I've been to this location a few times but it has been a long while. My son got a gift card for Christmas so we came in today for a little treat. Plenty of flavors, but my kid always goes for Oreo lol which he said was good. Inside it was very clean, several tables with chairs and one long window seat near the entrance. The staff working was polite and friendly. The parking lot here is crazy though, so be prepared to circle around and walk a bit further. read more

Went in on 1/29/2026. Friendly staff, even offered me samples to try since I was going back and forth with which flavors I wanted to try as I had not gone to a BR in a looong time. Decided on the twix and cookies and cream double scoop in a cup, tasted great and curbed my sweets craving. Clean store, their cakestand was filled with cute ice cream cakes. I'll be sure to stop by to get an ice cream cake for the next festivity, as who can ever resist an ice cream cake! Thank you Brea BR for the kind service! read more

We went in on a hot evening to get some ice cream for our kids. The employee that helped us did not wash her hands and used her bare hands to pick a few gummy bears into my son's ice cream. I was shocked that she used her bare hands to grab our toppings. I watched her use the cash register and her phone without hashing her hands after handling customer's orders. Clearly a health code violation. Will not be returning. read more

Baby girl and I needed a treat for this extremely hot day! So deciding to come to Baskin Robbins I think it's been a couple years since I have been here lol. Got baby girl 2 scoop cone cotton candy and vanilla and for me i got the Cappuccino Blast. Josh took our order nice guy, got our order pretty quickly. They have inside and outside seating. I love my cappuccino and baby girl loves her ice cream cone dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. Thank you for my delicious cappuccino and the delicious ice cream and friendly service. had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, and the female staff member who helped me at first was very nice and polite. However, the heavier Mexican male employee was extremely rude. When I asked for a cover, he said they didn't have any. I then asked for a larger cup, and he said no again. Finally, when I asked for a bag, he tossed it at me without any courtesy. He didn't say thank you or goodbye after I paid, and this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience with him. His attitude is consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, which makes the whole experience very unpleasant. read more

I usually enjoy coming here and the other staff are great, friendly and welcoming. But there's one heavy-set Hispanic guy with a glass who constantly kills the vibe. When a young lady was serving us, she was warm and generous with the scoops, until he gave her a look and suddenly the second scoop was half-filled like she got scared to serve properly. Then when I asked for a cover (which I've always gotten before), he jumped in just to tell me they 'don't have any.' Funny how that only happens when he's working. Finally, when I asked for a bag, he tossed it on the counter like he couldn't be bothered. If you hate the job and dislike customers that much, maybe it's time to move on. An ice cream shop should be welcoming and fun, not awkward and hostile. read more

This place continues to dissapoint. I ordered a banana split and the portions are ridiculously small. The service is also far from great. If you want great service with generous portions that are worth the money, do yourself a favor and drive to the Placentia location. Steer clear of Brea. read more

Had dinner across the street and so we stopped by to share a double scoop of their February flavor of the month "Love Potion 31". My wife and I just love it and its going away soon so we stopped by and grabbed a scoop. The young man that took our order was very polite and nice and the place was very clean. No restrooms here but there is one right outside next to Baskin. The one thing that I wish was improved is the app. It is difficult and cumbersome to use. Yeah, frustrating. read more

"After enjoying a nice dinner down the street on Birch St., at Macallans Public house Irish Pub , my wife and I decided to take a relaxing walk and stumbled across this Baskin-Robbins. It brought back memories of the good old days, so we decided to try our favorite flavors--Rocky Road with Dark Chocolate Ice Cream. Let me tell you, it was just as delicious as we remembered! The place was clean, lively, and well-kept. Despite how busy it was, Josh, a very kind gentleman, took great care of us. Baskin Robbins is expensive but I love their Chocolate Mousse Royale and I can't get it anywhere else except for Baskin-Robbins. So when I want to treat myself, off to Baskin Robbin's I go! This is the only store that I know of in the area that consistently closes earlier than their sign indicates. The sign on the door says 9 o'clock. I approached the door at 8:52 and the door was locked. This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions; sometimes 15 minutes earlier than the closing time posted. It is frustrating to drive to a business to only have it be closed earlier than it is supposed to be. I have worked in several food locations and no matter how slow it was, we would always honor the closing time posted. Not this place. Other than that the staff is friendly and the store is clean. read more

