The staff at this location were speaking about us unkindly (we went there as a family) in their native language when we attempted to download the app for the BOGO day. It was a good thing that my kids took language classes in school and they were able to understand what they were saying. One of the family members had the app already, but the staff insisted that only one transaction could be used for one BOGO. That being said, I don't think there were preconditions in the promotional ad indicating that the customers needed the yogurtland app to enjoy the BOGO. If the app is required for discounts, please display the precondition somewhere in large prints so the customer can be informed and be ready. read more

I typically like this branch, and was even a fan after it seemingly was much cheaper than other stores, but today on Fan Appreciation Day, the staff were extremely uncooperative. When me and my family went to pay, the cashier, Andrea told us we had to have a reward account to get in on the deal. I had known about the event for a while so I told her the account was only for double points. Andrea argued with me and told me I could either download the app or pay full price. We had even read the fine print they had on the flyer at the store but Andrea insisted that she would not give us the deal without an app. She did this to another family behind me as well. Beware when using your school discount card here. They tell you on the card you get 3oz free, when they will only discount you $1.00 for 3oz. We had just came from the kids soccer game and decided to reward her with yogurtland. Her favorite. When we entered there was sample cups ready so we walked over to the yogurt machines. There were four down but they still had yogurt dripping from the empty machines that had all the machine parts taken out and the yogurt had to have been there for awhile because there was a strong smell of old spoiled milk. I wanted to leave but she really wanted yogurt. We made our choice and topped with the variety of toppings and sat down to eat. Before we left we had to use restroom. Since it was a single bathroom with the door left open ( nasty eating yogurt with the toilet as your view) I went after she used it. It was clean but when I went to wash hands no soap. By no soap I mean not even a soap dispenser!!! What the heck!! I started to think of the workers and them not washing their hands and touching everything!!! OH HELL NO!!! **REVIEW BASED ON PRE COVID EXPERIENCE** I mean one can never go wrong with Yogurtland - compared to all the negative reviews by my fellow Yelpers I had a decent experience. It was easy to locate, Google Map took me right to the location. It has ample amount of parking available since it shares a private parking lot with several other businesses. It has indoor as well as outdoor seating options. Place was kept tidy - no paper napkins or any trash visible, tables were clean and not sticky, yogurt was not dripping or anything. Our cashier however felt like he did not want to be there, he did not make any small talk with us and neither did he make any eye contact or smiled. This location has always been terrible. First of all, they NEVER have any flavors available, not even the seasonal flavors they promote. Besides the flavors not being available, they are always "cleaning" the machines. Most ice cream places are busiest at night & this location starts closing up before 8 when they close at 11. Bizarre. Every single time we walk into this location the employees are talking so loudly to eachother about "parties" and they will twerk and bring in outside food. My young daughter was waiting in line for a sample cup and the cashier looked at her and said "Do you need something??", that is not how you talk to your customers! So I stopped by this location yesterday to pick up my daughter a cup of yogurt because it was hot and it was her first day of school. I walked in and no one was around. There were no workers, but I saw somebody peek out for a second and then went back to the back area. I got a cup to start serving myself yogurt and the yogurt I selected was not working and nothing was coming out. So I went to get help and no one was around. I yelled out loud a few times for someone to help me and still no response. I walked back over and tried the machine again and I had the same result, nothing happened nothing came out. I walked back over again towards the counter where I did not see anybody, I tried to glance towards the back I did not see anybody. I yelled out loud a couple more times for help and maybe 30 seconds later someone peeked out and then a second person peeked out which were two females very young. I asked them if the particular flavor yogurt that I wanted was working or not, the females said no and kind of laughed about it and went back towards the back. I think too many of these places have young kids working without more mature supervision which results in a crappy experience. Let's please try to get some better supervision in there and provide a better experience. Went in last night at 9pm the store was dirty and not clean at all.... water tank in front was empty. Was not greeted when we walked in. All the machines were filthy floors were not swept. Their toppings tasted old and expired. Like it was left out to room temperature and refrozen over and over again. I ate the yogurt but i SPIT out every bite of the toppings, it was just really really bad. I kept spitting to get the taste out of my mouth. Tasted like I licked the inside of a freezer, actually probably worse lol. The worker claimed the delivery just came Thursday, but I literally couldn't eat it. Once you come inside, you're greeted and offered sample cups. I'm glad that Eastvale is slowly adding more restaurants/dessert options to the city, so I was happy when I saw they were adding a Yogurtland. I like Yogurtland because of the varieties of flavors they have (not limited like Pinkberry), the themes like around the world and such, and the texture of the Yogurt overall. THE DETAILS: Located right in the middle of McDonald's and Panda Express in the new plaza across the street from Target. This location is small and there's some seating inside as well as outside. The workers are very friendly and I like how they leave the sample cups out for you to grab so you don't have to ask. Yogurtland has a weighing system so you can get as much or as little as you want. I like the whole DIY factor of Yogurtland. It's also relatively inexpensive compared to other fro-yo places. THE TREATS: Yogurtland's yogurt is simple and delicious. Depending if you are getting frozen yogurt or frozen sorbet the texture various. The fro-yo is generally creamy and tasty and the sorbet has more of an icy texture. There are a lot of flavors to choose from, but this particular Yogurtland is getting 3 stars from me because they don't offer my favorite flavors. I'm a huge green tea and cookies and cream lover and they don't have either. Now I understand the the green tea flavor is offered to certain locations based on demographics so that's understandable, however they don't even have cookies and cream! It's such a general flavor and I would be so happy if they have that flavor at least. Oh and they have a variety of different toppings you could put on your frozen yogurt, the possibilities are endless really. THE END? This is our family's fun place. We come here very often, at least twice a week. Since we always come at afternoon so there's no parking issue. Staff were very friendly they always invited us to grab a sample cup which was nice. They have a lot of toppings to choose from. I like the mochas,fruits and chocolates. My boys love the brownies and chocolates and almonds, as well as peanuts. I would give 5 stars but sometimes one or two machines doesn't work. We bought gift card from Costco it's $50 gift card for only $40 so you get 20 % off when you use the gift card at Yogurtland. And you also get rewards if you registered. And we never throw the spoons away since the quality is good. Now we have over 150 Yogurtland spoons at home. read more

Not sure if this location is under new management or if it needs new management but I've been coming here for years and it's really gone downhill. Half of the machines are never working, the few machines that do work are not cleaned up after, the floor seems dirty, and for some reason they can't get a new fudge dispenser that works. I really hope that they get this place back to how it used to be. read more
