I am very disappointed with this location's management!! My pregnant wife and I went to Yogurtland at this location to enjoy two 16oz cups with two Free 10oz coupons provided by a friend who works at Yogurtland Head Qtrs for Christmas. The coupon had no expiration date and clearly states that it's "accepted at all Yogurtland locations." Expecting to pay the difference of the coupons, the cashier informed me she had to contact her manager to see if they can use these coupons. After making the phone call, the cashier informed me that her manager will not accept/honor the coupons even though it states that it's accepted at all locations. The manager only gave us a $1 discount!!! I will report this to their head qtrs because this private franchise is reluctant to follow the company's policies. I was the only one there and there were only a handful of flavor options to choose from- which is not uncommon. The last two were real ice cream and the rest to the left are yogurt or sherbet. The chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream are awesome. I am also excited that they have chili mango now which is what brought me inside to begin with. Fast service. Clean tables. I bought the cup where a dollar is donated to yogurtland charities but when I asked the young lady what charities the company supported she said she didn't know. I them noticed that there was a sign up right next to her listing the charities. As I left three adults came in with a couple kids each. The place got crowded quickly. This place used to be my Go to spot for yogurt. I go there at least once in a week. However they have "Horrible service." They had a $5 for inlimited today. The owner lady who seemed to be chinese was so rude. After getting my yogurt she start giving me a look, and talking to her employee about me getting an unlimited yogurt don't talk bad words in front of the customers in your language. Just because I don't understand what she is saying, she thought it is okay to give me that look and talk to another employee in chinese. I can feel it from your tone of the voice. If you don't want people to have unlimited yogurt, just don't do any promotion. What is the point of having a promotion and having a issue with a regular customer? Very disappointed. read more

The staff here is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. There is always an extravagant assortment of flavors and toppings. You can also find syrups by the checkout. I'm like to get crazy flavors and combinations, and I'm not sure that I could ever come here enough times to run out of variations. They keep the establishment very clean somehow. I say somehow because I can never seem to keep the toppings area near no matter how hard I try. I feel bad. But they do a great job. Def recommend coming here! A++ read more
