This place was great. I try to hit up yogurt land as much as I can to get that awesome green tea flavor. This place was clean and had a nice atmosphere however the flavors don't seem to change very often and they had similar flavors of vanilla and chocolate stuff to me didn't really hit my fancy but that's just me. No green tea at the time I went here which was a bummer however their seasonal flavors a bomb as hell. Tons of different toppings and everything looked nice and clean and if toppings got mixed they fixed it right away and always had freaked cut fruit which I greatly appreciate! Usually they have a sorbet for the non dairy folks but for some reason the last time we went, they didn't have it. The staff wasn't too helpful since they couldn't answer if any other ones had a non dairy selection. We ended up leaving and not getting anything there. read more

Asked an employee about it and all she could say was ya their broken and started walking away. Customer service is terrible..... Wasted drive. Not a yogurtland I would go back too! I wasted $20 and should have just left. The yogurt was gushing out and definitely not at the right temperature. The toppings were all warm. The guy working offered to get out fresh cheesecake since the cheesecake they had out looked all hot and melted. I tasted the cheesecake he replaced and it was warm. The place had a bad smell when we walked in and we should have just left. I spent $20 on not so frozen yogurt that we started to eat in the car and it tasted off. It was a clean establishment. They had a good amount of toppings and flavors. I'm guessing I went at a good time. I had no wait. No lines. Was in n out within 3mins. I knew what I wanted and I was helped right away when I was ready to pay. The 20% off offer is a nice little perk this yogurtland offers. There was no reason for me not to give them a 5 star rating. Parking can obviously be a little hard to find since it is in the middle of a shopping center. But what would you expect? Especially if you are trying to get some yogurt during peek hours. Of course it's going to be busy with very little if not no parking at all. Not saying you have to strategically plan your visits, but don't complain if u have to wait in a line or can't find parking during busy peak hours. read more

Pretty disappointed that we drove out of the way for yogurt and they closed 20 minutes early. Door wasn't locked, walked in and I asked some young man if they were still open. Mind you its 10:40 pm and their door says they close at 11 pm along with yelp. He told me "uhhh, no... Ya, no were closed." So I look on Yelp and say to them just so you know your hours say till 11. The girl at the counter gives me a blank stare and just says OK. While I was there they just turned away 3 customers. I've been in the service industry. This evening we went to Yogurtland. I chose Pecan Salted Carmel, Double Cookies and Cream, and Horchata. They were all fantastic!

Spacious and clean dining area (with at least 5 tables inside and a few outside), lots of choices to choose from, and friendly staff! It was empty when i went around 12pm. I'm sad that there's no Wi-Fi though. :/ read more

Surprisingly busy. Yogurt is getting boring. I am looking for different types of desserts. This store has been here for several years and draws lots of folks. Most are pretty young. I think they need to offer more and varied flavors and turn them over so you don't get the same choices every time you go in. The toppings sometimes look a little scary. Parking is terrible. There are too many businesses and not enough places to park. Store is clean most of the time. No restroom - how can that be? read more

We went this evening took a friend who had never had froyo (gasp) I know right and super disappointed. So dirty the filthy rug at the door should have been a red flag but the 20% discount was looming in my mind. Proceeded to the bathroom to wash my hands um yuck again filthy. Good selection of yogurt and toppings big negative for the fly in the banana! Trying to register on yelp while on crutches just to get my discount not easy, customer service not helpful either she clearly could see me trying but only gave the discount after I complained about the fly. I go to Yogurtland almost everyday and have never been to one that tasted like this. The yogurt was terrible. I tried several flavors and they were all icy and watered down instead of thick and creamy like the other locations. I literally walked out and drove to another location. So this yogurtland is mainly good but i cant get myself to eat all those non tart flavors...tried the peanut butter cookie and it was sad...left a nasty bitter taste in my mouth which my nephews agreed on...but then again you can nevr go wrong with plain tart...yea there are variety of toppings in certain places but this on lagged it....plus the employees werent friendly enough...an to top it all off some old lady sitting outside eating her yogurt just kept staring at me like i was some type of weird creature....i can surely say i will not be going back to that particular store again! read more

