My car towed here for rear side swipe repair.....They are unable to remove lock nut on wheel ....body work was horrible... glued moldings on used old fasteners on (replaced bumper) runs in paint fish scale in paint so much body filler they smoothed all quarter panel contours away completely....didnt bolt back seat back into car all sorts of interior fasteners missing and as for anything with sensor replacement and steering repair forget it.....run run fast as you can horrible horrible and 70 plus day's without my car..... read more

They were to replace one fender, one headlight and the bumper with one set of Brackets. $4000. The bumper was crooked, and bolts were missing, I could move it with my hands, also the paint color did not match, they refused to fix it. Very disappointed, I'll never go there again.. read more

This place is the WORST! They had my car for 9 months and picked it up now for the second one and it's still not fixed (no t to mention paint overspray on multiple places. Terrible customer service. The five stars is for Qazi, the manager, who went above and beyond for me when I was in a collision. The insurance companies dragged everything out, and I was actually moving out of the area and needed my car back by a certain timeframe. He personally made sure I got my car on time and even brought it to a different location and had people do overtime to meet the deadline (which was beyond my control). He was so understanding of my predicament and really treated me like a person, not just a customer. The front desk was always courteous and professional. These guys did a great job. My 2015 Mini Cooper had a couple of underneath rubber bumper strips hanging that was rubbing against the front tires. I took it to ProColor Collision for some repair. Frank was very courteous and understanding to recommend just trimming the excess rubber, instead of spending at least several thousand dollars to replace the whole bumper. Frank also did the work for FREE as a COURTESY. It only took a several minutes for the work. I was very appreciative for this unusual gesture.
