I had a fairly annoying request when I reached out to Ovation AV; I had an existing TV that I wanted removed, have that TV placed into the box for the NEW TV, move the mount position on the new TV so it hangs lower, and hang up the new TV on the existing mount. They were able to come out within 2 days of me making the request for quotes on Yelp. Matt and Joe were both super friendly when they came in, offered to wear the booties that keep the house clean (which I declined), and got right to work. The entire process took a little over an hour. The old TV didn't quite fit in the styrofoam from the new TV's box, so the two of them spent some time cutting it down to size! On top of that, they ensured they vacuumed up the little pieces that inevitably get created when you touch styrofoam. On top of all that work, they came in at a super reasonable price for two people doing over an hour of work.

I just had my ADT System installed by Gilbert, and was notified that he was on his way by text 30 minutes prior to this arrival. Gilbert arrived right at the beginning of my installation window and was incredibly kind and courteous during the installation. With my installation, I received two smart devices (door lock and doorbell camera) and four door sensors along with my control panel at no additional cost to me. I been trying to stay positive with this company as it's been over 8 months they did my install …read more I still owe them some money and have spoken with Jerry several times about my need of them to organize the pictures on my monitor and clean up the spegetti factory of wiring they left at 2 of the 3 homes they wired and the several times they had to come back for the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing over there. I received a call from their office manager about 2 months ago for the final payment and told her my problem, she advised jerry and jerry called me and i sent him photos of how my screen needed to show pictures for they had no organization to the lay out. He said he called steve and steve called me and I called him back n still awaiting his call months later. the office manager left me a message thursday saying if they didn't get paid they would turn me into collections and turn my cameras off. today is saturday and they cut my service but don't realize they opened their self up to major liability.... While I appreciated his input during the design phase and his work ethics, the mess on a couple of camera installs has left a completely bad taste. When the pre-wiring was done for the security camera, I don't know why the pre-wire had to be right next to the light. Jacob apparently thought that it was going be a sconce - but communication is important. Don't assume - if not sure, ask. So his pre-wiring would be fine if it was a sconce but definitely not OK for the flood light. Even after that happened, I knew that there is no way the camera would fit. And I told him that it would be OK to have the wire come down and then mount the camera below the light. I was really surprised when he told me that he was able to fit the camera and the light. When I checked later, I was shocked at what was done. Not only the floodlight jammed into the camera doesn't look nice, it also cuts off all the light to that side of the house. When I mentioned this issue, he offered to fix it but at this point I don't know how one fixes this since there are additional holes drilled into the siding and the rock that would be visible to make the thing even worst. I certainly did not expect this level of goof up when you pay a professional to do a job. One other thing to add is that when the pre-wiring was done, he kept talking about using toning to figure out the location. Fortunately, I had taken pictures to help with that - otherwise I think he would be spending a lot more time to figure out the speaker locations. This was my time getting a home built - so I did not know what to expect but I would that a professional would know to take some good pictures/measurements so that the finish phase is easier.
