Yogurtland used to be my favorite place to take my grandson after school, but as of late I'm extremely disappointed. The service has not been the same, the machines are either out of your flavor or don't work. The last time they only served a runny liquid coming out, which sprayed over our clothes. The yogurt stations are not clean, with yogurt spilled all over, and the tables leave little to be desired. What happened? I came in Monday night 9/02, the place was filthy--yogurt all over the machines, several empty topping containers, toppings all over the counters, and caramel/ chocolate sauces dripping all over containers. I had to ask employees 3x to refill cheesecake and other toppings. Even though the store was empty, employee told me it would be a few minutes. Very troubling service from an employee named Trevor. No welcome, no thank you. When paying for our purchase he didn't ask if we wanted kids or a bag so I asked for a kid and bag. He threw the bag at me and didn't offer to put the purchase In that bag. Throwing the bag was uncalled for. Learn some customer service. Most yogurtland locations offer sample cups, this place just has it out. What if I was new to yogurtland I wouldn't know what those cups were. This place used to have good staff who seemed to like their job and keep the place operating well. Lately it's been a mess. Most nights 1/4-1/2 of the yogurts are not working, the staff is usually in the back and you need to yell to them to get rung up. read more

I have been going here for a while now. Sometimes we buy cups of the flavors we like, other times the kids just want a sample of the new flavors. Today 05/25/18 at 12:30pm we were met by the rudest individual I have ever met at the Valencia Ca location. Ca233. He accused me of trying 6 samples of the same flavor and never buying, in front of the kids he tried to be a bully and tell us our business was not wanted. I was extremely offended by his lack of concern, respect, and consideration for the presence of children. Samples are the basis of the business. If you dont want the customer to have a sample, then shut your store down because there are other locations (northridge) which are more decent and display way more customer service than this one. I do not recommend going to this location unless they do a major staff rotation or at least train their associates and leads on proper etiquette in front of families. read more

I have been to several Yogurtland locations before, but this was my first visit to this location. I brought my kids here for their annual free Yogurtland day. The line was long, as expected, but it moved fairly quickly. The employees had a great system going on. 1 employee at the door to great guests and hand out the cups. They explained the process and allowed just a small group of people inside at a time. Once a few people exited, then they allowed a few more people in. This was great because the store was never too crowded and it made the line move quickly. Once we had our cups and were inside, we were able to choose any flavors of frozen yogurt and fill our cups as full as we wanted. The cups were miniature size, but plenty of yogurt fit inside. I actually wish they offered this size cup all of the time because I though they were just perfect! Next we could choose from a small variety of toppings. They typically offer many more topping options, but since this was a free event, they only had a handful to choose from. Again, this was great because it kept the line moving quickly. There were 3 more employees inside. 1 to refill the toppings and wipe up any spills, one on the floor sweeping up the mess from dropped toppings, and another at the register handing out spoons. Upon exiting, we were handed a coupon for 3 free ounces on our next visit. We had a great experience and I was very impressed at how smoothly the event was going. My kids enjoyed they tasty treat and we will be back in the near future. read more

Can't go wrong with Yogurtland. Way better than Menchies in my opinion. The flavors here don't taste as "tart" or sweet compared to other places like Menchies. I've been coming here for about 4 years and have had no problems. Definitely my favorite frozen yogurt joint. read more

I was hoping that this new arrival was not yet another golden spoon in the regard that it's self serve and weighed before you know how much your treat will cost. The product is top notch and delicious flavors, HOWEVER there is only one size container which looks like it holds a quart. I tried it with my young grandson and was judicious about how much yogurt i dispensed, STILL each cup was nearly $4.00 and trust me it only covered the bottom of the container so one could only imagine the cost if you filled it up like the picture on the postcard I received would be. I would return if they offered a variety of size cups instead of just one huge one. We've been in here a million times but tonight Melissa made our night! This Menchies is just par for the course.. Good yogurt, fun place and a local frozen yogurt place we like. But tonight.. They are letting us guess our frozen yogurt weight and my son and I guessed. Well, I guessed mine, wrong .. Then my son guessed his and I (bad mom) said, no! That's, like 3 ounces heavier than that! And I guessed for him.. Then my little guy turned out to be right and our nice Melissa gave us my sons yogurt anyway.. She heard him and guess and it was a good laugh. I do like that it's open later than other places but this location has bad customer service. The employees seem to always be in the back. The frozen yogurt melts easily because it's already melted while It's dispensing. Flavors are not the best but they do have a couple okay ones. read more

My happy place! We treat ourselves at least once a week to what I like to call FAT FREE and GUILT FREE yogurt creations. Yeah, yeah whatever works right! The toppings bar is always fully stocked and ALWAYS clean with many toppings to choose from. You have a variety of yummy yogurt flavors to select. My only disappointments are 1.no HOT fudge 2. you have to ask for sample cups which they only give you two per person :-( . read more

You can never go wrong with yogurtland, their original tart yogurt is so addicting~ love love love!!!