My Fiancee and I were in the mood for some Yogurtland. I am in LOVE with the Midnight Almond Chocolate with Strawberries, Watermelon, Grapes, Peanuts, Almonds, and Granola. I grabbed a cup to fill up and to my dismay I noticed this location had changed what they carry and of course my flavor was no longer here. I went for the Milkshake flavor to try and create the same thing. I noticed the floor was a tad dirty but it was also pretty busy with a couple groups of HS students. When it came down to putting my fruits in my cup I noticed the fruit looked old and was mixed with surrounding fruits. I picked through the best I could and moved on to the other half of the condiment bar. As I went to put peanuts in my cup I noticed that too was mixed with Fruity Pebbles. I finally gave up, put some chocolate syrup in my cup and moved over to the scale. I went to put my purse on the counter so I could get my wallet out but noticed that was covered in melted yogurt and syrup not to mention the scale was no better. My suggestion, don't hire HS kids that do not care. This place was seriously DISGUSTING. Next time I will just drive over to the Anaheim Plaza area Yogurtland. Also, you might want to send your pregnant worker on maternity leave. read more

I was craving Yogurtland so i stopped by the one i always go to since it's down the street from my house. I'm not going to lie every time i come to this location i never had an issue i would always leave happy but yesterday i left unhappy i walked in the store and it was a mess the machines were not working so little flavors to choose from and to top it off the condiments were a mess the two young men working there looked like they didn't know what they were doing i asked one of them if they can fix one of the flavors which was my favorite one raspberry lemonade because water was coming out he said give it five minutes i came back and still not working so i go to get dragon passion fruit and guess what it wasn't working either. The two young men looked at each other confused. I never seen this location so messed up like this. I did get a cup of yogurt but i didn't really enjoy it since it wasn't a flavor i was craving. read more

I am torn. I love Yogurtland and I mean LOVE Yogurtland and so does my husband and young son but we always drive all the way across town to the Yogurtland in Brea. There is another Yogurtland in Fullerton but the review for that one is basically the same as this one. Both this Yogutland and the on State College are awful and under employed. Its very busy and most the time there is a very long line and only one person at the register. This past weekend we were there Saturday and Sunday (like I said I love yogurtland) and both days the line was huge the tables were not cleaned and one person on the register. The lack of employees makes it hard for them to keep the place clean. On the visit on Sunday the person at the register had to stop ringing customers up to slice bananas and it backed the line up so far my yogurt melted. When I get the yogurt here I take it home instead of eating it there because it grosses me out to see the messy sticky tables, trash on the floor , the yogurt machines not functioning and the employees in a bad mood. If you want my advice drive to Brea its a much more pleasant experience. read more

Although I personally love Yougurtland, I hate this one in particular. It seems like every time I come it's always lacking yogurt flavors. The toppings are always empty and its always a mess there. Super dirty! The employees are always doing personal matters then attending customers. The manager is the worst. A few months ago I witnessed as she was "cleaning" she got a rag and wiped "clean" a seat that was used by a dog before. I thought "wow that's nice. At least she's clean." Wait for it though, the same rag she used to clean down the seat she used to clean the yougurt dispensers and the topping bar. How DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY is this. Went to this place tonight. So filthy. I was watching my steps so I didn't slip in squished toppings all over the floor. I thought maybe they had a busy streak and hadn't had a chance to clean it all up yet. Got my yogurt home and as I was eating it I bit down on something rubbery. Found 3 pieces of what looked like a rubber gasket from the machine in my yogurt. I got the pumpkin pie, devils food and French vanilla so avoid those or you may be eating rubber. This is so far the worst yogurtland I have been to. As we walk in the employee doesn't even bother greeting us. I then asked her for a few sample cups and she gave me this rude look I moved on and not to forget the floor was filthy. I then get my cup and the flavors I like. As soon as I get to the fruit counter, It was so messy and discusting! I wanted to get the stawberries but it was mixed with 3 other fruits, they had no bananas. My mum then asked her if she can get more peanuts coz it was empty and the employee named LAURA said we don't have it I was amazed! I then asked her if she had almonds or some fresh strawberry and I get the same answer, no we don't! Super cheap and it always hits the spot. They have tons of flavors (that they switch out every month), and loads of toppings. The workers never complain if I ask them to cut up some bananas for me (even the slightest bit of browning will send my tongue into itch-mode). I love this place! read more
