This is my favorite Yogurtland location in my world right now. That alone should tell you that I recommend it but here's why . They're open when they say they will be open almost to the minute. That is admirable. They usually greet you when you come in unless the worker is by themself in the back refilling yogurt machines, which is usually done very well, so there's no complaints there! The store is clean. The cups freshwater and napkins are stocked. They typically have toasted coconut, which is one of my favorite flavors because it mixes with so many other fruit, flavors or chocolate. Economy, Mars, clean, and usually well stocked. I do miss the marshmallow, cinnamon, toast, cereal, mini chocolate chip trilogy topping --I know it changed a little bit but I missed the original one. I am missing the toasted coconut topping, they usually have raw coconut. Their prices are semi-reasonable. I am missing the organic yogurt options because I don't like fake sugars or man-made sugars. Anyhow, I recommend this place to everybody please be kindly to them and tip them if you're able to because the workers are always nice! read more

This is a very reliable YL location. The store is always clean, the employees never disappear behind the wall of dispensers for long. More often than not I see at least one on the dine in area cleaning the machines, stocking up the goods, etc. Every machine seems to be working when I visit, something ideal in this world. The staff is always friendly and the tables are kept clean. Certainly a family friendly location in a very active shopping center. read more

If there is another Yogurtland near you, go to that one. I came here with my family of five to bring home some yogurt to enjoy over the weekend. After asking me to pay, the employee let me know that they didn't see any lids for us to take our yogurt to-go, but would check the back. When she came back she said that if there are lids, she doesn't know where they are because she is new and didn't get any training. Because I already paid for my to-go order, I asked if there was someone to call to ask where the lids are. She apparently called the manager who said that they are "running low" on a lot of supplies. I responded that it doesn't seem like they are "running low", but rather, completely out. I asked that they cancel my order so that I could go somewhere else that could accommodate a to-go order, but the new employee did not know how to cancel the order. Very disappointing for a rather low-maintenance franchise that apparently cares nothing about the customer experience. Don't come here. read more

Also, customer service is great All the young people that work are always courteous, friendly, and very helpful. the interior is pretty spacious with plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your dessert. They have a high quality matcha and many matcha drinks for matcha lovers. We got the large size for an extra dollar. We paid $21.32 for two dinks including tax. The drinks are kind of pricey, but the quality was good. The service was very fast. Yes! It tasted completely bitter and had a gritty texture from the clumps, unlike the dark green soft serve. I went back to the cashier and showed her the difference, her reply was "well, its the same thing but from a different machine". I told her it clearly looked and tasted different and asked to receive a replacement. The girl snatched the cone from my hand and threw it so hard into the trashcan that the ice cream hit her coworker. Then, as we were leaving, I heard them complaining to each other about how "its exactly the same, just one machine is more oxidized." Ultimately, I really enjoyed my matcha soft serve but it was a bit of a struggle getting there. Their staff needs training on customer service and quality control.

There is plenty of parking right around there just beware of parking in front of the tobacco store because the owner gets very upset if you do. They have outdoor and indoor tables with the wide selection of flavours. This is a self service type of place. They have different sizes of cups at the beginning and all of the different flavours for you to pour yourself as much as you want then they have the different toppings that you put on yourself. At the end you pay based on the weight so you put yours on a scale and there is a person helping with the payment. The staff is super friendly she will greet you as you walk in and ask if you need any help and how you found everything. The place is very welcoming family friendly and it's a nice rest. Stop to enjoy some delicious frozen yoghurt.

It doesn't disappoint, especially when you add toppings like condensed milk and boba. We usually enjoy their smallest size, since it's filled to the top. Our favorite flavors are Thai Tea, watermelon, and horchata. We tried the ice cream on top but was a little too sweet for us but could be a nice edition for anyone with a sweet tooth. The staff is always friendly and keeps the seating area clean.

The space is bright, clean, and minimalist. The two baristas working were both really friendly. I asked how long they'd been open, and they told me they opened in January. The menu looked great, especially if you're into matcha--there were lots of different matcha options. Since it was my first visit, I kept it simple and ordered an iced vanilla latte and a warmed ham and cheese croissant. With tip, my total came out to about $14, which I didn't think was bad at all. The latte was smooth and tasty, and the croissant was solid--exactly what I was looking for on a quick morning coffee run. Overall, it was a great first visit. I'm excited to come back and try more of the menu, especially some of the matcha drinks.

Don't go to this yogurtland unless you want to be treated like shit by the worker that hates her life there. I wish I knew her name. But she had so much attitude for literally no reason. And apparently it's an ongoing issue at this location. It's absolutely pathetic. Don't ruin someone else's day because your miserable with your life. I have some advice for the owner, HIRE NEW PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUAL DECENT PEOPLE. read more
