Yucca Auto Body did an amazing job on my insurance claim! I would highly recommend them. From the moment of the accident they sent their towtruck over to pick up my car and by the next day started tearing it down to get an insurance quote. It had suspension damage, engine damage, steering damage and of course a lot of cosmetic stuff and they handled it all in house. They kept my daughters car for 2 months. Rude and unhelpful when we tried calling to inquire about progress. Got the car back eventually with less gas than before and still not fixed. Air conditioner broken which was not an original issue and stoppers missing from several tires. I honestly did not know customers could be handled so poorly. We will only look to close friends and family to do auto repairs thanks to the treatment we received at the hands of this establishment. read more

Awful customer service!! Ann shouldn't be able to greet customers. Went into there store about 2pm today. I requested an estimate on my vehicle body damage and she said with a snobbish tone we only do it by appointment only! I replied okay and she wrote down the time in the empty appointment book. I also told her I called a week and half ago and nobody returned my call. She started yelling at me for no reason, (we always return calls). I continue tell her I was getting estimates for the repair and wasn't sure who I was going to use to do the repair. She got upset and erased my name from the planner and told me to go somewhere else for a estimate, because they only give estimates if they are going to do the repair. She also said that we aren't the cheapest place. As she continue yelling at that snobbish voice. Before I exit the store, I.said to her you know women like you are know as, while the word, starts with a B. Bitch! Her husband came out to my vehicle and I told him you shouldn't treat your customer like this, because I was putting this on social Media! read more

Stopped in to get a quote and see how long it would take to have some minor work done on my vehicle ... Jenny is a "wonderful" human being ... Friendly, accommodating, no nonsense and most importantly didn't try to get me to do anything other than what I came in for (unlike some autobodies). She's been at this awhile, so understands the auto industry! I had nothing short of a great experience and the work completed in a timely fashion (quicker then anticipated). Needed my passenger side window regulator replaced. I bought my own part, called for an estimate and they saw me the next day. Quick fix. After I returned home I noticed the little plastic screw cover was missing from my door. I returned to the shop the next day and told them it was missing. 3 seconds later the mechanic came out and popped the cover back into its spot in my door. Apparently it had fallen on the floor and they forgot about it (it's a super small part & easily missed). Overall super stoked with my experience here. read more

I could not have been happier with their service. My engine under body was falling down and the man tacked it up on two separate cars, gratis. The second time, I decided to order the parts and have them fix it correctly. Jenny was nice and efficient and everyone was very pleasant. We have the highest regard for Yucca Auto Body's work quality and respect for their honesty and integrity. Our vehicle was damaged in three difficult-to-work-with spots by a large item which flew out of a pickup bed on the highway. My husband is a "car guy" and very hard to please with regard to car repairs. The work done was amazing, and even my eagle-eye husband couldn't find a blemish in the repairs. It looked brand new inside and out. They also have great experience dealing with insurance companies, which isn't always easy. We will now take any future auto body needs here only. The polite, fair and caring service with the exceptional quality of work makes this a five-star business. read more

I have had to take two vehicles in for repair here and I have always be very happy with there work and they got everything done on time with the exception of one item that was on back order from the factory. First let me thank Jenny, the lady in the front handling the appointments(I think her name is Ann I'm bad with names lol) and the rest of the awesome employees there. Initially I had been hit by a kid who didnt see me and completely got in my lane when I was 15ft away and crunched my driver side back fender and outter door wheel well after I had tried to avoid as best as possible. I searched and went to a lot of body shops around the area and I settled with yucca auto body because of how much more professional the employees were and the work environment was. Not only did they match my custom paint job they went above and beyond and touched up the paint on my rear bumper that was a pretty big scuff they even touched up the paint on a spot on my trunk that had been shot by kids using a pellet gun and made it so rust wouldn't damage it any further. The fender was damn near on point minus having to take the car back because it rubbed on the inner top fender on any dips or bumps (doesn't help that I have oversized wheels) but the car never scraped before but after talking with Bob the owner he told me to bring it back and they would be more then happy to fix it and make me a satisfied customer. Which worked because I'm more then satisfied they did and awesome job! read more

I want to give a pat on the back somehow to this business. I have taken all of my cars here for ten years now and literally at least once of not twice a year. I have never experienced such professionalism, kindness, honesty, organization, friendliness, and above all the best quality work which I know from absolute experience. Over the ten years I have taken my civic that was close to totaled and I couldn't believe when I picked it up, it was like buying a new car all over again. My civic was there four times, looked good as new each time, my suburban turned out perfect, my Infiniti looked amazing and I just went yesterday to get a quote on how much a new bumper or a paint job on it would be and the owner/estimater came out took care of the problem which required scratching with his nails and peeling for a bit while laying on the blacktop in 105 degree weather when he easily could have given me a large estimate and I would have paid my deductible. This is what I mean when I say they're very honest! He wouldn't even let me tip him.. This is the kind of service I have always had and I would refer anybody there and know they would be more than satisfied. Thank you Ann and Bob for running such a wonderful business!!!! read more
