We had a great experience here! Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and we liked the drinks we ordered. We came in during farmers market day and our drinks came out fast. Only complaint about our experience is we got attacked by bugs sitting outside (totally out of the restaurants control!!!). We moved inside and enjoyed our breakfast. :)

I had the opportunity to stop by Yes, Please for a quick breakfast before work. Right when I walked in, I could tell this was a place that takes its food and service seriously. You order at the counter and grab a number to take to your table. I ordered the chilaquiles with chicken chorizo and an iced Americano with oat milk. I loved the cheerful decor and all the different options on the menu. My food came out quickly and looked beautiful. The next time I'm in La Quinta, I'll definitely be back at Yes, Please.

Yes Please was a great lunch spot for our family. It's conveniently located in La Quinta Center with plenty of parking available, and they offer lots of outdoor seating. Our food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside was the extremely long wait just to place our order.

We have come here so many times to enjoy our Thai tea, milk teas, and all the different varieties of coffee and Matcha. We also enjoy the food, but the best part is how much our dog loves to come here and how welcome we feel. This location has hosted so many different businesses through the years, but there's something special about this place. We continue to have great memories, and great food and always bump into really friendly people here. We love that the food is consistently well prepared and they have many healthy choices. When in old town, here's a great place for breakfast or lunch. You cannot go wrong with their beverages, the bahn mi, the bagels, and any of the healthy salads and bowls.

Came here looking at the good reviews. Ordered some food and coffee. Was able to find a table immediately. The cappuccino was good. Was told they use Joshua Tree Coffee to make the coffee drinks. I got the breakfast sandwich on jalapeño bagel. It was more than filling and yummy. Wife got the avocado toast with a well done egg, which came out over easy. But that was a minor issue. The chicken pesto sandwich was also yummy. Overall everything tasted good. P.S. They also gave the kids some activity to keep them busy, which was a plus.

We recently moved to La Quinta and decided to have my birthday breakfast at Yes Please. It is the cutest little coffee shop in Old Town with a darling little outdoor patio for people watching. The setting is gorgeous, and the staff was super friendly and kind, going above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday! We got a locals loyalty card, and also found out that they have some really good happy hour specials in the afternoon, I believe I saw $5 beers, which is a great deal, so we will be coming back after some midday pickleball to enjoy some beers on the patio!

We had a perfect experience here! The food was excellent, servers were friendly, and the patio on an October morning made for a wonderful brunch experience. I don't really have much else to say other than I hope I get to come back here someday! I will definitely keep this place on my list for future visits to La Quinta.

This is one of the best hidden gems in La Quinta. I've come multiple times and their matcha is to die for! I always have to order a matcha AND a cold brew because i just have to have both! I really love their jalapeño cheddar bagel breakfast sandwich it's always so yummy! My husband loves getting their salmon breakfast sandwich! Great place to come on a date, to hang out or even to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather.

I ordered only a cappuccino to go, the lid was off so I hat to take it out. And it took me about 20 minutes just to be able to order - I suggest a different line for grab and go coffee The coffee has a roast darker than I usually get, so it taste a bit burnt - I think they do a dark roast, for me the best coffee would be light roast, what I also can drink is medium but usually dark taste burnt - bitter. I would suggest to have at least 2 roast options so people who drink coffee with no sugar can also have a good experience , The place looks ok for eating and seating. I would come back to try their food or Matcha but definitely not drinking the coffee again

Long line to order but so worth the wait. Every. Single. Thing. we ordered was so delicious. I don't even eat breakfast but I could not put my fork down! Eggs hollandaise w sauce on the side, chilaquiles, brekky burrito- you can't go wrong! I will drive 2 hours just to eat here!

Great little cafe and brunch/breakfast spot in Old Town La Quinta. They have patios and are dog friendly! There is indoor and outdoor patio tables and are mainly serve yourself style dining with servers bringing your food and coffee at your number table after placing your order. We came in summer so come early before the heat spikes but had a nice umbrella covered table outside in the patio. Their coffee is very good and also have pastries or a fuller lunch/brunch/breakfast menu and great service! We split the Eggs Hollandaise and were very happy with our ooey runny poached eggs and biscuit. Coffee refills are free as well. Just a great spot to get a bite out in Old Town to start your day! ;-)

Came across this place to try on yelp and it was delicious! If you are looking for a fast casual restaurant, I would recommend this spot! First time here, and we ordered a variety of items. The cinnamon horchata latte was a HIT, and we enjoyed our food the chilaquiles were crunchy, flavorful and had a kick, the Acai bowl was refreshing and a large portion, the breakfast sandwich had a kick from the chipotle aioli and very flavorful and the salmon lox was fresh and delicious. Something to keep in mind, there is limited seating indoors and outdoors.

