Disappointed.. the staff were kinda rude and playing on their phones the whole time.. they also don't have water or any beverages for purchase.. so while eating my froyo I just got really thirsty and there was nothing I could do about it.. just kinda odd not to even have water ? Overall just disappointed

My experience at Yumilicous was great! the self serve ice cream stations were clean and I enjoyed getting to sample different flavors. The staff were friendly and ensured all the tables were clean. The ambiance was great and was perfect for a fun date night activity

Great toppings and location in uptown but they have very limited flavors and don't offer samples. Probably the least appealing froyo place I've been to in a minute. Only 5 flavors available (chocolate, tart, raspberry, pomegranate, and vanilla) and I was more surprised they didn't offer mini sample cups. Honestly made me super hesitant on getting a lot because you can't figure out which flavor you like. I'd opt for another froyo place unless you know which of the 5 flavors you like. Im sure they have a reason on why they don't allow u to try anything- but they can easily implement a 2 sample cap rule and I'm sure they'd receive more business.

Staff is rude and has zero customer service. Their hours online and printed on the outside of the door say they open at 11am. I tried walking in at 11:50 and the manager saw me and wouldn't come to the door until I knocked. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. I drove all the way here because I had a craving for ice cream. The least she could have done was be kind since her failure to list her hours correctly outside of her business and online actually caused me an inconvenience. I will never be returning. Much better places to go in dallas than here.

Who doesn't love a nice frozen yogurt during the hottest month in Texas!? Well, I certainly do & this place was pretty decent! They have about 6-8 flavors to choose from and a whole lot of toppings. I felt comfortable with the cashier placing the toppings on my froyo (due to current times, customers aren't allowed to serve themselves) . It was good, but just keep in mind that the more you load your cup of toppings & yogurt the more expensive, which is the only downside.

This store is located just down the block from my apartment, so I thought I'd come to check it out! There's a great number and range of yogurt flavors (including avocado tart?!) and toppings, and the service was helpful and friendly. It was a tad more expensive than I expected, but worth how "yumi" it was. Definitely worth checking out!

My Toast Reward Points balance as I left the shop when she told me I didn't have enough points to use.... It's called consumer fraud.

Another terrible run in with that wretched bitter dried up old female manager. She literally is losing this company business. I've read SO MANY HORRIBLE reviews about her here. Seems strange corporate doesn't care. Maybe they don't know still somehow? I've had the exact same problems with her as several people down below: she's rude as can be, unfriendly to the point of being aggressively mean, unwelcoming. She either doesn't understand their "reward" system or enjoys ripping people off by not letting them use their valid points and not adding new purchases to your point balance. Something must be done about this shrew.

I didn't order any of the espresso drinks but the desserts I got were phenomenal!! CINNAMON ROLL: If you're someone who avoids cinnamon rolls bc they're too sweet, you'll love this one. The cream cheese icing had a minimal amount of sweetness to complement the sweet roll. PISTACHIOS CUBE: It's so cute and yummy. It's composed of flakes layers and filled with a pistachio cream and raspberry filling. I was a little hesitant about the raspberry bc I'm not a huge fan of fruity fillings but it paired perfectly with the pistachio. PESTO SPINACH CROISSANT: This savory pasty is so delectable. I had the strawberry. It was much too airy. Not bad flavor, just not intense enough. Some of their other fruit flavors, like mango and raspberry looked like they would have intense enough flavor. I tried the coffee one and I didn't think it had enough coffee flavor to it. Prices seem reasonable. The service was friendly. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

The madame Croque was good but the egg was a little over cooked and my fork snapped whilst eating it from the box. It had a nice, warm, and welcoming feel, which made it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a quick treat. The staff was attentive and took my order pretty quickly, which I appreciated. My Americano came out hot and had a really good bold flavor. I love adding cream to my coffee, and once I did, it balanced out that strong kick perfectly. The beignets were made fresh to order and took about 7 minutes to come out. They were hot, soft, and very fluffy, almost more similar to a donut than a traditional beignet. Since most of my beignet experience comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, I definitely had a different texture in mind going in. I personally wish they had been a little crispier, especially around the edges, but they were still decent and enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, good coffee, and fresh beignets, I would definitely try Le Bon Temps again without hesitation.

No need, but do know this: What's da Scoop? serves up better ice cream than... Blue Bell. I know I know, it's blasphemous, and my punishment should be nothing short of burning at the stake for such a claim. Curious as to why? Read on! Star 1: How was the service and atmosphere? First and foremost, let's line up the competition shall we? Yes, Blue Bell is the king of kings when it comes to the Texas ice cream scene, and you can buy it literally everywhere from 7-Eleven to Whole Foods. Additionally, there are some local joints that dish up both Blue Bell and their own treats as well, so let's take a look at who they are: Coolhaus (2 Stars): http://www.yelp.com/biz/coolhaus-dallas#query:Cool%20Haus Tiff's Treats (4 Stars): http://www.yelp.com/biz/tiffs-treats-dallas Pokey-O's (3 Stars): http://www.yelp.com/biz/pokey-os-cookies-and-ice-cream-dallas Obviously, the closest comparison here is Coolhaus in that it's another food truck, but even so, WdS takes the cake when it comes to service. Friendly faces, abundant samples, and quick service. What more could you ask for? Star Granted. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? So today at Klyde Warren Park was what I commonly refer to as a "spontaneous cheat day" no? I think you get the idea. I classify the day as such because I opted for not one or two, but THREE scoops of ice cream. I simply couldn't make up my mind, and for good reason. What an amazing menu. Yes, Blue Bell can get exotic, but these were unbelievable. Let's hear some of them, with my three selections up top: Haley's Comet: Vanilla + Chocolate Ice Cream with caramel and chocolate covered caramel cups Yippee Skippee: Peanut Butter Ice Cream with chocolate covered pretzels Ultimate Oreo: Vanilla + Oreo Crumb Ice Cream with Oreos Kitty Kitty Bang Bang: Chocolate Ice Cream with Raspberry Swirls, Oreos and Chocolate Chunks Maui Passion: Banana Puree, Strawberry Swirls and Oreos woah. as in... wow. The best part? Three scoops were only $5.95! Is that cheap? Well, no, but it's the same price as my ice cream sandwich at Coolhaus! Star Granted. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? You know heaven? Or at least the notion of heaven if you're not of the religiously inclined? We'll call it euphoria no? Well here's what you're going to do. Take that euphoria, freeze it, and put it in a cup, because there, ladies and gentlemen, is the only comparison I have to specifically my scoop of Ultimate Oreo as well as the 'Zoreo' flavor that I tasted. As I mentioned, these flavors were right on par with Blue Bell, and the Oreo flavors were even better. Not overly frozen even though I came towards the end of the day, not too sweet, and just the right amount of richness. It's not gelato, so don't expect that, but it's purely homemade and all in all just a great treat regardless of the weather. Dual Stars Granted. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? Alas, the elusive fifth star. "But Paul! You've raved on and on!" Indeed I have dear reader, indeed I have, but there is but one problem. While I love ice cream as much as near every puppy I've ever encountered, I also love cookies. At Pokey-O's and Tiff's Treats? I can have my ice cream AND my cookies. So hear me out: If What's da Scoop were to have cookies? I would truly be the perfect dessert spot. In that they don't, I simply can't give the fifth star. That having been said? WdS is a great new addition to the Dallas Food Truck scene, and I have no doubt that they're going to be a smash hit come Summertime. No Star Granted.