My daughter and her friends went to this Baskin Robins for a quick sweet treat and were met by awesome service. The worker there got all of them their ice cream super fast and they said it was one of the best ice cream runs that they have had in a while, not only because of how good it was, but also because of that excellent worker. I ordered for pick up. Just a single scoop. To go. Stood by the 'pick up' sign for ten minutes as the two employees constantly avoided to help me get my scoop. They would help people that even came in way after me. So I move to stand in front of cash register. Still helped someone else first despite me waiting longer. Just really poor service for something that just needed to be handed over the counter. Don't waste your time like I did. read more

5/5 experience. My friends and I decided to have ice cream after our dance! The worker was so kind even though it was towards closing. Although we didn't get the chance to ask for his name we're extremely grateful with his patience with us! He listened and always helped us when we needed it. When my friend needed a cup and spoon he got it ready for her even before she fully walk up knowing she wanted one. Lastly, he complimented our singing as we walked out. I can't never go wrong with Baskin Robins Ice cream is delicious !!! They have all variety of flavor's and cones dipped with chocolate , The employee's are always very attentive and Friendly, the place has been recently renovated is all nice and clean, has some music! Also. Most of times is very busy ,is hard to see when walking by because you can easily missed that is an Ice Cream place My advise , if they could, put some chairs outside will be better to attract the customers . The dark skin Latino lady! She is not nice at all. There is no flexibility at all. I ordered online to pick up. I showed up 30 mins early. But she said I have to come back in 30 mins for Just for 2 single scoop icecream. No smile. Just mean. She said You just come back in 30 mins. And APP even can't cancel or edit order!!! Their website says contact to your local branch. She isn't able to have any capacity for customer obviously so I just gave up and came back later. Again, It's just 2 scoops of ice cream! The portion size is a joke Kids size scoops especially when you are going to be paying almost $20 bucks for 2 items. We order 2 scoop sundae & banana split. The worker said it is the new management policy to serve Kids size scoop for any sundae or banana split. The whip cream was bigger then the ice cream scoop. Walked in this past Saturday to purchase a Father's Day ice cream cake. The two ladies working were really friendly and offered to help us if we needed help finding a particular flavor. Ended up selecting a 6-8 person serving cake with cookies and cream ice cream and chocolate cake. It was a little misleading because the sticker price on the cake said $32.99 but it rang up for $34.99. Either way, the cake was delicious - only wish the layer of frosting was thinner. Cake is definitely best consumed after leaving it in room temp for 15-20 minutes. read more

I have been meaning to post a review since, Baskin Robbins Cake Decorator, Matthew took my cake order in late January. Since then I have been back three additional times, because of the service I received from Matthew. During my visits Matthew is always professional and personable. I am very particular when I order cakes as they are often a treat since they are a little pricey. However, when I receive great service I do not mind spending a little more. Clean, helpful, friendly, convenient. Every so often I have the desire to go get some ice cream.... the workers at this BR have always been so extremely polite and nice, striking up conversation and greeting me with a smile. This location is also very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. There are so many novelty ice cream and frozen yogurt spots around but it's nice to have the good ol' classic when you need it. I cheers to this specific location because it is exceptionally great, even if I didn't live fairly close I would drive the extra mile to hit this spot over the others I've been to. We came in and to guys bum rushed us to get our order. Nice touch. We got a banana split for 8.99. strawberry strezel, wild and reckless rainbow sherbet, and pineapple coconut. Whipped cream, strawberry syrup, sprinkles, and 3 cherries. My son ate all the cherries. That rascal! Everything was good but when my spouse left the Booth almost tipped over. Ordered through Grubhub and our delivery person was great but our order was terrible. Not what was described and pictured or assumed. Spent $7 each for 2 sundaes and the brownie sundae was just a brownie with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.. and the snickers sundae was like one scoop with some caramel and a equal parts whipped cream.. ill attach pictures of what we got vs what is pictured. This 4 stars rating is only for the mint chip ice cream cake. 5 stars for the customer service, but otherwise 2 stars for the ice cream overall. This BR is located in the plaza right next to downtown Brea and it's similar to all the other BR in terms of look and serving over priced ice cream. However If I'm looking to purchase a ice cream cake BR does it best. Oddly enough I don't care for the ice cream here but the ice cream cakes are just so good and in particular the mint chip ice cream cake and I don't even like mint chip ice cream generally. This location in particularly is centrally located which is important if you're transporting an ice cream cake on a hot day in May and the service is super friendly and efficient. More importantly compared to other BR locations I've been to the handwriting on the cake is super nice. I will definitely be back but only for a mint chip ice cream cake. read more