Just flew in and stopped into YES,PLEASE and had the most amazing food! Three of us all got something different to share but after first bites wouldn't share! Amazing pastries; great service! Earluer, I left a 3 review which apparently offended the owner but I think she missed the point of the review: when a customer orders a jalapeno bagel don't serve them an everything bagel disguised as one by adding cheese and jalapenos, tell the customer you are out of jalapeno bagels! People pay a lot of $ to eat out and deserve to get what they order. read more

My sister and I came to old town La Quinta for another place but they didn't open until 11. We seen Yes Please as we were walking and the menu that was posted outside is convinced us to go inside. We LOVED our first visit to Yes Please so much that we came back the very next day. Such amazing drinks and absolutely delicious baked goods and food. My husband is normally a more traditional breakfast kinda guy and even he had to admit that everything we tried was exceptional quality. He even recommended it to a friend of his who owns a home in the area. Came to hangout with my best friend and decided to try this place out wanted to have a quick coffee, but we were in for an unforgettable experience from the moment we walked in the staff were beyond amazing, great food choices, ambiance, made it feel like home. I've been to hundreds of coffee shops but this was an elevated experience. First of all this is far from a 5 star establishment We stopped in for breakfast,we ordered two coffees they where $4.00 each(and the cups where dirty)and if you need creamer it is a additional$.50 per cup,my wife ordered a egg croissant but she wanted it on a bagel they charges additional $3.00 for the bagel,I had the French toast,it was to sweet and soggy and they charged me $7.00 for 2 scrambled eggs This place is a total rip off,if your in that area try Louise pantry so much better and cheaper and alot more food,I think $50.00 for breakfast is not acceptable in a place like that.Maybe they thinking people in that area are stupid enough to pay for crap like that.and also they don't refill your coffee. read more

EAT HERE. When in town we do breakfast/ lunch - or swing by for coffee - multiple times a week! The outdoor patio is great to enjoy after a walk or hike. This is a well-run, charming spot with an updated, modern American menu. It even has delicious pastries that sell out fast (pastries were hard to find in Old Town before this place opened). Rare is it to find a menu in La Quinta that's not geared towards the 65+ crowd let alone one that actually serves GREAT food. Oh, and they have Joshua Tree Coffee which is a great local desert coffee roaster. Yes Please, filled a HUGE void in the Old Town La Quinta food scene. Can't recommend this locally owned restaurant enough. read more

Old Town finally has a top notch breakfast/lunch cafe. In the former Cafe California location that came and went all in the past year, several items are retained with new ones coming soon. The quality is outstanding across the board, and the owner Gina is a treasure. I highly recommend this new business as being at the top of the Coachella Valley's best there is to offer. read more

Food was TASTY. Had the breakfast burrito and the French toast between my boyfriend and I. Lots of flavor. Had the Lavender Latte and the Green Tea/Matcha Latte also. Would add honey if you are looking for something a bit more sweet but the taste was overall great. Service was good. They asked a couple times if all was well or we needed anything. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. I gave 4 stars because the outdoor furniture could be improved, the tables were nice but the chairs we not matching in quality/comfortability and the line to order gets a bit hectic inside, so grabbing things like utensils was harder to do. The line also crowds a bit for those eating inside. Overall good experience though. Will be back if around and looking for a delicious breakfast/brunch. :) read more

I walked by and saw this place so it was a spur of the moment visit. The horchata iced latte was decent and the blueberry scone was amazing. However, I had the steak sandwich and it was very disappointing. Basically bread, meat and arugula. Quite dry and not very appealing. We are so excited to be a member of the Old Town community in beautiful La Quinta. Our menu is in the middle of changing for the season but not to worry, we have kept the favorites like our Breakfast Hash and our Hollandaise that is served with our popular, very flaky house-made buttermilk biscuits. YAY Please come in and try our new huckleberry scones, warmed up and drizzled with a citrus icing. Have that with a nice hot latte made with Joshua Tree coffee and let us know what else you'd like to see on the menu.

