppings mesh well, there was no single ingredient that was overwhelming. Was looking for more from the gorgonzola, but that's a personal preference. Peach Italian Soda - Maybe I don't have Italian Soda enough, but I was disappointed in this one. It was completely separated and was a pain to combine. It was overfilled so I had to try not to spill it while stirring. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because of the Italian Soda & the price. It was good food, but kinda pricey.

A goat, cause duh. And a pizza with a side of beer. You know, dinner.

I don't write a lot of reviews. When I do, I prefer Dos Equis. Kidding. Also, this place sells Corona. As a tourist town, Jackson has a plethora of overpriced, overhyped, and over the top Western-themed restaurants whose only seeming character trait is a race to see how many animal heads they can hang on the wall before the patrons can't lean back for fear of being impaled. Yeah Buddy Pizza is none of those things. I'm a fan of pizza. Thin, thick; red sauce, white; all the toppings, or... plenty of toppings. Yeah Buddy does thin crust. And they do it well. I ordered the Pera Cipolle, a garlic cream sauce with pears, bacon, red onion, Gorgonzola, and a balsamic reduction. It makes my all-time top ten, but as taste is subjective, taking my word for it would be ridiculous. But my kids ordered cheese pizzas: one with black olives, and one with cream sauce. And they liked them. They ate them. They didn't complain. And the biggest selling point: they said they wanted to come back. They did this on the last night of our time in Jackson, which totally tracks with those little monsters. The beer was cold and fresh. The water was also cold. And wet. The service was good, which in Jackson is a hit or miss proposition. The music was acceptable. The only knock was the apparent lack of an elevator, but I might not have know about it, assuming they had one. Being an upstairs only establishment, you might find that limiting. Otherwise, no complaints. Excellent pizza. Excellent beer. My kids didn't whine. This place is a win.

Meal prices are about what you would expect for Jackson... overpriced for eggs and pastries. People rave about the "pig candy" which is 4 pieces of candied bacon they give you for $16. The name is disguised as "an entry point with a first number") tour starting at Mt. Rushmore with multiple stops in between ending at the Grand Tetons. This was our final ending meal together. First, I know the management prepared for us. We had to select the entrees a couple of days before. Second, we were seated next to the circular wall towards the street, very accommodating. Noise factor was good to excellent because of the high ceilings (the industrial look you know with exposed duct work now popular.) Third, finally the food what you really want to know... All of us had the house salad. It was lightly dressed which I appreciated since some restaurants over dress or use a harsh vinaigrette. I had their beef steaks which the tour written description was a fillet, restaurant menu list as a ribeye. I 'm not going to complain because it was accurately seared. I asked for mine medium and another asked for medium well. Both were slightly under which was good. Presentation was excellent they did change from sweet potatoes to a couscous ( I think) which was a good switch and tasty. My spouse had the rainbow trout and it was amazing! It a good size, as again presentation was great! Tasted good too! Not dry. Another person had the truffle pasta and there was a poached egg on top. What a surprise! They said it tasted good! Unfortunately, the bar was painfully slow. Our first round of drinks took about 15 minutes, and the second took closer to 30 minutes after ordering. We eventually had to check in to make sure they were even coming. The food was fine, but not something we'd come back for. The elk pasta lacked the depth and richness you expect from a bolognese. The trout--poblano stuffed and curry-prepared--was an interesting idea, but the curry completely overpowered the fish, making the dish feel unbalanced. We had curry-dusted trout at The Blue Lion earlier in the week that was far better. (One of the best trout meals I've ever had.)
