Disgusting!! I am writing a second review because apparently my first review was reported by the business for being a "competitor" so I will clear up that I am a regular customer and in no way am associated to this location or any other location that may be in competition to this place. I have had multiple experiences with this location and all have been very bad. The place has been dirty with yogurt dripping off the machines, the owner is rude and the counters have been dirty with topping. I find it cynical that this location is attempting to remove honest reviews of their business to attempt to make it look "better" when it clearly needs to be cleaned more often and practice better business etiquette. Yogurt is great! One star was what your young employee earned for her I don't care attitude. This yelp is with the hope the owners will read it. We are regular customers but this past Thursday we stopped by for yogurt. Your young employee was simply not there she had no customer service anything in mind. Her attitude was horrible her only interest was be there to get paid. We think a mannequin or a robot would of had more personality than she did. If we see her there again we will skip our stop. Managers and owners please take the time to train your employees. A nice attitude and a smile will go a long way. This was my first time in a yogurtland, but thankfully for the employees I had no trouble steering through their selections. A special employee, Maryna, helped me with my choices. She advised me which ones were the most picked my other customers. I ended up getting plain tart with blueberries and granola. Thee best yogurt I've ever had. I'm not going to lie, these reviews did scare me a little bit. But when I walked in it was very clean. And the employees were very professional. Their customer service was amazing. I love to make small talk with employees because there's a genuine connection when your shopping anywhere. Maryna was an excellent employee and she made me laugh so many times. The poor young girl was working by herself and it was impossible for her to keep up with customers and store cleanliness. There was a large black strand of hair by the fruit section. This Wednesday my son and I went into yogurtland we were very disappointed whoever was working there this Wednesday morning was very rude we kept trying to get her attention as she was in the back ignoring us three customers i. myself and my son she answered very Rudly give me a second after he tried to call her 6 to 7 times already. All my son was trying to do was get her attention to use the restroom key when she came out she proceeded to give dirty looks this was Wednesday the 24th of May and shift girl with dark hair and blonde streaks. and a dirty look on her face I just told my son some of these kids this generation have no manners not only did I think she was rude the other customers that were there with me also made a face when she answered us the way she did. It seemed like she was miserable to be working there had no customer service at all I think she needs to be retrained. Nice place most of the time. We come here often because it's close to home but we may start driving the distance for another yogurt place. They are ALWAYS out of whip cream in the evenings. This establishment is an example of the outcome you get when you hire young employees that are unmotivated, lack pride in their work and are there to only collect a paycheck. Staff don't keep up with cleanliness. One employee was instructing the another employee the importance of keeping the topping bar clean and the employee rolled her eyes at her saying she just cleaned it. Well she may have cleaned it but it definitely needed to be cleaned again. Many of the surfaces in this place are uncleaned. The yogurt and topping options are great but the environment is unfavorable given employee attitude and uncleanliness. I would never suggest enjoying your yogurt in there. read more

This review is for Brad, the owner of this establishment. I went into this Yogurtland yesterday at 9:40pm with my young daughter and my mother and have to say the customer service was extremely poor. Stephanie was rude and mean when talking to my daughter , a little girl who simply wanted a wafer straw and when I saw how Stephanie was snapping at my daughter telling her no the way she was talking I had to ask why can't she have one and the girl said "on wednesdays we don't serve them because kids make borders around the bin there in"..even if that's the case and it's a contamination issue or whatever the case may be, why leave them out? It makes no sense. The girl said we take them out at 9:45pm and again this makes no sense and it wasn't taken out at 9:45. She said it's policy and to talk to owner , so I said ok let me talk to him but she said he wasn't there and wouldn't give out his name! Then she said " ok it's covered now, see! " acting smart and rude. I told her this was bad customer service and she laughed and said " how is it bad customer service".. i told her that my daughter was a little girl and didn't understand why she couldn't get her favorite topping especially if it's still out as if for the taking and talking to her mean wasn't cool at all. She wouldn't just agree and make the situation better, she just wanted to argue and tease and act smart. Is this how you train your employees? I have been to different yogurtland locations, this one is fairly new as it is located in the newer shopping center. The place is usually clean and staff is normally pretty friendly. The only thing I don't care for much is they don't participate in corporate advertised deals. Today was the national frozen yogurt today, and they are listed as a participating location for the free 5oz. I went in and they started they didnt participate because the owner is not going to lose money, they did however give 50% discounts for customers today. read more

Walked into Yogurtland around 7 pm. There was a good amount of people both inside and out. I wasn't able to try many flavors because most of the machines were either low or handles didn't work. Decided to stick with my go to flavor (plain tart) when I went to add toppings everything is low or empty and the fruit looked old. this is the closest yogurtland to me so i usually come here. it's alright however today was disgusting. there was ice cream all over the self serve machines most of them were not working properly. my yogurt came out watery. next, the toppings were basically empty, not restocked regularly, and there was fruit mixed in. finally, tables should be wiped down after each customer. there was dried yogurt on the tables so i was unable to eat there. do better with maintaining the store clean please read more

She said they are allowed to close the toppings bar 10 min before closing if they have no customers! Makes no sense to me! I came in around 6:45ish on Sunday April 24 and it was super busy, line to the door HOWEVER, I was super impressed at how fast, friendly, and enthusiastic the two young girls working to get everyone through fast & easy. The tall girl, I believe was Elana was very sweet and thanks to her I am know part of the Yogurtland Rewards!! I had a bad experience coming here for my first time. I walked in and the young girl behind the cashier told me I had to wait outside until more people left the store. No problem with me so I went outside to wait again. Six customers left the store so I walked back in. The other cashier greeted me and was about to serve me my cup but then the first girl interrupted her coworker and yelled at me in front of everyone that I had to go wait outside. Horrible attitude. I understand that there is a covid policy but this would have been avoided if the employee had said in the first place that customers have to wait outside until employees told them it was ok to go in. What's more infuriating was then all the customers left the store and I was still outside waiting with another person behind me and the employees just left us there waiting, none of the employees came out to tell us it was ok to go in now. The girl who yelled at me went to the back and I didn't see her again. These employees need better training on how to communicate with customers.
