Not only do they use syrups, but they also use unique toppers and milk options!!!! One of my favorite drinks is the banana latte which uses banana milk and is topped with dried bananas. It is unreal and doesn't compare to any coffee I have had anywhere! I came here to try their cherry latte to add a little pink to my February and was a happy camper! Their drinks burst with flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet. I appreciate how well crafted they are!! This location isn't one I would visit if you're looking to sit and enjoy your coffee. It's on the smaller side and only has two very tiny tables out front, however , the coffee and snacks are just as delicious as the one on the Ave! The staff members are also incredibly friendly and made this an overall excellent experience. If you're looking for an excellent, unique coffee paired with a fresh bakery item run to The Seed!!!!!

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

I recently visited Yolk Diner in Boynton, and I couldn't be happier to see it back in action after the Boca location closed down. The menu remains largely the same, which is a relief for those of us who loved the original offerings. The staff has returned as well, and they are just as friendly and efficient as I remember. The diner itself is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it's simply delicious! Every dish I've tried has been satisfying and flavorful, making it hard to choose a favorite. I found the ambience cold warehouse like. Staff appeared to be on top of each other running around with like chickens without a head. The food came out mediocre warm very greasy food very heavy food not your typical American breakfast. If you like heavy southern food, this may be a better option for you I found the price is extremely high for what you get. One example is a cup of coffee for $4.75I had two scrambled eggs with a little cheese on it. It came with one pancake and a side of grips and the bill was close to $19. YolkDiner They have finally opened and I was eager for their Grand Opening, but Im glad I went to wawa to pump gas and I glanced over to Yolk and they were open........yay!!!! I never do reviews but I felt the need to do it since I had the best experience at Yolk! I was assigned the best waitress Francis! she was very efficient and made my meal even more delightful everything was impeccable I was in and out! I had work and I arrived on time! But since I had to scoop out the veggies to make it edible it was a good thing the cheese didn't melt. The grits were inferno hot. I burned the roof of my mouth. So I put a spoonful of the grits on top of the cheese to help melt it and wrapped it back up. So breakfast was a grits and cheese omelet. The rye toast was good. Typical rye nothing fancy or home made My husbands breakfast ; He loves hot sauce - so I steal a bite of his gravy before he slathers the hot sauce on. It had a bit of an odd flavor. I thought maybe smoke flavor , my husband says he did not think it was pork in the gravy. The biscuit was dense, hard and dry. The hashbrowns were plentiful, but lacks any flavor. They didn't use any onions or anything else and the potatoes when they cook some. Nothing a little salt and ketchup can't help. We got a side order of ham to split and that was delicious We did inquire about if they just did eggs as a side order. Three eggs would be $4.94 and the side of ham I think was $3.95 so if you didn't want the potatoes and toast and you just wanted to do some eggs and bacon or eggs and ham, it would be a very cost-effective option and probably the only option we would use if we went back.

He goes in there. They said oh our phone is on my husband's turned. He dials the number calls it and the phone is turned off. They don't turn the ringer on again attitude. My parents have lived here for over 30 years. They've always gone to cup and saucer we've always gone there , we have friends and family members that they have treated poorly over complaining about how there's food was cooked. They lost very good business and I will see to it that I write a review on every platform to let everyone know exactly how they treat people and encourage them not to go there at all. So once I placed my order I was going to go to work to pick it back up and I didn't see that she put the creamer in front of me so I was going to ask a question about it and she immediately gets rude and says i don't have time to fix your coffee. Nobody was asking for help i was asking a question. She's very rude and I work in customer service so I understand frustration however she should learn to balance her emotions especially if she plans on adding extra tips automatically while providing rude service

The inside is cutely decorated and there are 5 booths along one wall and about 8 tables of different sizes. A low wall seperates the restaurant into two rooms and in the other room is a counter with seating, the open cooking area and a few more tables. My server was very friendly and my order was brought fresh and hot. My softly scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked (unusually lucky for me), since most restaurants never seem to understand what soft scrambled eggs should look like. The pancakes were large and fluffy. I was very happy with my experience here and think it's a great spot for a reasonably priced and tasty breakfast.

The vegetables sandwich that I ordered had so much oil but fortunately the bread soaked up some of it, so I just discarded the bread. My wife's salad with fish was very good. Also, the fruit served with my sandwich? Just perfectly ripe and enjoyable. One of the things that cracked me up here, being a laid back Texas boy, was over hearing all the incessant, noisy, nasal New York Jewish ladies whining, commiserating and ruminating with each other at the other tables. That was entertaining. I had thought about asking about the homemade desserts but the staff was slammed I guess cause no one came around to check on how things were going and if we needed anything else. Just as well. Ample indoor and outdoor seating is available.

In hindsight, I assume they simply couldn't see us. We were in camo, after all. Eventually, employees started peeking around the corner at us like they'd spotted a rare species in its unnatural habitat. Once Summer lost the rock-paper-scissors contest on who had to serve us, she was great and the food was actually fantastic. And honestly, having every employee come out to deliver part of our food was a nice touch. Nothing says "welcome" quite like the entire staff taking turns coming to see the camo people in the segregated room. 10/10 food. 10/10 Summer. Questionable habitat management. Wellington may be used to people on horseback, but apparently six people in camo was a little too outdoorsy.

Enjoying a sunny day with our best friends from med school and residency who left the winters of PA behind to live in Florida. Celebrating life, family and friendship. Ordered a Mediterranean Skillet with skillet potatoes and a sunny side up egg. (You know I already looked at the quite extensive menu the night before.) My hubby ordered the same to match me. Our friends got a My Big Fat Greek Omelet and a Heathy Omelet with onions added. The skillet potatoes are more like a scalloped potato casserole. Milk, cream, cream cheese, scallions and shredded potatoes. So rich and creamy. The Mediterranean Skillet adds grilled red onions, mushrooms, peppers, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of goat cheese. Topped with two eggs, it is decadently delicious. Bread options included scones, toast or biscuits. Our table tried all of them. My scone was so delicious. I only ate half because my skillet was so delicious and so filling. My friend loved her biscuit and my hubby loved his scone. Sophia was great. She kept checking on us with a warm smile and refills of coffee. Lots of parking on a Sunday morning. A great breakfast for four. Very reasonable prices for fresh skillets and omelets. Hopefully we will be back on another visit to the Sunshine State.
