Great flavors yet they were out of every single one. I tried all 10 flavors and they had only one that came out like proper fro yo. It wasn't too late at night and if by the end of the day if you have nothing don't stay open that long. For frozen yogurt, Yogurtland has a lot of great flavors and their tastes are true to the real thing. They also change them up all the time, so it's tough to get bored. I've visited maybe 4 times this past month, but can't count all the flavors I've seen in that time. My favorites thus far are Caramel Macchiato, Toasted Coconut, and Salted Caramel. They're not stingy with samples though, so give them all a try. Pricewise, they're very, very reasonable. My wife and I can load up on a couple of flavors and toppings, and leave for around $6. read more

There has been significant changes since my last review. I recently visited and it was clean and the topping bar was filled. They still need to work on the variety of flavors as there was 3 different kinds of vanilla and some of the blends seemed odd but other than that, the yogurt has always been good and I am happy with how clean it was. read more

This my favorite frozen yogurt place in town!!! service is great! yogurt is great! toppings are GREAT! and its super cheap, they always have an opportunity for a coupon. All you have to do every time you get your receipt go online and fill out the survey its only takes a few minutes. you can also sign up for the rewards program! i usually never go in there without a coupon so its always about $1 but if i dont have a coupon its more like $2-$3 which is still a really good price! its a great location so i dont have to fight the mall crowd and its right across from where i work. over all i love this place and i totally recommend it to everyone!! read more

Can't go wrong with frozen yogurt no matter what age you are. All the flavors here are very good that's why I always have a hard time picking flavors. I do pick 2 or 3 flavors and swirl it together, and top it off with my favorite toppings. Very nice place to enjoy great frozen yogurt by yourself or with the family. read more

I urge the ownership to take a look at their store and act now. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer. I've noticed in the last several months that your employees just don't care about the store. As previous reviews have stated, this store is just messy and dirty. The last straw for me was my visit yesterday. I arrived at 1pm. The store was empty. No employees to be found. My friend tried to dispense some yogurt, only to get liquid coming from the machine. He was finally able to get someone to help him. She tells him the machine was turned off for some reason. She then reverts to the back of the store, no where to be found again. I then noticed the toppings area was a mess. It appeared that no one had cleaned up from the night before. The counter was dirty. Toppings were empty. Sauce dispensers were broken. The employee finally comes back out and when questioned about the empty toppings, she makes excuses rather than offering to refill them. She claims that she's the only one there and just opened the store at noon. And to top it off, she says a very large group had just come in the store and that's why the toppings were empty. She claims that she's the new manager. Well, I can assure you she needs to learn how to clean up her store, and learn how to take care of her customers. No apologies, just excuses. read more

I walked to the registers ready to check out, and stood there for almost five minutes while Julissa and Brian were getting paid to chat and ignore customers. The line was getting held up so I put my yogurts on the scale and Julissa doesn't even acknowledge me. She snaps at me saying I can only put four yogurts at a time. Well I would know that if she would actually say something other than to flirt with her coworker. She didn't even say thank you. Nothing. Never coming here again. read more

I've visited a couple of times on very hot and humid days, and my yogurt didn't become runny and melty. The yogurt is rich and creamy, without a chemical or artificial flavor. They have delicious, healthy fresh fruit toppings and lots of other toppings as well such as moist brownie bites and lemon creme cookies. Tonight, my friend, his tiny sister, and I were face with an intensely emotionally shattering situation; the only moderately good yogurt place that we knew of in SCV was closed. At nine o o'clock. So as we walked away, comforting my friends tiny, weeping sister, who's heart had just experienced its first heartbreak, the kind of heartbreak that not even a boy can inflict, an idea hit us much like a literal truck. We decided to check if any other yogurt places were still open. And guess what?!? ONE PLACE WAS. It was called "Yogurtland" and, though we knew practically nothing about this enigmatic place, we decided that we would attempt ANYTHING in the hopes of piecing my friends tiny sisters heart back together. So we drove across town and were soon faced with the most beautifully majestic wonderland that we had ever seen. An open yogurt shop. At nine o clock. On a WEDNESDAY. Yeah, you heard me. We entered the store and it was as if we had just been granted entrance through the glorious gates of heaven. We were showered with sample cups, toppings, syrups, and flavors galore. We also had the amazing opportunity to have our yogurts weighed and charged by the single most amazing yogurt industry employee we have ever interacted with. And his name is Michael. Another disappointing visit to Yogurtland, Valencia. Received a buy one get one free coupon in the mail today. Off to get 2 Frozen Yogurts. Went to pay, scanned my Yogurtland Club Card and handed the young man my buy one, get one free card. He instantly told me he can't except the coupon because I scanned my club card. I asked him to read the coupon so he can show me where it says not to scan the club card. He told me that these are the rules from Corporate. I suggested he void the transaction and start over, he can't. By this time there is now a long line building. Why would a retailer mail out coupons and then not honor them. We used to go to the Burbank location when we lived there and we were excited to know YL is coming to Valencia. We were there today for the free Yogurt as part of customer appreciation day. There was a 15 minute line outside. The flavors are okay ..Not too bad or not too great. In the toppings they did not have mochi and that surprised me. The cheese bites were all soggy and crumpled so we did not pick that. Overall it was an good experience in general and I will try again. read more
