I always shop at the Safeway next door but I've neglected this place! Finally, my friend took me one time at lunch and now I'm ditching TCBY and calling this place my GO2 FROYO spot. Love it. Love the pistachio flavor the best AND all the flavors are fat free! Does it get any better people? I think not. I usually get the pistachio with a little sprinkle of mochi balls. Sometimes blueberries or strawberries. You choose what you want there are plenty of choices. At 0.30 cents an ounce go for it! I've also found that if you end up getting too much, you can stick it in the freezer and eat it for days. The yogurt stays soft!!! How amazing is that? Please be aware that you will need to wear a mask inside. At a time when most places do not require vaccinated people to wear a mask this location does. In my short time in the store I saw at least 3 people asked to wear a mask as soon as they walked in the door. They require you to wear gloves that they provide next to the cups. Personally, I really appreciate the precautions the owners are taking considering it's still self-serve and social distancing isn't required. Other froyo places took advantage of the covid restrictions and have their employees filling the bowls for the costumers- purposely add bigger portions to make the cups heavier/charge more. We arrived in store during a rush but two workers go through everyone very quickly. I asked the young lady working if they had the Heath topping because sometimes with my adhd I can be selectively blind to the specific thing I'm looking for so I thought she could help point it out. She easily could have told me they were out to save herself time during the rush, but she kindly went into the back and brought me a container to scoop from. I'm assuming they didn't have it out front bc they were low in stock (there was very little left in the container). Speaks volumes on how much they value costumer service. I asked the owner if I could bring a chair from inside to the tables outside since we were a group of 4 sitting at a table with 3 chairs and the owner went out of his way to bring the chair for me outside. No masks required last week - this week they won't let you in with no mask even though the county has still lifted the mandate if you are vaccinated. Employees were very rude. Multiple customers left without getting yogurt due to the mask requirement. They did not even offer disposable masks to customers that do not have one on them. read more

Visit on 5/29/17: Came in right before closing because the boyfriend had a frozen yogurt craving. I could tell they were a little miffed that we walked in last minute, but they tolerated us well. Wow has this place changed, my husband and I have been coming here for years driving from Pleasanton but what a huge disappointment tonight was. The young girl that was working couldn't get off her phone for 1 second not even to ring us up, while she's ringing us up she's texting and when I asked for lids for the second time she slammed her phone down and made some weird hiss noise like I was interrupting her. My bill for my treat was over $12 here (for 1 serving) while I typically fill my cup with roughly the same amount of frozen yogurt, fruit & nuts at Tutti Frutti for just over $5.50. My kids love coming here! The two people who are usually working are always very friendly and helpful! Switching away from self serve during Covid restrictions was handled very well! I used to love this place but they no longer carry sugar free options. Every time I call to ask, they just say "I'm not right now". Not everyone can have sugar for health reasons. It would be nice to have a little variety so others can enjoy also. No longer a fan. read more

Plus, it doesn't help that I keep on getting free froyo. Seriously if you haven't signed up for their rewards program..DO IT NOW! Just opened not too long ago, and I hope they never leave. My husband and I came in for the first time tonight after a late dinner, and were quickly greeted with a friendly smile along with sample cups. Excellent. I love frozen yogurt, but I've never tasted most of their flavors. We both found what I'm sure will become our "usuals," and headed off to top them with some delicious additions. There had to be a catch - 30¢ an ounce. We both looked at our cup size, looked at the yogurt & toppings and said, "They're going to weigh this...yeah, we should have waited till another paycheck." I have been taking my Granddaughter here since she was 4. We would come in after her swimming lessons. She just loves the place. I however, after reading the reviews have to agree with some of them. I can understand the issue with the Covid stuff, and the fact that for awhile they would not let you fill your own cup. They have now decided to make you wear gloves. This is a swift pain in the neck. The gloves do not go on very quickly, and if some is waiting behind you this is annoying. My Granddaughter loves to pour her own cup but these, adult size gloves, are way to big for her little hands. They keep falling off, or getting twisted and in her way. I find this to be a little to overboard on the Covid worries. Sad to say we will not be back until the store can return to normal, if then. read more

Both the kiddos had the coconut flavored yogurt with candy toppings and I had the flavor that was tart with Fruity Pebbles (my fave combo) The price for all 3 was only $5+...so reasonable!!
