Batter Up is just a Fresno staple at this point. if you've somehow never been, fix that. and if you have been, you already know.

They have bakery items to breakfast/lunch menu and drinks! I came in for a quick brunch. I ordered their garlic chicken panini sandwich. It was stuffed with shredded chicken with garlic sauce and pickles on the side. It was delicious for it to be such a simple meal! Something I would get again if I'm in a rush. Their spinach berry salad is so good! I love balsamic dressing in salads. Something about mixed greens and berries that go together and works really well. It is such a light, refreshing delight dish and I would get this again! I also got a sweet treat from their bakery area and I honestly forgot what it was called but it looks like a huge blueberry and it looked so beautiful I didn't even want to eat it. It was very sweet for my liking but that's just me personally! Overall everything was good!

Been longing to visit this Mediterranean & French Bakery-Cafe. We arrived for breakfast before 10A, and the pasty and dessert selection is happily overwhelming. Our party of two ordered two Breakfast Combos. First, Pancakes Breakfast Combo with turkey bacon and eggs, and second, French Toast Breakfast Combo with mild sujok beef patty and eggs. We shared everything except our eggs. Both were served with their made-onsite orange blossom syrup, which went very well with the pancakes. Everything was wonderful, however the sujok beef patty was my favorite. To drink, my friend requested an Almond Milk Cappuccino, and I opted for a canned 100% mango juice. We also utilized the complimentary water dispenser. We took home a Sourdough Loaf, a Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissant, and an Almond Croissant. Hoping to return soon to try more, and most especially for the sujok.

We passed through Clovis on our way home from our road trip to Shaver lake and found this…read morerestaurant. From the service, to decor, and especially the food, everything was great. I had the breakfast club sandwich and homestyle potatoes. It was delicious! The rest of my family had omelets, burgers, French toast, and pancakes. Not one complaint from anyone. I must add the although the place is small, it didnt feel stuffy, and the air flow was perfect. I highly recommend this spot. Too bad we dont live close by. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately I didnt get her name. Thank you for the great experience

This review comes after eating at Jus' Jo's several times because it's one of those rare…read morerestaurants that's consistently good every visit. The food is always hot, the service is excellent, and the staff does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Jus' Jo's is located in Clovis off Shaw Avenue. If you don't know where it is, you could easily drive right past it since there's no prominent street sign, but it's a well-known local favorite. Depending on the day and time, there can be a wait, which says a lot about its popularity. I was recently asked to write a review about this place, and honestly, I didn't have anything negative to say. I usually order the Farmer's Special Breakfast Sandwich, which comes with ham, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo on sourdough bread. It's an awesome breakfast sandwich and one of my go-to orders. Today, however, I decided to ignore my diabetes for a moment and try their famous half cinnamon roll French toast. Wow. It was crispy, buttery, topped with powdered sugar, and absolutely delicious. I actually had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. It was my first time trying it, and it definitely won't be my last. The coffee was great, and they kept my cup full the entire meal. One thing I've noticed is that many of the waitresses seem to have worked here for years, which speaks to the quality of the restaurant. They're experienced, attentive, and always on top of their service, so be prepared to leave a good tip--they earn it. If you're looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot in Clovis, Jus' Jo's is definitely worth a visit. Great food, great service, and a consistently enjoyable experience.

Gotta love their motto: "Every plate is made with love, and every customer is treated like family." I've had the pleasure of meeting Teresa on a few occasions and chatting a bit. She is just so genuine and earnest. I always look forward to seeing her and chatting if she has the time. Each time we are in the area (usually to visit Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Parks) we make sure to stop in. This visit we managed to come in twice! Yay! Just love the working model train set perched overhead in both eating areas. If it's not running, just ask your server and they will turn it on. First visit I ordered the shredded beef enchiladas (comes with refried beans, rice, chips and salsa) along with a nice refreshing beer. Second visit I ordered the Trainwreck breakfast (eggs, hash browns, bell peppers, onions, tortilla chips, jack and cheddar cheese. Plus choice of two meats and two additional vegetables.) with biscuit and gravy. I choose two types of sausage, zucchini and avocado. Oh and an ice cold beer of course. Both meals were fresh and delicious. No matter what I order here I always know it will be tasty and well balanced. Service is always friendly, helpful and courteous! If I lived closer I would definitely stop by more often!
