Consistency is key! I've been a longtime customer of this location and overall, it's always been a positive experience. When the line is long, there's always a team member out to get your order. The team overall seems to be very strong as far as quality of communication, friendliness, and consistency of making drinks. Their hot coffees are always hot with the right amount of sugar and cream as ordered. The best thing is their enthusiasm for my pups who thoroughly enjoy a nice pup cup - always adorned with a biscuit. It's definitely worth the visit just to make the furkids super happy! read more

The white chocolate flavor definitely stood out most with just a subtle hint of lavender that balanced it nicely without being overpowering. Also ordered the werewolf which is dark chocolate, hazelnut and salted Carmel. Topped with whipped cream, this might be the new favorite drink. I ordered online for pickup and the process was super easy. No line when I arrived so I was in and out quickly. This location isn't ideal when there's a long line of cars. It doesn't have any additional space and cars end up on the street causing issues for those not trying to stop here. I ordered coffee which was good but also tried the maple waffle and it was very dry, it also tasted like it might have been too old to be sold. In the future I'll stay away from this location just because of the poor planning with all the cars. read more

This location is very close to where I stay in Northwest Las Vegas so I visit this location from time to time to get my Dutch Bros fix. Drive thru line can be long at times but it goes very fast. Employees will bring your drink to you while you are in the drive thru line so you don't have to wait until the very end to get your drink. read more

Our first time visiting Dutch Bros Coffee and we had such a pleasant experience. We were immediately greeted by the outside attendant who took our order and payment. The attendant was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us along the menu. There's a vast combination of drinks that go beyond what's on their immediate drive-up menu (see their website for different drink combinations). For our first visit, we ordered a Banana Bread Blended Freeze with soft top ($6.85) and a Caramelizer Blended Freeze ($5.85). Both were excellent and each flavor advertised you could distinctly taste. I also loved that the sweetness was not overwhelming and the bitterness of the espresso was balanced. The drinks exceeded our expectations and we also loved that smoothies, shakes, sparkling sodas, hot chocolate, and iced tea drinks are also offered. I went to get drinks for myself and my children and they love lemonade so I asked for a couple of Vampire Slayer without any Redbull. I emphasized no Redbull. When we got the drinks I tried them and immediately tasted the Redbull. I was glad I caught it and took them back and asked them to remake it as these drinks were for children. The lady said yes and to give her about 10 minutes. Once I went back to check she handed them to us and we left and got home. My kids said the drink tasted weird and took only a few sips and left it which is unusual. I tried it and I got hit with the Redbull AGAIN! It tasted as if they just added lemonade to try and mask the Redbull. I really don't think they remade it. I was so upset since I EXPLICITLY said it was for kids. Never again. read more

I almost stumped the guy taking my order with what I wanted no one had ordered one before. It was my free birthday drink and at $11 it was epic. It was sweet and salty just like me. We got lucky and there was no line at 8.15. This location usually has a huge line in the morning and when I get home from work. We waited almost 40 minutes in line... don't get me wrong, we love Dutch Bros, and we understand that it is a holiday so wait time will be longer than usual. But the wait time was ridiculous, friendly staff but no acknowledgment of the extra long wait time, and to top it off, the Candy Cane Mocha we waited 40 minutes for literally was just plain coffee with soft top and some candies on top. There's no way we were going to get back in line to complain about the lack of effort or quality of the drink because we just wanted to get out of there. This has to be the most inefficient location I've ever been to - ordering ahead doesn't seem to be a solution either. I'm not sure if it's a training gap or a staffing shortage or a mix of both, but there's no reason anyone should be waiting over 20 minutes in a drive thru that's only 6 cars deep. The chocolate chip muffin tops are the best. I know I'll always be treated and treated kindly by the staff. The ginger girl Cadence is so kind and recognizes me every time I come through. She doesn't even need to take my order just confirms my usual and takes my payment. This great service always comes with a great chat (depending on how busy it is) and I love coming here. The drinks are consistently amazing and I'm never disappointed by them. The wait time can get up there some days but you can see them all doing their best to get everything out asap! While you wait they always have great music playing and it's fun to watch some of the employees dance around and sing to it. This place reminds me of this popular chicken place that's always have a long line of cars, they hire these young kids to take your order and direct traffics. Instead of chicken they specialize in coffee and specialty smoothies & tea. They don't offer much in food. Just muffin top. This place seem extremely popular with the locals. I never of herd of it but then again I am not a native or have lived in Las Vegas. In fact this my first in Vegas that didn't involve being in the strip. I was a part of the local vibe! I had their coco mocha which is coconut mocha made with oat milk. The rest of my crew had other speciality, which at this point I can't remember what they got. They seem to like their drinks. I did order the orange cranberry muffin too and my sister in law got the chocolate chip. It pre-package and serve cold. My sister-in-law accidentally took my muffins and I didn't notice so I proceed to heat my muffin and realize when a I bit into it was chocolate chip. It was ok. The chocolate chip muffin top is nothing to rave about. Would I come back here! YES! I am intrigue with their other choices.
