The torta is covered in Guajillo sauce. This dish can be served with a side salad or French fries. I decided to order the French fries instead. Everything was delicious. In my opinion, all the ingredients were fresh. The portions are more than enough; I took half home with me. And I had my meal with a natural tamarind agua fresca. The prices are fair.