Last week I came in to redeem my free birthday scoop that was postponed almost a year due to covid. It was a free kid's scoop. I ordered the mom's cookies ice cream following a recommendation off one of the workers because I wanted something more unique that wasn't always there. The ice cream was very disappointing and I later realized I should have gone with something safer like Gold Medal Ribbon, Cookies & Cream, or Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The problem was many of the chocolate flavors were melted so I couldn't choose any those. A bit disappointed with the selection and quality of the ice cream. Probably why I prefer to go to Rite Aid or other ice cream stores instead. read more

Let me start by saying I normally love basking robbbinge, but this location missed the mark. Drove 20 minutes to get a shake, walk in and the first thing I hear the associate telling one of the guests who asked how their night was, "well it's Saturday night and I'm here how do you think it's going?". Then he proceeded to walk over and turn off the "Opened" sign, when the customer asked if they were closing two hours early he responded with, "no but if I turn off the sign people think we are closed and it helps." I proceeded to get helped by the next associate who I asked for a chocolate shake, he looked at me and informed me his blenders were dirty. I asked him if they could be cleaned and he responded with, well ya I guess they can be cleaned if you are willing to wait. When I asked how long he told me one minute as he rolled his eyes..... look I get it you are working Saturday night but really? You were about to turn me away because you didn't want to wash a blender..... read more

It was decent - light and refreshing, though it didn't quite stand out as much as their coffee drinks for me. Overall, this is still one of my favorite bakeries and coffee spots. Everyone raved, like for weeks, about the ice cream, and even though I didn't order anything, I still took their word for it because they are absolute ice cream snobs. Fast forward to yesterday when we were in the neighborhood again. I found 15-minute parking right outside the shop and from the moment we opened the door, everything was the best. The place: adorable and clean, with free water and a stack of napkins next to the water cups. A super clean restroom, too. The samples: they didn't skimp, and metal, full-size sample spoons? A nice eco-friendly touch. The service: just lovely. The flavors: I never thought I'd like pineapple in my ice cream, but the pineapple upside down cake took me back to the kitchen of my childhood (it was one of my mom's specialties,) and the pineapple didn't interfere, wasn't weird or chewy...it just blended so well with all the other flavors and textures. Another winner: the blueberry cheesecake. Oh my gosh. Next time, I'm bringing the insulated bags and stocking up on some pints. This is some of the best ice cream around, I promise you.

There were a lot of people already inside - a great sign! More people were filtering in while we were browsing their ice cream. I decided on their Blackberry Cobbler. It's a vanilla oat milk base with blackberry jam swirl and cobbler crumbles. It was light and refreshing. The jam added the perfect amount of sweetness. The crumbles added a nice crunchy contrast. This was definitely a summer flavor! They have parking near the front which is also shared with other businesses in the plaza. They have plenty of seating inside with tables for large and small groups. The staff is friendly and efficient. The ice cream was also reasonably priced. I recommend Blue Scoop Creamery. I love a dessert spot that sells seasonal flavors. It keeps it exciting on every visit. I'm glad my husband and I could add this to our list of dessert shops in Brea.

I got so many pastries. There were no misses. My favorite of the bunch was the blueberry cake. The cake wasn't too sweet, was moist, fluffy, and tasty. I enjoyed the matcha cheesecake, garlic sea salt bread, and raspberry cruffin as well. I also grabbed an egg bacon bread and regular sea salt bread to-go for future breakfasts. Warmed up, these were great in the morning! To drink I had the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte which was not too sweet and yummy! Good matcha flavor and the banana pudding was creamy. Mixed together, it was good. I also enjoyed the crunchy bits in there as well as the real banana slices. I got it at the small size, but the portion was generous. It went well with the pastries. There's some inside seating and tables as well as a bathroom available. There is lots of free parking around the bakery. I went in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was still packed! I love how the bakers were constantly baking even in the afternoon, so they brought out fresh batches of their pastries. Overall, a great bakery and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Fullerton area.

They get their drinks out pretty quickly even though they're busy most of the time. My go to drinks at OMOMO is always their signature "OMOMO Matcha" and their Osmanthus Oolong. Personally, if you love matcha, their signature is a must try. Very refreshing, not too sweet with a sugar adjustment (50%) and on top of that, their boba is always easy to chew and very tasty. With over 50+ visits to OMOMO, my wife and I never had a bad experience with any drink.
