If you didn't make reservations and ask if being seated outside is faster to get seated. 3. They will ask for a phone number to text you your in the waiting list and when your table is ready. 4. Food comes out fast. Bottomless coffee. 5. Some items you can choose 1 side order or 2 side orders. 6. Look at the menu before going or while waiting (posted here on Yelp) There are so many options and if you're hungry you might be in a hurry to order and miss something you really would have wanted to order. 7. Becareful don't have "Big eyes" these are good size portions my wife and I shared and still couldn't finish. You can get all the normal diner style favorites like eggs, bacon, sausage and a whole plate size pancake or get a Pork Verde breakfast omelette or opt for a burrito. To make a long story longer here's a summary : Make RSVPs, Bottomless decent coffee, look at menu ahead of time, Service is good but they are busy so please be kind, and as always if possible bring a friend to share this with and Enjoy. Blessings and Love Fresno/ Clovis

On my last visit, my wife and I shared Grandma's omelette with country potatoes, and a biscuit with gravy. The omelette was cooked to perfection , and the potatoes were delicious. However, the star of the meal was the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are homemade , and the gravy is so damn peppery and perfect. If you choose anything off the menu, make sure to try their biscuits and gravy- you won't be disappointed. I love this place! The servers are nice, the food is delicious and everything comes out quick. My only small complaint is that the dining room is ice -cold. That might ok in the middle of summer, but the food gets cold quick. Eat fast ! The breakfast entrees are a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. However, you get what you pay for, and the food coming out of Jus Jo's is worth it.

Now one of the things I look forward to is visiting King's Canyon.  After seeing the sequoia's we have dinner at Red Caboose Cafe.  I get to watch the trains run while our food is looking. There is a huge menu but I can't resist the honey fried chicken. Honey fried chicken had a crunchy batter with sweet honey flavor.  Chicken was tender and juicy.  Red Caboose Cafe is one of my fav places to get this style chicken. Tater tots had a crispy exterior and decious potato flavor. Beef barley soup had a delicious flavor from the beef, barley, carrot, and seasonings.  I have not seen this soup anywhere else. Roll was soft and had a tasty buttery flavor. Hospitality was excellent and everybody was treated like a regular.  I met the owner Teresa Claborn and she was very gracious with her time talking about the trains and nearby National Parks.  I look forward to visiting again to watch the trains run, trying more menu items, and enjoying the fine hospitality.
