All in all, if you're adventurous, and you're tired of the same old American-Chinese I would give this place a run and I would actually avoid those items on the menu should you dine here.

After I finished all of the delicious beef and veggies, I went for the noodles. I never really new what "bouncy" meant when describing noodles until today. They were truly bouncy in with every bite, silky smooth, tender but with a little bit of bite to them. She loved it. The rest of us got Teriyaki. They offer it in a bowl or plate. We asked what the difference was and she said it was the same thing, just either served in a bowl or on a plate LOL. Okay, we like choices. Veggie Teriyaki bowl for one guy and Beef Teriyaki plate for the other. Chicken plate for me. Our Teriyakis came with a choice of salad or soup. We all got the salad with ginger dressing. Very fresh greens with a mayo-based spicy ginger dressing. Very good! The teriyaki dishes were not super sweet like teriyaki can be, which was nice as it didn't feel like eating pure sugar. I wasn't a fan of the two dumplings that came with mine, as they tasted greasy. I had a lot leftover, but the other three had no problems polishing theirs off. Do note that the chicken was dark meat, which I prefer anyway, but I know a lot of folks prefer white meat. If I were to go back, I would definitely try a noodle dish after seeing that beautiful udon dish.

We just got 4 small skewers (have to be small to fit in an 8 inch takeout container) of chicken satay for $11. Four dumplings were $8. Red curry is supposed to include your choice of chicken, pork or tofu - we chose chicken and they charged an extra $1 for chicken and $3 for a tiny box of brown rice, so one small container with barely any chicken was $22! Same story for a second dish - extra charges made that one $22 as well. The food has gone downhill and the prices have gone way up, so we won't be back.
