If I could give zero stars this would be the business. Let me start by saying that this place is unprofessional, not helpful and I'm sure they don't have qualified people handling your garments. I took in a dress that I wore for my honeymoon, it was brand new. They were taking a long time to tell me it was ready for pick up. So I go in person and the lady tells me the color bleed through and stained other colors. She told me they were trying to fix it. She said it might be a manufacturing mistake. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I messaged the small boutique from where I got the dress. I got a call from the owner and she said absolutely not, after selling thousands of this one dress. Not one person had this problem. She said if they could replace the dress, they would but they no longer make it. So I went back to the dry cleaners and expressed my concerns. Why did they take dress in if they knew they couldn't get the job done? She told me it's not their fault, that it happens because of manufacturing. Which is lies. She then proceeds to show me other customers garments and said see, they also had the same problem. This tells me they constantly ruin other peoples clothing and then offer no solutions. She told me to pick up the dress the next day. So I went in. It was ruined. My honeymoon dress was ruined. She did not even offer an apology. I asked her what happens now? do I get reimbursed for what I paid for this dress? She sad the best we can do is not charge you for this dry cleaning. OBVIOUSLY. Now, I know this is just a dress but it's not the first time I had experience an issue. My wedding cocktail dress, they decided to put pin holes through silk. Holes in my dress. They offered to steam it out. If you are still reading. I don't think they can improve. I don't know what dry cleaning practices they are following but given their repeated failures. I don't think they should be in the business at all. They had an opportunity to keep me as a client but failed on the fact that they did not care. Unorganized and unprofessional service. I found them online and downloaded the app since they were close by. Placed a dry cleaning order on Thursday for pick up the same day. They were 2-hours late for pickup and provided no update until I called for the status. Then, they called me later that day to inform me they wouldn't be able to deliver my order until Monday. On Monday at 6:40 pm (which you can see in the screenshot) my clothes still weren't delivered nor has anyone bothered to contact me regarding the delay. I called again this morning and was finally able to get my clothes delivered. They did do a good job but due to the unprofessionalism, I won't be using this company again. read more

This company repeatedly fails to adhere to scheduled timelines. It's very convenient however I can never get my items back as scheduled, or even when promised. I was scheduled to get my comforter on Monday and it is now Friday and nothing. When I called Monday a lady told me they forgot and I would have to have it delivered Tuesday. It's now Friday and I spoke with someone 3 times today, when they "found" my comforter they said it was on its way to be delivered back downtown and it would be delivered to me as soon as they got it. STILL NO COMFORTER. This business lacks organization and has poor communication. Not only did they never reach out with an update when the item was initially delayed, they didn't call back when they said they would and they didn't deliver my comforter. Had a pick up for 13 items total on September 22nd. Driver was extremely unprofessional and that should've been my sign to not trust this dry cleaner already, however, I decided to continue since my building manager recommended this business. One of my white shirts came back with pink discoloration on the pockets and sleeves. The owner is not taking responsibility stating that it's due to the double faced pockets. I've had this specific shirt dry cleaned multiple times at other dry cleaners and never had any issues. I just wanted to thank Charles the owner for being a stand up guy and business owner! The first couple of times I use this company I encountered quite a few problems unfortunately. Charles reached out personally to see what he could do to fix the issue he credited my account and then I finally decided to use them again I went over the allotted amount just because I needed stuff cleaned anyways and I figured I would just pay the balance but he ended up covering the whole bill which was super nice of him and he did not have to do that! Cloths are consistently clean, pressed, and ready within 2 days all the time. They text me when they receive my clothes, when they charge my card and finally when my order is ready for pick up. Above and beyond. Charles and his business deserve 10 stars, if it were possible. There was a tiny scheduling error with my order and not only was Charles on top of the issue immediately, he resolved it by delivering my order to my home so that I can have some of the items in my order for a weekend trip. So, thanks to Charles's generous gesture, I do not have to scramble to find/borrow/buy something I can wear to a professional event. Aside from the amazing customer service and reliability, everything in my order was prepared perfectly. That's a hard standard to meet. From perfect creases in my suit slacks and dresses hung properly, to not having the shininess from pressing on suits and treating silks delicately. Additionally, my clothes do not have that funny dry cleaning smell. You know what I mean. We've all had to deal with the funky mix of chemicals and body odor permeating our clothes after they come back dry "cleaned" at most cleaners these days. NOT Charles's company. Was not aware they could pick up my bag of dry cleaning in my apartment complex leasing office. No one showed up during the scheduled slot. I called, emailed, and posted on Yelp to inquire. Charles called back immediately to discuss my pain points, and we scheduled a time later in the day for pick up. Found out there's a dollar extra charge per piece for next-day delivery, they give you a laundry bag with your nametag for future service, the leasing office drop-off and pick-up option, and the time slots selected on the website aren't set in stone. So don't panic if they miss your time window. Charles delivered my clothes the next day. Once the lines of communication were opened, service was impeccable. read more

The dry cleaning quality is good. However, a few times, my items have been returned late without notice, apology or any remedy. Case in point: I called on a Tuesday to have my dry cleaning picked up and was told it would be picked up on Wednesday and would be returned on Friday. I said that's fine because I have an important meeting on the following Monday and Friday works. I checked Sunday at my apartment's office and my items hadn't been dropped off. When I called, I was told that they had initially agreed to drop it off on Monday. This is clearly ***not true.*** While they did agree to have my clothes back by early Monday morning before I headed to work, this caused a lot of inconvenience. And this isn't the first time it has happened. I wish the company would keep it's word and customer's needs in mind. read more

I needed some last min dry cleaning for my suit that I had to wear out of town for a wedding. Even though this wasn't possible with the standard cleaning time, the owner Charles personally saw to it that I would not be left without a suit before I had to fly out. After being promised an earlier delivery time it was actually 2 hours late, which might not sound like much but if you're sitting in a hotel lobby staring at the ceiling while your friends are at the pub it's FOREVER. Most efficient dry cleaners ever. I've been coming here for two years. With their tagged bags they give you and a credit card on file, drop off is 5 seconds. Pick up is less than one minute, unless there is someone in front of you which is rare. A bit pricey but hey time is money. Staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Most importantly - they have not lost or ruined any of my clothes! And they can do much more than just clean your clothes, including tailoring and sanitizing. 3 others I've used in DTLA have lost and ruined my clothes. I'll never go anywhere else. Let me tell you a story about the first time I went there. I was struggling getting a big load of clothes into my car when this random dude out of nowhere rushes over to give me a hand. I was thankful but I was also at first thinking "uh oh maybe he wants something, like a tip?" After we struck up a great conversation I knew he there to help only. He ends the conversation with "thanks for your business", so I say "wait you're with the cleaners haha?" He nods yes and jogs back the shop. Overall just not reliable. Clothes are never delivered on time, tees end up with peaks in the shoulders because they're put on wire hangers instead of folded, and a few pieces have been returned in pretty bad shape. I ended up moving to a different service after replacing a few items. read more

I was in from out of town and had some urgent dry cleaning to be done and they came out right away to pick up my stuff, even though I was outside their coverage area and then delivered it back to me at 10pm that night.