What began as play as a child has become an actual dream come true. In my youth I played restaurant and as a second career in my twenties, I attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and enjoyed a well-round career in the hospitality and food service industry. From a 5 star 5 diamond hotels and high end dining, commercial food research and recipe development for national companies and most recently, owning and operating a custom cake, dessert and catering business in the South Bay and Beach Cities in Los Angeles. YES PLEASE is truly a dream that has manifested and I can genuinely tell you that between myself and my team, our goal is to make your experience as nice as possible. We look forward to serving you! We asked the server, who just apologized to us and the other guest. We didn't want an apology, we wanted them to stop. My feeling is that the owner's skill is the food but not managing the environment. Additional focus in the dining room would raise the level of the experience. I've had better experiences elsewhere, so not sure I'd return.

I have dined regularly at Yes Please since it opened, and I LOVE the food! The breakfast choices are amazing. If I am hungry, I get the Eggs Hollandaise on a house made biscuit, which is crazy good! The best I have ever had, bar none. I also love the breakfast burrito; it is by far the best I have had in the Coachella Valley! When I just want a cup of coffee and a pastry, there is no better place to go. The Joshua Tree coffee is perfect. I take advantage of the free refills when I dine in. The scones are the best on the planet, never have I ever tasted one as good as these. The croissants and pain au chocolat are house made and so delicious. I am usually a black coffee kind of guy but I have tried a lot of their specialty coffee drinks and they are always super tasty. My personal favorite is the Iced Horchata Latte, but they are all really good. I often come in for lunch and love the options. I don't know where to get a Banh Mi sandwich in the valley other than here. They do a fantastic job with theirs; I have ordered it many times. I also love the tuna salad sandwich on a croissant with avocado, but frankly all of the options are outstanding. At this point I believe I have tried everything on the menu and LOVE it all. The patio is well shaded, with fans and misters so it has been comfortable dining outside even during the heat. What I really love is the service and atmosphere at the cafe. They are dog friendly! I often bring my dogs and when I do the staff quickly brings out a bowl of water for my girls. The servers are always friendly and attentive. The deserts are off the charts crazy good. Cookies, cakes, 7-layer bars, and all of the other treats are house made and insanely delicious. I waited over 30 minutes in line under the scorching 90+ degree heat just to order a single matcha latte. When I finally reached the front, I was told it would take an additional 20 minutes just to make the drink -- a total of nearly 50 minutes for a single item. I completely understand and appreciate when a spot is busy -- that's often a good sign. But when the line is that long, especially outdoors in extreme heat, there should be some effort from staff to inform customers about wait times or potential delays in advance. Unfortunately, there was little to no communication, and staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping manage expectations. As someone who's lived in the desert for years, I get that festival crowds like Coachella can be overwhelming. Still, it felt like a missed opportunity for the business to provide even minimal hospitality or customer care during a hectic time. I had the pleasure of trying out Yes Please, in Old Town La Quinta, a charming modern trendy and small sandwich cafe right in the heart of Old La Quinta. During my visit, I decided to sample their Tuna Salad Wrap and their Avocado Toast, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were both dishes reasonably priced, but the quality of the ingredients truly stood out. I devoured both meals in one go - I was exceptionally hungry that day and running on empty. It's worth noting that in many retirement areas, including this one, there tends to be a noticeable lack of salt in the dishes. While it's true that many people over 65 are on low-sodium diets for health reasons, it's essential to strike the right balance. Overdoing salt can be problematic, but going completely salt-free isn't necessarily the answer either. read more

What a rich and creative atmosphere. Very clean crisp eating area. I had the Eggs Hollandaise with eggs, out of this world! Ingredients are a hidden treasure. They are normally made by using a muffin but Gina the owner who, by the way has a sweet heart, uses a biscuit to build upon and the rest is a treasure chest full of herbs, spices and a avocado to give it that California flair. This was the only item I ate so far, can't wait for Lunch! It's a little pricey but I will cook at home for a week and indulge myself at the end of the week at this end of the rainbow boutique restaurant!
