We were visiting CAR DOCTORS OF LOMA LINDA where we left our car for service and BTW they are amazing also. Came here for lunch and splurged. We both had double chicken plates no veggies. I decided to try this place while I wait at the vet. Staff was friendly even during this crazy ass lock down but my good was gross. The only thing that was edible was the "orange chicken" but the fried rice was disgusting , they drenched the food in sauce like I love sauce but this was just a stupid amount. I should have known better since my wait was remarkably quick. I am a long time fan of the original beef bowl and have eaten them for almost 40 years! This was the poorest quality. It was very evident that it was not freshly cooked. The meat was old and there were almost no onions which are also a crucial part of the beef original. Very sad. Very bad. read more

I went in and ordered and the lady was quick to take everything I wanted down. There were some waiting but not many people eating there. The rice was hot and not sticky. First and foremost, I grew up on Yoshinoya. My rating may or may not be a little biased because I love this stuff, but honestly it's soo darn yummy! Visited this location on the way back home from Big Bear. The service is great, friendly workers and my food came quick (& I mean right after I was finished paying and hopped out of line my order was ready!) I always get sad because Yoshinoya discontinued their delicious sesame wings, but the Asian BBQ wings are still pretty bomb. If you've never tried yoshinoya I would suggest trying what they're known for, the beef bowl/plate. I ordered a large beef plate because I knew I would want more later lol. The beef is nothing crazy, it's pretty much thin slices of brisket cooked with soy sauce and onions! They are not stingy with their meat. Make sure you grab lots of ginger as well. Unprofessional employees cussing and arguing loudly while customers are eating. One customer happening to be our 5 year old daughter. The employees were going back-and-forth for no reason calling each other names etc. Then we try to go use the bathroom and the bathroom smells horrible and is disgusting so we go back to try get keys to the other bathroom when I asked for the key the employee states the other bath should be open I let her know that the bathroom is disgusting and she reluctantly gives me the key and rolls her eyes Now my 5 year old is the one hat needs to use the bathroom, I have attached a picture of the bathroom why would I want my 5 year old to use this bathroom. Customer service sucks here. I live close and have given it more than enough chances. Place is always dirty, hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. They start putting up table and chairs an hour even a couple hours before close every night so no one feels welcome to dine in. I had a horrible experience with a messed up online order. Joe, the manager I believe, made me believe in customer service again. I was livid because my delivery order was wrong, and they couldn't deliver the missing items or refund me. He was calm the entire time and offered for me to pick it up. I said, that's the whole reason why I ordered delivery, to NOT have to pick it up. This Covid time and having cancer makes this day and age scary for me. As long as you don't expect this to be an authentic Japanese culinary experience, (Gyudon is the lowest quality of beef in Japan, but just below USDA Prime here in the US), you will find some tasty menu items here. The gyoza is great and the gyudon is actually very tasty if you don't mind all the fat. I recommend going easy on the sauce, otherwise they drown the food in it. The salmon, however, was always dry and overcooked. Overall a good goto is you want something simple and fast. read more

Pulled in the parking lot in my wife's car (she has a nice German car) and I saw the homeless people in the parking lot. My wife and I pick up dinner here once a week, or so. On our last visit, an error was made on our order. I didn't discover the mistake until we got home, and it was too late to return. I visited the store the next day (with what was left of the order), and was unable to resolve the issue with the rank-and-file employee on duty. She was very polite, but apparently did not understand the protocol associated with addressing issues of customer satisfaction. I called the store on Monday, when the manager (JoJo) was present. He had heard about the issue from the employee, and was ready to discuss it with me when I called. He was more than courteous, and offered to replace the incorrect order, as well as provide some additional food (despite my telling him that was not necessary). I was very pleased to learn that the manager was concerned with my satisfaction, and that he regretted the fact that I was not able to resolve the issue sooner. JoJo was very apologetic, and was committed to making sure that we were happy. Beyond this incident, we have always had good experiences at this restaurant. The food is good, prepared fresh, and priced right. The service is typically very timely, and the staff is always nice. When this store first opened few years ago, the food was excellent. We went a couple of times again and no complain. On Oct. 11, 2017 I ordered a Chicken bowl and 4 pcs. BBQ chicken wings which is very pricey for tiny pieces at $4.19 plus tax. You are better off buying the chicken wings of KFC better value for your money. Likewise, when I arrived home, the chicken bowl does not taste as it used to be. So my advise, pls don't go to Yoshinoya Redlands as their food sucks. read more
