Went to this location for lunch. Worst decision I made for the day. They brought out burnt pizza and served it to us. The crust was black,it was just plain overcooked. My girlfriend and I decided to try this location because it is right around the corner from us. We have previously tried the Roswell location and loved it. We placed the order for pickup and the lady that took the order did not take our name and/or number. So when we get there they do not know which order is ours of coarse...they were having another issue with someone else. We also ordered Cheese Sticks (other locations have them) and the lady took the order without saying anything. The guy (guessing owner/manager) said that they do not have Cheese Sticks and that they just got the recipe the day before and nobody knows how to make them. We said that was fine, but the guy kept insisting in a rude way that he will make them. Ended up having to tell him 4 times not to make them. Took 10+ minutes to get the food and go (it was already ready, nobody in line) because of the guy arguing about the Cheese Stick asking how did we even know they had Cheese Sticks. We should of just left the pizza, but took it anyway. The Meatball Panini is the absolute worst tasting excuse for a meatball sandwich ever...it even had a chemical taste to it. Plus it is not a Panini period. The pizza had no flavor and the crust was very soggy. So we ended up throwing it all in the trash and going somewhere else. We were looking for something a little different in the neighborhood and decided to give Your Pie a try based on Yelp reviews. Overall, a good experience. You order at a counter, and they make your pizza/salad there. The pizzas go into the oven, and the salad gets put into a bowl and chopped. I love that you can get as many toppings as you like, all for one flat price. There are plenty of choices, and you can even go vegan and/or gluten free if you like. The employees were very friendly and upbeat, and everything seemed clean and well maintained. The food was prepared in good time, and everything tasted very good. I had a salad and my husband and mother in law both had pizzas. We all had gelato afterwards. Everyone was very pleased with their food. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because while we were finishing up, an employee came by and emptied the trash. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but the trash smelled so bad we literally had to get up and leave. We were already done eating, so this was a minimal incovenience, but that trash smelled so bad, we all questioned what was in it and how long it had been there. This won't stop us from giving it another try though. read more

My wife's pizza was cold and my pizza was not crispy at all. The pizza cook just stuck the pies in there until cheese started to melt. Staff needs training. The topper was the person running the pizza out to the tables had very bad body odor. My wife gagged every time he walked by. Its a great idea but if you can't cook pizza right...? read more

They just opened this location on November 21. I had lunch there and tried one of the panini sandwich. Yesterday, tried their pizzas as a take out order. Three different type - all were excellent. You can customize your pie the way you want it. read more

My favorite lunch spot! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, they are always welcoming. I like that me and my boyfriend can come here and get exactly what we like. I love veggie pizzas and he likes just a pepperoni with extra cheese and we can get just that! I love the salads also especially the Greek. Agree with what others said but after main entre' I left HUNGRY. Which is not OK in my book. So basically you order $8 pizza per person. And still it is not large enough to FILL you. Maybe we got used to eating super size portions? Had to eat after coming back home :-( read more

Nice place for a good looking pizza. Unfortunately, being gluten free, the gf crust was my only option. Yuk. Didn't finish it. They definitely need to find a better brand of gf crust. Mine came out cold too, and had to wait quite a while for them to warm it up. Everyone at my table was done by the time I got my pizza. Disappointing for the gf crowd. Hopefully they will find a new crust for us, cause the regular pizza looks and smells amazing. read more

If you are not interested in customer service then I guess this place is OK. The pizza was actually very good, but I will not go back to a place that pays you zero attention from the moment we walked in the door, asked how to order, almost had to beg to order a beer after sitting for 10 minutes and the "person in charge" could care less when we tried to talk to her. You can get a decent pizza in a lot of places - and there are places that actually appreciate your business. We will never go back. read more

I have NEVER been to a place with such poor customer service. We waited about 10 minutes with only guy and one family in front of us, just to order. The person taking the order was walking as if she was taking a stroll in the park. She disappeared without saying a word and the guy making the pizza dough picked up where she left off. Ordering the pizza was no big deal. Then we told him which salads we wanted. He started working on the salads but the cashier needed help so he went to help her. After he finished with her, he disappeared and our unfinished salads just sat there. When we go to the cashier, I noticed she was the only one trying to move at a descent speed and I thanked her for it. She seemed to be doing everyone else's job. When she asked us what we'd gotten, we pointed to our salads sitting there and although we tried to explain what we got, the girl strolling back and forth from taking orders and dealing with the brick oven explained what I ordered. So she had to go back finish our salads and cut our pizza, which by the way, was already ready from all our wait time. Oh yeah, I forgot...we people in line, someone from the back, I imagine the manager, came up and put her own personal pizza in the oven, waited, got it back and went back to her office. The food was okay but definitely not worth the hassle. BTW, the people behind us were amazed to at the poor service. Great Valentine's Day dinner this was. I will NEVER go back. read more
