I used to Love this cleaners when they were tucked away in the back of Foothill Square. They are very detail oriented. However, they have become inflexible in my honest opinion. I have invested thousands of $ in their business. However when I brought my coat to be fixed. I had to run back and forth 3 times to get my zipper fixed, to be told that they could not fix it! Total waste of my gas $. My TIME is $$$. They fixed a portion of the zipper that I explained was not broken. They refunded me the $. I had been coming here for years. Even before they remodel the entire location. I often drop off my work clothes here with no problem. Every other week. Large cleaning bill. After being a loyal customer, i noticed 2 of my favorite work sweaters were missing. I mentioned it to David (owner son) and he asked me to look for them at home. I did, but never located either one. Continued to bring in my dry cleaning to see if they were going to be recovered. No mention of my sweaters. No offer to knock off a few $$$ on my order. What a joke. No apology no nothing. Sometimes its not a good ideal to be loyal to a business when they are not loyal to their customers. Lesson learned. read more

I came back! This time, I had to dryclean some of those giant promo tablecloths for work. I needed it back fast because we had another event for work and David assured me that they will have it ready for me in time. And from my prior experiences, I know that when they say it will be ready that it will be. They have excellent prices for dry cleaning and alterations! After being told by other places that my dress would be really expensive to hem because it's three layers, I took to Young's and they were able to do a fitting same day, and I picked it up 5 days later cleaned and altered and it only cost me $60. Not only are they concerned about your clothes but they are extremely personable. Above all they are honest: if there is a piece of clothing that they think is beyond repair, they let you know upfront instead of cleaning it knowing it's not fixable and then sticking you with the bill. Also, I am always pleased with the quality of their work: they are very meticulous and my clothes are always perfectly pressed, and most importantly their prices are extremely reasonable. After a local moving company messed up a ton of my clothes, they pressed them in record speed and got them back in great condition. Though the moving company suggested folding the clothes and putting them back into boxes, which would have re-wrinkled them, David's dad insisted they hang them in wardrobe boxes to keep them wrinkle-free. I just flew in from LA, my friend is having a wedding tomorrow so I was stressed out trying to find a place to get my bridesmaid dress pressed!
