I spent $132.00 for it. I then called to schedule our couples massage and the owner/employee said "You can't use your Groupon for the weekend" and I kindly explained that this is the day of my anniversary. I then even offered to bring in the coupon and pay the remainer (full price) in cash. For a brief moment I thought she agreed to this but I was mistaken. She started throwing out dates in June ... and July .. for me to come in to use the coupon. I then said " I genuinely am just looking to schedule a massage. I don't want any trouble" because I could sense this was spinning and spiraling. She again stated the "coupon is for the weekdays only". I hung up and tried to cancel my Groupon order. I was able to cancel the order, but now I'm stuck with 'Groupon bucks' instead of getting a refund to my card. What an AWFUL 30 minutes. This was so unnecessary and I'm not going to use Groupon again. You know why? These business owners are resentful and angry at customers who buy them. If you don't want to provide the same level of service to a customer buying Groupon, then DONT CONTRACT with them. It's not fair to punish hard working and sincere people looking to save a few bucks.

I had specific areas of tension on which I needed my masseuse to focus and was able to communicate that successfully during the session. I always pay in cash at places like these, as they typically charge a small fee to pay via credit card. They have several massage package options and if you're a regular, you can opt for a punch card to earn a free session after so many. *does not apply to special discount rate options. My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request. I had hoped to get relief then start on my day. Here and their own site says they open at 9am, they did not open at 9am. The fliers out front also had another different time on them. I woman I had identified herself as "Tina". She said they drive in from New York and hit traffic. I saw more than three different price sets for the same service between: their website, the board at the front door, and the fliers in the dispenser on the front window. According to their own website being a first-time customer I should have gotten an hour for $50.00. She charged me $65.00 plus tax equaling $70.00. Then I was pressured into giving a higher tip after giving a tip. If they have changed their hours and prices, they need to get it all uniform between all their different platforms. No one likes to show up and have a business not be open when they say they'll be open but to be charged higher price than is listed on multiple places is an insult. If anything she should have given me a discount based on the fact she knew I had called and was waiting there for awhile for them to open. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. I'll update if anything changes.
