Four of us went to Yolkizz for the first time for a late morning breakfast last Saturday. We were met by a young lady and asked to be seated in a booth. While there were several open and clean she wanted to seat us at one particular booth that was dirty. We asked for another booth and were very reluctantly seated there. She was not happy with that! Her behavior bordered on outright rudeness. Nonetheless we remained. Next, we waited a very long time, perhaps 15 minutes to be waited on. The waiter was overwhelmed but courteous and tried to serve everyone but this created a longer than desired wait. Now the food. I ordered a chorizo omelet with hashbrowns and sourdough toast. The omelet was good, the rest adequate. My other diners were less satisfied. Overall, the experience was a disappointment. Not the worst breakfast but there are many better choices. read more

No wait close to noon on Sunday and the food came out quickly and was good. My husband got the large platter with a little bit of everything and I had biscuits and gravy with bacon, eggs, and hash browns. We also got the pecan cinnamon rolls, yum! Service was great, we will go back. read more

Food was great, customer service was OUTSTANDING! I ate my food so quickly that I forgot to take a pic of it. But I had a Belgian waffle with crisp bacon that didn't raise my blood pressure. Service was slow, waited over 30 min before they took our order , started w one waitress and then out of no where ended up with another , no heads up from original one, who was still working cause she was serving tables on either side of us. Breakfast wasn't anything special , ended up asking for a to go box , waited 30 more min for that and never saw our waitress again so ended up just leaving. Maybe they were short handed, but we were not impressed. As much as they put their name out on Facebook , they maybe should make sure they can handle the business read more

Had breakfast here this morning and it was excellent. All ingredients were quality and fresh. The coffee was great and served in nice big mugs. They have a "Not So Hungry" section on the menu which was perfect. You can get a 2-egg cheese omelette for $4. The whole menu is reasonably priced. The owner, Shandy, is super nice and hands-on. This is our new favorite breakfast place! We can't wait to come back & try the lunch menu! read more

Maybe they were having an off day but I was not impressed. I live 30 minutes away and decided to order online so I could use the curbside pickup service. Spinach and mushroom omelet did not specify that it had bell peppers (which I can't eat) so imagine my disappointment when I cut the omelet open and it was full of bell peppers. I also did not get the cinnamon roll I ordered. Breakfast potatoes were also not good (almost burned tasting). Only my mom's lite breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese and two sausage links and my English muffin were any good. I'll give them one more chance later on in the year but overall I saw nothing to warrant the high ratings. read more

I frequented this place under the name of Eggington's. They still have the same yummy sage gravy and biscuits as well as many other delicious new items on the menu. We had a party of eight and everyone loved their food. Immediate seating and great service too. read more

Had the A.M. Big Breakfast which is eggs, choice of meat, biscuit and pancakes with your choice of a side and it was incredible. This is an awesome place for Breakfast! It took over the location that was previously Eggingtons, then something else for a short period of time. The food was so much better than Eggington's and the prices were reasonable! You owe it to yourself to give it a try. I will be going back later this week for sure! read more

They have the best pork verde sauce! I can't get enough of it. My favorite is the breakfast tamales. I love the breakfast enchiladas as well, but it's a different sauce. Although it's good, it's not the pork verde. Then there's the cheesy hash browns - yum. read more
