We drive by this area a few times a year. There aren't many choices on where to have breakfast. We decided to try this diner because it looked well kept. The service was quick and she was attentive. There wasn't much to my meal. It wasn't fabulous but it wasn't bad either. Just average. I'm still looking the wow factor in this area.

Hamburgers were ok, would have been nice if they were not frozen burgers. The T-bone was delicious! Highly recommend it! Soup was terrible, one spoon taste was enough for me. Waffle fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings were yummy. The server was ok. Not sure who was suppose to clear table after we finish with our meal, but it was lacking some attention. I have a feeling it was a heavy set man w/long black hair on phone all the time. Honestly, we were there for about an hour and that man was on phone whole time. Place was nice to visit, and it seemed clean.

Atmosphere: Yetter's Diner is located right off the main road. Since there aren't a lot of buildings, the cobblestone building is hard to miss while traveling. It's clean and modern, not a stereotypical retro metallic chrome diner. The interior is dimly lit and has plenty of tables, booths, and a full-length bar. Something I found interesting about Yetter's Diner was the menus. They were decorated to bees! I'm not sure why that was. Coffee: The coffee at Yetter's Diner was brewed hot and fresh. One of my favorite details was the Yetter's Diner logo mug, with a photo of the diner. Yetter's Diner Food: The Yetter's Diner menu has everything you want and need in a diner. From breakfast specials like pancakes and waffles, to classic diner dinners. Since it was early, I opted for my favorite breakfast: steak and eggs. I was between steak and eggs or nova lox omelet, but the steak and eggs won out.  The steak and eggs was decent, but it wasn't my favorite steak. The steak was drier than I prefer. The buttered rye toast tasted good and then there were plenty of hashbrowns. I wish the plate at Yetter's Diner were bigger because I found myself making a mess.  Service: The service at Yetter's Diner was great. The waitress was friendly and the food came out fast. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Overall Thoughts/Summary:  I liked Yetter's Diner and it's a pleasant stop if you find yourself in northwest NJ. Now that Chatterbox is gone, this is the stop for good food.

Pulled pork sandwhich was all fat, found a hair in it too. Chicken gyro was okay but nothing crazy. Better off with some fast food.

I loved the Cuban artwork on the walls and the Cuban music added to the inviting atmosphere. My oldest daughter ordered the pork empanadas and fries, they were bursting with flavor, the mojo pork is hands down my favorite Cuban dish. I made everyone let me try what they ordered so I could give an authentic review. My son and youngest daughter shared the Porkito sandwich and added an extra side of rice and beans to split which were delicious. My husband and I love food and can never choose just one thing so we ordered a few things to share. We started with the Garlic Shrimp Emanada, it was so yummy I can't wait to order it next time and try a few other filling options like the Chicken & Chorizo and the Picadillo. My husband ordered the Churrasco cooked medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. I was especially excited about the Chimichurri sauce on the side, I enjoyed it so much at one point my daughter caught me taking a sip of the sauce, I could not get enough. I ordered the Cuban Classico and wow, just wow, I've found my new favorite sandwich. There are so many different flavors from the mojo, to the ham, the mustard, and the crunch of the dill pickle, my mouth was enjoying so many different combinations that went together like a symphony of flavors. We are excited to come back next time and bring friends to share this gem.

We have eaten there twice and both times the food was fantastic! Highly recommend!…read more The tostones, empanadas and the different entrees we tried were all fantastic. We'll be visiting again soon!

Welcoming lobby with tea themed gifts to purchase set the tone for your awaited tea service. Staff is family friendly and so attentive making sure your coats are hung and your comfort is addressed. We enjoyed a mid morning seating on a cozy winter Saturday. The tea room, a converted front parlor room of the house is decorated with charming English nods to the queen and tea. About a half dozen tables are set with crisp linen and china. Menu is simple and straight forward. I highly recommend the Tea for Two, or the deluxe version of this if you're really hungry! Tea offerings are plentiful and loose tea brewed. Very authentic! We each got a different flavor of tea under the advice of our wonderful server Dana! Because tea pots are bottomless we were able to sample and share a variety! Highly recommend their Windsor blend as well as the peppermint teas. Soup and quiche of the day were delicious to say the least. Warm creamy tomato bisque and fluffy broccoli cheese quiche started us off. Followed in a timely but not rushed second course of a three tiered tea plate filled with perfectly executed sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam and dainty bite size sweet treats. Crustless, finger sandwiches were filled with creations like the Queen's coronation chicken salad, egg salad, and apple cheddar salad, strawberry cream cheese and cucumber slices. Heavenly! Fresh baked scones were light and fluffy inside and buttery and lightly crisp on the outside. Dainty sweet treats included butterscotch mousse, salted caramel macrons, butterfly tea cakes and caramel chocolate shortbread. Portions are plentiful but not overwhelming. We each took a small box of a few bites that weren't able to be finished. Overall we can't say enough good things about this lovely hidden gem right on Rt 15. It was worth the hour drive and every penny spent. We're looking forward to coming back and enjoying this tea house and their lovely staff many more times in the future.

We dressed up and really got into the spirit lol. We ordered the Windsor Tea for Two option which included a three tiered service of sandwiches, scones, strawberry jam and clotted cream and desserts. It was all very good. My favorite was the coronation chicken, it was so flavorful! We also added two broccoli and cheese quiches, very tasty. The tea was good too although I couldn't finish mine since there was so much of it lol. Maybe they can think about having to go cups? Or if they do offer them at the end of service. The scones were so good! They also have a little bakery when you first walk in which is nice. Great customer service as well.
